SolidscaleI think I need to disappear for a little while
General | Posted 14 years agoI've been thinking a bit lately and I thought I'd take some time to fix things in my life. So, I may not be on often are at all for a little bit. I don't want anyone to worry if I disappear for say a weeks on end. I'm not going anywhere and may return sooner depending on how fast I can adjust the holes in my life. I'll see you all soon. To all me mates out there, you're all awesome, and will get back to you ASAP.
I'm struggling with depression and I feel alone often, but that's what I intend to fix with a fairly spare amount of time. I've been miserable and caused misery to a few others as well. It would be just too regressive to go on like this, constantly stagnant and quiescent. Love y'all and see you soon. <3

lukesnowcatSome people don't know when to just man up and apologize.
General | Posted 15 years agoHere's a good example.
"keeyakanze: Private apology? No. "Go Fuck Yourself" is what I told ****** to say. I just know he's too nice to repeat it.
Last message received on 3/24 at 12:03 AM"
Again, way too conceited to actually know admit they were wrong and abhorrently mouthy.

General | Posted 16 years ago"He was two days away from retirement Waarrgh!"
General | Posted 16 years agoHad a confrontation with a student early in the morning, because he wouldn't cooperate and head to the principal's office. Wouldn't you know it? About an hour later, he comes up to the second floor of the school just to confront me and get in my face. He started off by being demanding, "Yo, don't ever fuckin' talk to me like that again", to which I responded by telling him he better get out of my face and keep walking right now. Of course, I couldn't have ended this job peacefully, because he steps closer and says "I'll beat the fuck outta you." Out of the blue I get sucker punched and left with a fat lip, but not before I swiped his leg out from under him. So now, I've got an court hearing and an expulsion hearing to attend, because the giant crackhead twig can't handle a little authority.
I'm a lucky man or I'm an imbecile and other permutations
General | Posted 16 years agoOn Tuesday I put in my two weeks notice and signed a sheet of recognition towards my resignation. I thought that was the end of it until my boss calls up and asks me to come to the office. Bare in mind that he's a former police sergeant with twenty-five odd years experience in the field. So, his coercive and interrogative techniques are near perfection, relatively speaking. Anyway, he brings me to his private quarters and shuts the door behind me, sitting me down to inquire about my sudden change of heart. For more than a half-hour he manipulatively plays the part of good cop and plays the whole "Opening up to you" schtick about his career, his accolades for me, what have you.
I seemed poised throughout the session, not very few indications of nervousness and tension, as he was probably trying to invoke out of me. Despite feeling so confident, I think I made a huge error. I didn't have to, but I relayed that I may have been unofficially diagnosed with a generalized social disorder. Now, I'm banging my head off the desk because he can use that against me if a future employer inquires him for a reference! Stupid me..
There is good news, though! I have two job interviews lined up, one of them being a mall cop. I could totally imagine the scenario where my former boss shows up and notices I'm working for another agency and thinking about what a lying little piece of filth I am.
tl;dr I told my boss I'm a nutcase and got some job interviews v_^

General | Posted 16 years agoI'm striving for new levels of insanity, it seeem.
General | Posted 16 years agoHoly crap, have I gotten so damn lonely. It has finally driven me off the deep end and it's finally beginning to show, especially at work. Oh boy, I'm actually trying to seek the approval of high school students and their friendship! Now, that's lonely. It's weird too, because I'm actually getting to know the worst of the worst of the student body and believe me, this high school has its bad element. I was just so happy to hear this little fat gangbanger with a Napoleon complex talking to me on a personal friendly level, I didn't have urge to do my job and tell him to get the fuck back to class. It's even more awesome, because I may or may not have told him where I live. So, happy days :)
tl;dr: I've become so pathetic, I long for the approval of anyone, even high school deviants.
Oh yeah, and tomorrow's a not so-special day for me. Maybe, I can tag along with Mr. Puff Jr. and sip 40's.....

The finest!
General | Posted 16 years agoThe finest?! The finest. Hardly, hardly at all! You know what I plan to do to all the vagrants that betrayed me? I'll hang them. I've never met proper folk, especially not here! You know who you all are, out there. From now on, I'm keeping everything and I mean EVERYTHING that comes my way! They talk, talk, talk, but in the end, they're as full of shit as the next lass or lad. I've been tying nooses for the past week and storing them in a cellar. Maybe, I'll start with those ghetto little shits I have to work around and then work from there. I have twenty seven of them so far. No one will get me, because I'll ingeniously hang myself to look like a Halloween prop. CHahahahahahahh! Dahahahahahah!
Sad.

Putting off my aspirations for another year
General | Posted 16 years agoAren't I just the luckiest lad in the world? I went down to Point Park today to fill out my application for the police academy today and came to find out that I can't apply for at least a full year due to me having counseling since the summer of last year. Apparently, they want their potential cadets to ween off counseling for another six months following that twelve months. Now, I just feel completely and utterly hopes. I've worked so hard to appease, push and challenge myself and in return, I get shit upon, as always.
Just takes a little bit of"hope" and "patience."
General | Posted 16 years agoSeriously, I just lost faith in humanity after breaking up a fight between "Hope" and "Patience" at work. -_-
PS. Please kill me. I mean it.

General | Posted 16 years agoFags at the urinal
General | Posted 16 years agoWhat's the consensus here?
I once witnessed some cops hassling the shit out of some fags outside of the restroom facilities near the local park. I swear, they should be treated harshly by law, because it stops other people from using the damn urinal! Wait, whut.
Do you:
A.) Knee them in the face?
B.) Fist in the mouth?
C.) Just walk out?
D.) Pull him aside to "talk" and then smack them around a little?

A Reflection on the recent Sean Bell case: "Bridegroom" Woes
General | Posted 17 years agoThis case was a media-fueled cluster fuck from the beginning. I knew it from day one when all the papers only referred to him as "bridegroom" Sean Bell. I'll explain.
When someone is killed, the media ALWAYS refers to them by their occupation. For example, in the Amadou Diallo shooting, he was always referred to as "street vendor Amadou Diallo". In the Bell case, they never mentioned his occupation, only his status as a "bridegroom". In reality, if he hadn't been shot, he'd be in jail right now. He'd been recorded making at least three drugs sales to undercover cops and indictments were coming down for him and his crew. He was also a suspect in the shooting of another dealer. As far as his "bachelor party", the reason cops were in the Club Kahlua in the first place was because it was known for employing underage prostitutes.
Of course the headline "Drug dealer killed trying to run down cops outside hooker bar" doesn't have the poetic drama (or sell as many papers) as "Bridegroom gunned down on wedding day". So drug dealer Sean Bell is miraculously transformed into Saint Sean, the innocent groom killed on his way to church. The cops were continually referred to as "trigger happy" despite the fact that, with over 45 years on the job between the 4 of them, none had EVER fired their weapon before. It was disgraceful media bias, poisoning the potential jury pool. The cops had no choice but a trial by Judge.
The case itself was a disgrace as well. The prosecution witnesses contradicted themselves at every turn, changing their stories multiple times. When one of Bell's buddies was asked on the stand if he changed his version of events to stand a better chance in his multi million dollar lawsuit against the city, he remarkably answered "Yes". The low point came when the District Attorney refused to vouch for the veracity of their own witnesses.
The charges should have never been brought in the first place since nothing criminal happened. This case was about appeasing the black community and Al Sharpton at the expense of cops doing their jobs. And it's not over yet. There's talk of the US Attorney of NY bringing federal civil rights charges against the officers. These charges are a disgusting end run around our Constitutional protection against double jeopardy, which is quite clear: "nor shall any person be subject for the same offense to be twice put in jeopardy of life or limb". These so called "civil rights" charges are undeniably trying people twice for the same offense, they just give it another name.
It's outrageous. If certain groups don't like a jury's verdict, no problem. The feds will step in and lock you up on a bogus civil rights charge. It's sickening pandering to special interests that shits all over the Fifth Amendment.
Even if no other charges are brought, the officer's lives will never be the same. They can't go back on the street and will most likely have to move because of threats. It also hurts the NYPD and the city itself. Because of bullshit criminal charges like this, the NYPD has great difficulty retaining it's best officers. Very few stay after qualifying for a pension after 20 years. Valuable, experienced officers, most only in their early to mid 40's, are retiring in droves. These officers bring a calm and mature outlook to the job and are crucial in training younger officers. And they're all leaving. I know several who have, and most will tell you that they still love the job. But they're afraid of having to defend themselves and getting "jammed up" as they say in cop lingo. That is, they're afraid of being indicted for doing their job.
The DA and politicians have made it very clear that they're more than willing to sacrifice cops to appease Sharpton and his ilk. In this sort of atmosphere, cops figure they'd have to be crazy to risk everything working one day longer than they have to. And who can blame them?
