As we wait for the turn of the new year. I got to say this year, the year of the Dragon, has had me astonished almost beyond words. The relief iv'e felt, feeling back in control for the first time in a long time and a sense of purpose going forward. I just can't believe how well it's treated me..

You see.. The past 4-5 years I'd been left in a pit of misery and doubt, lost and almost without any hope for the better. After a shitstorm of drama and manipulation among social groups, very nearly ruined me. I'd only just barely managed to salvage some broken friendships and my reputation. But alot of damage had already been done. Even though I got my chance to explain my side of the story, I kinda still felt somewhat those I reconnected with still have second thoughts..

Well that's how i felt before. Then it all really seemed to turn around this year!. I started it with a little bit of determination to make something of it, try a different path this time. Then suddenly luck and success came flying at me at every turn and I almost can't believe it. I reconnected with old friends iv'e not seen in many years, made some new ones throughout the year. Won a tournament with my Football (soccer) team (and got a medal :D). Had a long and enjoyable cruise holiday to the Mediterranean. Watched my youngest sister get happily married to her partner.

I also very quickly improved at guitar playing and that's something I really wished to progress with, since i picked the guitar back up again 2 years ago from New years day. Iv'e attempted to for much longer and gave up multiple times. But I promised myself I'll try one more time, as this is something I dreamed of and something I want to do for the rest of my life now. Got myself a good teacher, some nice gear and practice almost every day. Iv'e made some serious gains this year and I even surprise myself.. I hope to one day produce my own music solo, in a band or both.

It's been quite a year for me and I kinda feel sad to see it pass. The next time the Year of the Dragon comes by, I'll be middle-aged *sigh*
I really hope the fortune and the success iv'e seen continues..

Sparing a thought for those caught up in the floods in the southern parts of Spain and Andulusia right now. It's crazy to think I was only in Cadiz just over a month or so ago and the weather was bright and warm. Pretty typical. So it was shocking to hear the news a few days ago!.

I do remember on my cruise that sailing into port in La Spezia, was there any sign of heavy rain. Then in Northern italy and then the Czechia were there similar floods, which i found out about after leaving port.

I'm not really sure what to say, as this seems to be a regular occurance now. :/

Hello again!. For some time iv'e been using my secondary account after having problems logging into this account and then my laptop eventually dying. It was 6-7 years old and just won't boot up anymore without catastrophic errors. Ended up having to get a new one and thankfully iv'e sorted things out. Hoping to be active here again and uploading some new stuff some time!.

Heya! Just dropping by since finally i can get to my laptop again.

Iv'e just been very busy the last few weeks, at work, going out on a trip with family and the redecorating of my room included. Not to mention other things iv'e been working on.

So i haven't been on my laptop or my main FA account for a little while.

I plan to upload some stuff some time soon!.

You probably haven't seen me around as much, and that's because somehow iv'e forgotten my FA password on this account. I've lost access on my phone because i'd recently created a secondary account. Now i have a weird situation where i can only log in to this account on my computer and my secondary on my phone ^._.^;

Going to have to voice my concern and disappointment at current happenings, as well as the people behind it. I have things to say..

I'm really shocked and concerned by what's going on Ukraine. I thought we've all had to deal with enough already, but its now a war in Europe that's threatening to get out of control.

This war is stupid, has nothing to do with self defence, it has no reason at all but to satisfy only the ego of another.

I really worry for Ukraine and what might follow. I worry too for my friends out there that live in neighbouring countries. Their families and family members that might be stuck out there..

I have nothing against the Russian people in response to all this, its very clear to me you never chose this. All those that i've known, were always very friendly and very talented artists. I don't believe you are to blame.

(Damn why is it that quite a few of the places i find cool, are run by people short on sanity for some reason?.)

I just wish and hope that this situation can be resolved quickly..
