Fun and Trouble for the rat!
Posted 11 years agoYeah, who set that trap there? Folks say cheese works well on rats, but who the hell set up a trap based on real life? Seriously. Not fun.
SO figured I'd update all the furs who either forgot I was alive, or just curious where a rat's been. So far with a new job and a slowly recovering financial situation, I'm back on track and glad to be with friends, when I got time. After Texas Furry Fiesta, I was mostly MIA due to the job situation, I swear some friends were ready to send out search parties before I showed my face again. Sorry if I worried you, to any who were still curious. For the most part, doing just fine, and gonna be around more.
Now that boring life stuff is out of the way, where's the fun details?
As the job situation is steady, I'm gearing up on looking to get commissions, clean and otherwise. I already dropped a few pieces here, but some are over a year old, time to freshen up, and I got a few in mind, once the opportunity comes around! On top of that, I started a SoFurry account, suggestion of a friend, to potentially put down story writing ideas. Most of it is just fan fictions and stories based on old characters from my gaming and RP Worlds (can never have enough EQ2 Fan Fiction), however, what good is writing a story if nobody reads it? I'm haunting a few other places too just for fun, as my love of Roleplay is hardly ever sated, so if you spot a rat in a place you frequent, give a wave, glad to meet someone new.
Other than that, I'm snooping around SL a lot again these days, causing trouble like any rat should.
On top of that ... just wanted to say this rat is Megaplex bound! After some arrangements and talking with my friend
glowybits I just need to set up travel. While Texas is this rat's new home for good, Florida still holds a warm place in this rat's heart.

Life's kept this rat busy, so much so even friends have wondered if I dug into a nest and just cut myself off from the world. What's a rat to do?
Anyways, been talking around about getting a few more commissions, but things are getting tight, but that should ease up sometime. With work hounding me most of the time, I gotta put time into friends and my roleplay again. Hopefully, things will even out soon, kinda like me, at this rate, I'm gonna keep a shape much like I wanted soon. Just gotta keep trying, just a little further every time!

Posted 12 years agoTime to finally break in this shin dig, and with my first commission too! I expect more will come in the future. Eager to get started here since lurking in the shadows for years. Figured it was time to step into the street light, who knows what'll come of it!
