Back In The Art Business
General | Posted a month ago"Good news, everyone!" to quote Professor Farnsworth, except the news I have to share actually is good: After spending the past few weeks getting my computer files all stored on a cloud device while also buying a new laptop computer with Windows 11 installed on it, I can officially say that I am now open for doing my digital artwork once again, especially after having everything set up on my new laptop that I have been able to use since last Sunday. I started uploading all of my files towards the end of September, and as a result, I was unable to use my old laptop to work on my pictures while in the middle of using OneDrive, the cloud device that allows me to access my files on another computer using my Windows account, and it took much longer for me to get done, especially since some of the files took practically over a day just get uploaded, and I even had to adjust the limit of how many bytes can be used when uploading my content onto OneDrive, which actually affected my internet on every other device in my home, but I managed to get everything uploaded before starting up my new laptop that I had purchased a couple of weeks ago. In the meantime while I was waiting for my files to upload, I was able to do some traditional drawings to post on my Instagram and Twitter (X) pages for anyone who follows me outside of DeviantArt and FurAffinity are able to check out.
As for my new laptop computer, I was able to buy something that was less than $300, and it was pretty easy to get set up will logging in using my Windows account. If there is one thing that I don't like about it, however, it's the fact that it doesn't have a disc drive just like my old laptop, meaning that I can not pop in CDs or watch movies on DVD, and I also could not be able to reinstall the disc containing PaintShop Pro X, which happens to be the picture-editing software that I was able to use for coloring all of my pictures that I did for the past fifteen years. Fortunately, I decided to take the opportunity to get the newest version of PaintShop Pro via digital download, which was even on sale for less than $50, and I was feeling optimistic enough to use it as my new platform for working on my pictures, especially after learning that all of my files from PaintShop Pro X that I had saved are compatible with PaintShop Pro 2023, and I was able to use it pretty much the exact same way with little change to how I'm able to use it. Other than that, I have been able to complete a few new pictures after having scanned my latest drawing onto my computer recently (to which I will even be using a new scanner that I will be getting delivered to my home soon), and I am back to doing my artwork that I normally do while doing commissions and art trades for anyone who is interested.
Prices for my commissions can be found listed in the following links:

Digital Artwork Posting Delays
General | Posted 2 months agoHello there, everyone. In case you're wondering about what I've been up to lately, I haven't been able to post any new artwork on my FurAffinity page during this past week, but there's an understandable reason for the delay, so I will try to explain what's been going on: For those who are able to use computers with Windows 10 installed on them, you'll probably know that as of October 12th, Windows 10 will no longer be active, which I have installed on my laptop computer that I've been able to use for the past eleven years, and I don't have enough memory space on my old laptop to install Windows 11. And so, I will be planning on buying a new laptop computer with Windows 11 pre-installed on it sometime next week, to which I am currently uploading all of my pictures, documents, videos, etc. onto a cloud drive known as OneDrive so that I transfer my content from my old computer onto my new one that I am getting. As a result, the uploading process is practically affecting my internet connection, making it slow and unresponsive for all of my devices except when OneDrive is paused or my computer is turned off, and it also seems to affecting my files used for my picture-editing software that I'm able to use to color in my pictures (Corel Paint Shop Pro X, which is what I've been able to use for the past fifteen years, BTW), to which I am currently unable to use my patterns and brushes that I had designed to use myself even though the program is still accessible, and I think I have to hold off until OneDrive finishes uploading all of my files and documents before I can use it properly again. Other than that, I don't know what else to do, considering the fact that I've never had this issue involving OneDrive, and I would really appreciate anyone else who's able to use a cloud drive if this can be taken care of. Because of this, I have also decided to take a break from working on new pictures until after I get a new laptop while also having my content moved onto it in some way. Fortunately, I am able to do traditional artwork that I can post on my Instagram and Twitter (X) pages, which I've been able to do to keep myself busy while moving my content on the cloud, and I might be open for suggestions of what to draw during that time. Until then, I'll be sure to keep everyone updated however I can, and I appreciate any support as well.

Back On FurAffinity
General | Posted 5 months agoHello there, everyone. This is CoolCSD1986, letting everyone know that I am back on FurAffinity after not being able to log onto my account in such a long time, especially since I have been pretty active on DeviantArt fore quite a while, and I no longer go by my original username that I've had for a while, since 'CoolCSD1986' is the one that I've always had ever since I changed it. I just want to let everyone know that I was recently thing of posting some new artwork here on the site at the moment, since I've been having some login issues with my DeviantArt account lately, particularly involving the two-factor authentication that requires me to log in, though my username and password are still safe to use when trying to log back in. As a result, I haven't been feeling motivated to draw that much until the problem gets taken care of, though I am still able to post artwork on my other social media pages that I've been constantly visiting such as Twitter (X) and Instagram. I might even be posting some of my previous artwork that I recently did while trying to get settled back on FurAffinity, though I am still open for art trades and commissions for anyone who is interested, which is really appreciated, since I do still enjoy drawing artwork for my friends and followers. Speaking of which, I would also like to make a brief announcement that I will be updating the prices for my commissions for those who are able to follow me on DeviantArt, and I will be working on a price list featuring the updated commission prices sometime soon, especially when opening them on my social media pages. Other than that, I'm able to let everyone know that I am doing fine as always, and I would also appreciate everyone who follows me on here from DeviantArt to let everyone know about my situation as well. Thank you, and happy drawing!
Welcome To Fur Affinity
General | Posted 5 years agoI am posting this journal entry as a way of letting everyone know that I have created a new Fur Affinity account as kind of an alternative to posting my newer artwork on my DeviantArt account where I am also known as 'CaseyDecker'. I actually had created an account on Fur Affinity a while back, but I was unable to access it due to me not being able to access my original email address that I had used to create it, so I decided to create my new account as a way of getting a fresh start on such a website where I can check out artwork featuring various anthro characters on a regular basis. In case anyone is curious to know, just like how I'm able to do it on DeviantArt, I am still open for commissions for anyone who is interested, and I can accept payments via PayPal (just send me a note letting me know about my account that you can send the money to, BTW). My prices that I am currently charging apply the same as how I'm able to charge for commissions on my DeviantArt account (with the exception of points, of course), and here is a list of prices that I am charging for my commissions:
COMMISSION PRICES (USD):
$2.50 - Black & White line art, one or two characters
$5.00 - Black & White line art, three or more characters
$7.50 - Colored picture, one or two characters
$10.00 - Colored picture, three or more characters
$12.50 - Comic strip (Colored / Black & White), two or more panels
