Camp Critter Conduct Policy
· CC cannot permit violation of local, state, or national law. We will take severe
and immediate action against anyone who brings illegal drugs to the convention, engages in
vandalism, or blatantly violates law in a manner that would seriously compromise our relationship with the park or with the community. Alcohol and weapons are not allowed in the State Park.
· CC does not allow mature subject matter to be displayed in areas where either minors, or adults who do not wish to see it, may be exposed to it.(meaning please ask them first, 'no' means no.) This includes explicit artwork, but also includes overtly mature discussions and inappropriate sexual behaviors (public groping, obscene behavior, or nudity).
Please keep this in your tent.
· CC is the mediator between attendees and the state park(and/or the community). If
you have a problem with something involving convention operations, convention staff, or
another attendee of the convention, you must address it to CC moderators(preferably to
security); not to the park rangers, and not to other local authorities. We will involve the park rangers or
other authorities if it becomes necessary.
· CC reserves the right to revoke a member's registration if they break this
policy. If a moderator asks to see it, please hand it to them.

Each fur is required to bring his or her own tent and food(we'll provide hot dogs!), though make sure you have a cooler that is able to be locked or else the sly little raccoon will get to it.
Recommended to bring:

Soap (PLEASE!)
Toothbrush and toothpaste (please as well)
Extra clothes (you will get dirty, wet, and grimy. It's fun!)
Your own food (hot dogs are provided. Many different fruits can be grilled over an open fire along with vegetables. If you can stick it on a stick it's great. Bring a pot or pan that's fire resistant if your bringing meat or making soup. Cans of soup can also be put on a fire, just bring a can opener.)
Cooler ( if you plan on having meat or cool drinks. Make sure you have a lock on it so animals and furries wont get into it.)
Some extra cash
Bike/fishing pole/ fishing gear/ toys (whatever you want to keep entertained, just remember that there's no electric.)
Car phone charger (if you bring a car you can charge your phone, I recommend keeping it off most of the time to conserve battery if you don't have or bring one.)
Throw-away silverware (to eat with, duh!)
Toilet paper (there are out houses but they may not have their own toilet paper, the park is usually good with it though.)
Towels (always need towels and wash cloths, even if you don't think you need them)
Umbrella (just in case)
Swim trunks/suit (to swim in)
Water (we will provide fresh water to was hands with and drink but bottles aren’t a bad thing either)
Hiking shoes or boots (if your hiking)
Handheld game (these are controversial but you will get bored, some pokemon matches should insure though)
Books
fursuits (they WILL get dirty though)
Drawing supplies
Cigarettes if you smoke (PLEASE PICK UP YOUR BUTTS AND PUT THEM IN A BAGGY. I cant stress this enough! Be respectful of the beautiful park)
Recommended to NOT bring:
Electronics (laptops, phones, nooks. We're not responsible for anything that gets dirty or broken if you do)
Sunday best (why would you?)
A bad attitude (nobody likes to be stuck in a camp with a grumpalumpicous or two)
Alcohol (it's prohibited in the park and you'll get us in trouble)
Drugs (no hookah, weed, or whatever. It's just bad karma and illegal)
Potty-mouth (we're all adults here but don't be dropping the f-bomb ever other word or screaming stuff into the trees. Other camps have kids. But usual furry talk is fine, sex talk and stuff is cool)

Hi there
General | Posted 14 years agoWelcome to the page of Camp Critter, Ohio's own furry camping event.
Camp Critter started out two years ago as a camping trip organized by some fellow furries. After liking the trip so much one fur set out to make this event an annual gathering to share the fun with all furries.
This year is our first year opening as an actual convention! Which means a mascot will be chosen for the first time!
Camp Critter is located at the lovely and spacious Heuston Woods State park in Ohio just a few minutes from German Town and Indiana.
