It's been a wild several years. Rest assured, Velvetine hasn't been off my mind and I am still looking for good, trustworthy artists to get some additional things done with her, as well as exploring some additional mediums to flesh her out a bit more.

I wanted to pop in and give an update, no Velvetine has not been abandoned, and I have plans in the future for adding more sergalbug content to this place!

Aside from that, I can't promise a timeline of WHEN there will be more Vel, but rest assured... I haven't forgotten about her. She's still pretty special to me.

Hello Everyone, this is  Chiger. Velvetine's original owner has transferred her over to me for the forseeable future, and I just wanted to update everyone to let all Vel's watchers of this changover.

My Feelings are the same as what is listed in there. I do not intend to change Vel, she is just fine how she is in every way. Her original creator is a very good friend of mine, and I got to see Velvetine be birthed whilst hanging out with him. I consider her very special, and wouldn't dream of changing a thing. Sergalbugs for all!

I should also be updating the gallery here with another Vel picture, and hopefully more in the future! Gotta keep them biomass-loving sergalbugs happy!

I will be a little bit more active.

I'm still recovering just a little bit from the loss of  raipanlong and as such, have been rather idle in my return to FA in general, but I am in a better position now than before. I will start being around more regularly, I promise :)

Hi all.  RekoHunter here. It looks like I'll be the man behind the bug for a while.  Candycorn found them selves on some hard times and I offered to help out and buy their character. On a few conditions. The big one being that I'm not the permanent owner. In my mind this no more than a loan and curaitorship of the character as colateral. Candycorn has every right to come back in and take over again and I will be more than happy to step aside.

Another thing is I don't intend to assimilate  candycorn as my sona or anythong like that. I'm still  rekohunter the smoking skull demon and I'll just be adding a lovely character to my roster for the time being. I'm not gonna be some weird stalker fan that wears the face of his prey and pretends to be them. :p I'm not that creepy!

A good thing to note, I'm just taking over this fa and management of the character. Any website, chat program, or second life you've bumped into  candycorn on will still be run by her. So you bump into her on one of those when they have the free time it's still them and not me.

I don't really intend to take the character in any real shocking new directions either. I'm not going to swoop in and start getting art off the no list on flist just because I can. Frankly there isn't much on there I would care to get art of anyway.

Will I be role playing her? Good gods I don't have half the time I'd like to rp my current stable. I work 12 hour days plus I'm getting my CCNA and other certs. What's free time!?!? That doesn't mean never message me or anything. I'm friendly just frazzled. Odds are I will slip her into the art rotation and get some hawt new arts done everyone can enjoy. If you want in on the art lewdness note me on  rekohunter and we can make sonething happen. I'm always down for going half and half on awesome art with awesome people.

On that note it's probably a good idea to state as far as the species and spin off characters go nothing at all is changing! I couldn't even change it if I wanted to. More awesome monsters about is better for everyone in my opinion. But then again I'm biased.

A quick glance at my own page will show I'm a big fan of monsters, four armed herms, and warhammer. So when the opertunity to help out someone who heavily influenced my tastes and character designs it was to my honor to be able to step up and give back. It is my hope that my icon on this account will only be here breifly, but a fun one.

I've come to the conclusion that I have no real interest in participating here anymore. I do not wish for this character to die out, however, and I am in particular need of funding, so I will entertain any offers shot my way if anybody wishes to purchase this character and all rights to it.

I will be gone for a substantial amount of time starting today. When I will be back? I do not necessarily know. I've got a few things that must be done in RL however and as such, I wanted to let everybody know that I will not be around for a while.

Prepare for more incoming works of art ^.^ I've been up and down these past few weeks but I am settling and getting back into the routine again.

I've not stated this publicly but Velvetine's specie is open for use to those that want to make a Candybug too :)


Currently,  evasung and  raipanlong have created bugs for themselves, with  raipanlong authorized as a sibling to Velvetine. I figured I should clarify as I have been getting alot of questions in regards to this :)

I've been quite the busy gal lately! I will start floating around again though :) I've got a new project I've been working on that has been soaking up all my attentions!

Hello :) I am slowly and steadily coming back around. How is everybody?

Just an uodate letting everybody know I am still alive, hehe.

I am going to be around sparingly, mostly because I am upset with a few people and the actions they have decided to take. I will ask that any further contact from anybody please be directed to my notes and I will reply to them as I have time too.

I have finally put in my resignation in and will soon be leaving the force in 2 weeks. I had a great time but I was getting more and more burnt out, so it is time to leave.

Those that know me know what is going on in my life, and now I am taking the first step towards leaving the United States in general. Itll be better in the end I think. No matter, I will be absent for a few weeks or so to get myself collected.

I thought I would post something here. I dont really interact much on FA xD

Work has been a very big drag on my part. Sorry if I have not been around, but hopefully soon it will clear up and I can go back to the regularly scheduled Candybuggie :)

I am going to be hosting a new project soon. I am looking for ideas on artists, poses and what all people would like to see the big sergalbug do. If ya have anything in mind speak up :) i am interested in getting more artwork with others and am willing to pay in full for the right idea. Consider it a contest of sorts!

I had to go on a sudden hiatus but i am back :)

 Vebo ends up being the winner!

I have done a strict process here, randomizing the list of people that were entered and then picking a random number for that individual. And furthermore, each individual will have had to be picked 5 times :)

Vebo came out on top, so congratulations to him!

Second place was  tonic_demonic and due to having additional funds, I will get a 2nd place image for this individual as well. More than likely from the same artist, if not I will seek out an alternative :)
