I'm back from my vacation and trip to MWFF. It was an interesting con with the "intentional gas leak" and evacuations.

Had a great time suiting and hanging with friends regardless of all the chaos. As always, I missed all the panels that I wanted to visit because I was too busy with friends.

I'm still recovering from a bout of food poisoning or something with similar symptoms. Its making getting back into the workshop a bit slow.

I'm still open for Christmas Stockings for a few more days, which I realize I forgot to post on this account. >.< I'll be making a post here later today about these.

I've also went into business with Snap over at  bycats4cats making my "poofy style" hand paws for his suit commissioners if they decide to go with that option. Because his suits are on deadline, these paws get first priority. They should not affect your wait time in my queue anymore than usual due to a low number (2 to 3) that I'll be producing a month.

And since my own queue is rather empty at the moment, now would be a great time to commission me. ^_^


Almost forgot, I'm going to start working on my first set of Sock Paws. Once I get the design down, I'll be offering these up soon in the next few months.

I've had a few inquiries about doing heads. Figured I would write up a quick journal to explain a few things.

Right now I do not offer commissions on heads. I'm still trying to figure out how to create nice looking form bases.

I can fur pre-made foam bases. I have never furred a resin base, but if you want to give me a chance at it, I can do this. These commissions will be done on a case to case basis. Depending on complexity of character, price could range from $250 to $700 for furring a base that you mail to me.

I will only fur bases that are of higher quality. If you are interested in getting a quote for furring a head, please note me. Include a link to pics of the head I will be furring, or a link to examples of foam bases another maker has made if you are getting a custom foam base made from them.
