Hey all, it's been awhile since I've made a journal! Lately I've felt very lost in the sea of furry artists and I've been trying to hold my own and develop my style into something I can be more proud of. For years I've felt detached from my art and to be honest not really proud of it, I've always wanted to do something more that i always felt was beyond my capabilities. I feel like I'm very slowly getting to where I want to be however I work full time as a dog groomer and do not have a lot of time to work on art like I once did.

I'm kind of tired of drawing porn. In fact Idk when I became a porn artist??? It was never my favorite thing to draw. I miss drawing more meaningful abstract pictures.

On another note I do apologize for my absence, I've been going through a whole lot of heavy shit and honestly needed to step back from the internet and fandom for awhile. I'm not writing this to say that I'm back because quite honestly I still don't feel like I'm ready to step back into this all. I'm laying here in bed reflecting on my year and thinking about all my ups and downs, highs and lows. There were a lot of both. Overall I've felt very much alive this year, more than previous years and I have my amazing friends and close inner circle to thank for that. I've learned its not exactly what you're doing with life that makes it good or not, its what you make of it and its influenced by the people you keep around (at least in my case). I dont know what I'd do without a few of you. This year it seemed like every weekend I was up to something new, always on the move from town to town or event to event with the people I love dearly. I have made amazing memories that I reflect upon constantly with a big smile, they keep me going when I need a reason to perk up and not drown under the weight of day to day stress. I think most importantly I've begun to find myself this year, who I am and the things I stand for, what I think is right or wrong and a faint outline of my future path.

I've met a lot of new friends and strengthend the bond between others I've known. I have a lot of people to thank for keeping me going, smiling, dancing, and laughing my way through 2014, you all already know who you are and I hope I do make it apparent how much I really care.

I hope everyone can look upon their year with pride for themselves and the people in their life. Look at the good times instead of the bad, be happy you are alive and be grateful for the people close to you that are sharing this journey by your side.
