I turn 23 on the 20th. Yay for me. Another 2 more years until my insurance discount, and then after that the only thing I have to look forward to is.... 40 :D Managed to get the day off, for all that it matters. I can't decide if I want to go clothes shopping (I could use new clothes) get my PS3 replaced, or just raw money for the stuff I will need once I move. Thats the choices I'm trying to decide between at the moment.

Other stuff! What other stuff? Well I still haven't received a callback for the pottery that I applied for, but they were supposed to be closed all of August. So the timetable is still anywhere between mid September and the first week or so of October. Job still sucks, nothing new there, except that we are losing half the good people now because of school starting back up here soon. Which means a couple weeks of REALLY crappy days. But then, I shall be moving down with Snow, and there shall be fun to be had. After that, I will be heading to Shreveport, Louisiana for about three weeks for a family reunion and general vacation. I'll be attending the Louisiana state fair, which my mother says is 'nothing like I have ever seen before'. Then back to Florida, and hopefully get back into art as a professional, able to support myself with it.

I'll probably start getting back into other things as well. I'll have more space, so hopefully get back into practicing fursuit pieces, along with drawing again. Probably just stick to charcoal drawings. God, I just LOVE charcoal. Its my favorite drawing medium.

But thats whats going on. Overall just been feeling anxious and 'meh', wanting to get this move over with. New adventure, new place, all that. Not having a blanket of snow outside is going to be weird though... I have lived in New England all my life.

So I can't stream... Which sucks. My internet upload speed isn't high enough for a continuous stream even at the lowest quality with no sound. So for those that wanted to watch me play with clay, you'll have to wait till I move.

I ordered a pottery wheel, my first one, the Speedball Clay Boss. It just showed up about an hour and a half ago. No shipping hassles, no 'wow what happened to that box?'. It seems to have arrived damage free and ready for use. I set it up and turned it on, everything seems to be in working order. The splash pan is a bit tiny and comes off a bit hard, and the foot peddle will take a little getting used to. It doesn't seem to have quuuuuuuite the sensitivity I would like. However, considering I found it for about 250$ cheaper than anything else, I'm not going to complain!

...In October.

After a certain offer from an anonymous  werewolf_ss, I have decided to move in with hir. The catch? About 1500 miles. Thats right, I'll be moving from Midcoast Maine to about an hour and a half south of Orlando. Gonna buy a little tow-behind trailer, lash all my stuff to it, and trek down there.

This is after the massively huge family reunion I'm having at the end of October. Instead of going back up to Maine, I'll be heading to Florida.

In addition, I am going to start transitioning over to not holding a regular job anymore. I want to get back into what I have the passion to do and what I attempted to go to college for; ceramics. Yup, thats right, I'm going to be moving professions from 'Guy that will work' to 'Freelance Artist'. Again, another catch; ceramics requires a very large initial investment to get into. The cheapest new wheel I can find is 500$, and used ones don't seem to be easy to come by. Also, I can't use the cheaper kick wheels because of the issue with my right leg and the specific way the bone grinds with my knee. I would wear away all the soft tissue in less than a month.

I will also need a kiln. For those of you that DON'T know, a pottery kiln is no small investment. Kiln brick is .50c apiece, and it can take thousands of bricks to build a decent sized kiln. Burners can be a couple hundred dollars. Overall, Im probably looking at at least a 1500$ investment, plus the $500 or so from moving (the 500$ is estimated). Add in the fact that this could just completely flop, this is a huge risk for me.

I'm thinking about picking up a 2nd job to increase my income, as well as ask for a raise from my current job. I deserve one, the owner is just stingy. My goal would be about 65 hours a week of work, which unfortunately would be all stand up and run around work, most probably. If I could swell my bank account to about 8000$, that would make me feel much better. If I could get the 1600$ my cousin owes me that would be wonderful as that would put my current funds somewhere around $5600 , but I can't count on that.

So yeah, just FYI on whats going on. If I suddenly start getting to the point where I am never on or something, its probably because I'm coming home and hitting the bed every day.

I cleaned out everything that was labeled 'WIP', wasn't art, or stuff that was more appropriate to photobucket (personal pictures, ect ect). After going to AC and getting all that years worth of blehness out, along with just being around furries again and having *gasp* interpersonal face to face conversations outside of the work environment, I just feel a bit better about myself and have a bit (not a lot) of ambition back. I'm also going down to part time at work so I can start back up with some things I have been trying to do.

1. Get back to studying. Some of you may or may not know that I have been trying to study up on computer techie stuff. I want to get some Comptia certifications and a few others so I can have a marketable skill and actually have a half decent job, and the ability to move out of state with a little confidence.

2. Get back into art. God, I used to spend most of my day doing art, although that was ceramics which I don't quite have the tools for at the moment. I need to get back into practicing fursuit stuffs, and maybe take drawing back up again.

3. Writing practice! As much as 20 minutes a day might seem negligible to you all ('Why can you not find 20 minutes a day?') getting up the will to actually do something productive is a problem I have. I want to start doing 20 minute writing practices that consist of asking for a topic, any topic, and just writing for 20 minutes, then stopping mid word if I have to.

A lot of this literally just falls down to I don't have the will to do anything productive. Having the weird sleep schedule I do doesn't help either. After getting out of work I usually just CANT help but fall asleep around 2-4. Part of it is I use my computer while lying in bed, but the other part is lack of sleep, of which is caused by a particular problem I have.

If I go to sleep early and wake up early, thus keeping a good schedule, I miss out on a lot of you all that are on my MSN and such being online, or online and free from work. Hence, what little bit of socialization I have goes out the window, because I don't have a social life IRL. However, if I stay up late and wake up.... still early, thus shorting myself on sleep, I get to talk to all the people I love and care for. But I get little sleep, and I start running into the afternoon crashing problem, among being tired at work. If I don't get the social time, I get depressed (ask  werewolfss). If I don't get the sleep, I get tired. It's a problem...

And I can't just go nocturnal either. My hours vary from 4-12 to 8-4, with almost no rhyme or reason to what they are. Hence, its hard to set a sleep schedule unless I plan for the earliest, which is 4, which means bed by 7 every night. No DnD sessions with  verdauga, once they get going, because they would be too late, no talking with  werewolfss most of the week because shi works in the afternoon... Sigh...

Well. Ill figure it out. Hopefully.

My cell phone contract with verizon runs out on June 1st, and considering Im paying verizon almost 70$ a month for my plan, I would love to make it cheaper. I'm looking at straight-talk from Walmart, but I have no idea about how good their coverage and service area is. Whats more, I'm looking for a 'smartphone' type of phone, but I'm phone stupid, and I'll only get it if its a reasonable price. 150$ for a phone is not something I consider a reasonable price. Hell, 75$ is reeeeeeeeeally pushing it. I found a refurbished one on the Straight Talk site for only 50$, which I'll pay, but there are cheaper ones that have slide out keyboards and touch screens, ect, and I dont know if these also classify as a 'smartphone'.

Ok, this isn't really a chance, because you would pay, but you would pay a much reduced rate for the artists work. I'm basically looking to get a three piece series of Silvermane becoming 'corrupted'. What do I mean by corrupted, you ask? Simple! Through sexual acts involving evil magic, or characters so evil that their touch/fluids corrupt, Silvermane is going to be changed from a demure lil' (big) chakat into a sex-addicted, cum loving pregnophile! The first picture would probably be along the lines of a rape, while the other two would obviously progress to hir enjoying it more and more.

I'm looking at  mosa for an artist right now, although that might change. I would front a little over two thirds of the cost, which means that if the price per picture was 45$, I would pay 33$, leaving you only 12$ per picture! I would get the original artworks if they were traditional, but I would see if I couldn't get prints made for you. You would have full posting rights on your profile, and obviously, a sexy full colored picture of you turning yours truly into a hot and heavy kitty!

I like supernatural shows. I just started watching Grimm, and I keep up with Supernatural. A lot of these shows can be cheesy, but ones like Supernatural and Grimm are very good. I'm looking for some more shows like this that I can watch. Criteria are;

-Deals with the supernatural (duh)
-Possibly based in real life folklore or legends
-Uses specific countries creatures/legends/what have you

If anyone has seen animes such as xxxHolic, Rental Magica, Ghost Hunt, or the one with the kid and the spirit dog who guards a school (I forget the name), then things like that is what Im looking for, in either actual TV shows or anime! Keep in mind, if you suggest anime, Ive watched like.... 60 days worth of it. My list is EXTENSIVE!

So, who else is SUPER excited for D3 on the 15th? I know I am, and I know I'm going to buy it. MMOs are always more fun to play with others, so maybe some of us that are getting the game can hook up online and make a massive party of FURRY HELLLLLLL!

So I've been looking for online classes for A+ Certification training (Entry level computer tech stuff) but so far I haven't really liked what I have found. To those of you that have done online classes before, what is the format usually? Do they take you through online videos or something? Forum? Video presentations by a professor in real time?

I looked at the price for the one in the University of Maine in Bath/Brunswick, but they wanted 1600$ for the course! Thats WAAAAAY too much. I found one here thats only 299-399$, but I'm wary signing up for a class thats not from a college, mostly because I don't know anything about doing online classes *Shrugs*

I think I toasted the fan on my laptop while using a can of air to clean out the fan. I dont hear it going, and I when I was restarting my computer earlier after running it I had a very hard time getting it to fully restart (AKA It would get about 5 seconds in, then just shut off). I think its overheating because of said busted fan >.> I have it running on the absolute lowest settings I can put it on and so far so good, but.... no gaming... I MIGHT be able to watch shows/movies. I don't want to buy a new computer because I am planning on spending money to go to AC. Sigh....

Been a while since I showed any kind of activity at all XD Sorry guys. Anyways. I plan to go to AC this year, but I am so far bust at trying to find a roommate. I can book the room, but I of course don't want to pay the entire thing myself, it would be far too expensive. So, if you are looking for a roomie for AC, or have a room booked and need moar people, give me a buzz! And fursuiting IS planned, although I will have to attempt to make one cause I don't think I can afford to get one made.

On another note, I'm trying, seriously, to lose weight. I just started to write down everything I eat to count my calories. I'm going to try for 3 meals of about 600 calories and 2 200 calorie snacks. My breakfast was 540, and I am feeling rather unsatisfied T.T On the bright side, 3 eggs is only 210 calories! Can't wait till snack time. I'm going to take up swimming an hour or so a day in the next couple days too. Hopefully with all that put together, I can start to melt some pounds. It would be great to lose about.... 60 of em.
