Review - C&T Designs - Anodized aluminum
Posted 11 years agoWriting up a review now that I've (Ichi) ordered from C&T a few times now.
http://www.candtdesigns.com/index.p.....te=common/home
I'll do the ratings from 1 to 10, 1 being really bad and 10 being absolutely perfect.
Anodized aluminum rings:
Metal quality: 8 (seems about on par with most aluminum's)
Ring Sizing: 9 (without a micrometer to measure they seem right on)
Color Quality: 6 (there's a fair variation in shade on these rings, some colors more then others. I wish they were more consistent)
Color Stay: 8 (seems on par with most anodized rings)
Price per ring: 5.. (now this is really a more person thing, the price per ring on these is higher then Ring Lord by a good margin. For 16g 1/4" rings, TRL has them for $0.01 a ring, C&T is $0.03. While that may not seem like a lot, price per 'bag' or oz get's there, a bag from TRL is $5.15 (300 rings), C&T $8.25 for an oz (about 217 rings).)
Anodized aluminum Scales
Metal Quality: 8
Sizing: 9
Color Quality: 8 (C&T has some amazing scale colors though I noticed a fair amount come with 'scratches' down the front)
Color Stay: 8
Price per scale: 6 (again C&T is higher in price. $0.50 a piece to TRL's new snodized scales at $0.36 a piece. Not even ordering the 250 pieces needed to get a lower price matches TRL)
Shipping Price: 9 (Within the US, pretty darn cheap)
If anyone has any other questions about this review or C&T feel free to ask! We'll try to do more of these!

To get some more info and updates going, what would you like to see? Weave wise, or anything!
Also feel free to ask anything here! http://www.furaffinity.net/journal/4859126/
