Posted 14 years agoI've been plateauing on the jump-rope at a solid 30 minutes daily, along with a 2 mile run every other day. I can't seem to drop the last 10 lbs off my body to bring me to 165 no matter what I do, are there any tips out there that anybody might have that could help me out?
There is alot of free art going around :)

I know I'm hardly around but that is because I work for a very.. time consuming organization (Court system to be exact.)
So I do appreciate those people that send me notes and wait patiently for my reply :D
I have no idea what else to really put here, I'm still slightly lost on FA haha, but I'd like to tell everybody thank you for watching and all of that good stuff :) I'm sure you all hear it from everybody else!
