I spent like 10 minutes trying to title this :|

I passed two classes already this summer (I think, my grade still hasn't come in for one of them), and now I'm in another two. They're going fine except that my family is forcing me to go on vacation with them from the 14th to the 20th. Not only does this mean I miss my birthday here (the 17th), but I also miss three to four days of classes. This wouldn't be such a big deal except summer B is six weeks long, so I'm essentially missing 16% of my classes.

One of these classes is Sociology of Religion, and it's also forcing me to ask my group (who are being very cooperative) to double-time our project so that I can remain part of a group. If I end up not in a group, that means I get to write a 12 page paper by myself in under a week because of the vacation. So my schedule for the next week is basically religious observations two nights and frantic writing the other three, before I get to leave and write even more furiously while on vacation since I also have to do assignments for my other class that I would get to do in groups in class.

Then right after I get back and turn that in, I'll have another long paper to work on and type at furiously (did I mention I am not good at essays?) and then the next weekend I have a chess tournament. Oh, wait, except that I have to choose between it and Megaplex. Or I could try both, but I have the feeling that won't turn out well for me in either place.

So now I'm feeling stressed and my stomach is hurting from it again. And to top it all off the meniscus in my left knee might be messed up, and I've currently got an MRI scheduled for Thursday... but I might not be able to get it before we leave because the insurance company has to approve it before I can actually get it.

I feel whiny but I needed to get this out there. Maybe I'll feel better later.
