Apparently August is being a bitch to relationships this month
If you just broke up with someone, or you've been single for awhile, don't give up! There's someone for everyone, it just takes time and effort.
Even if it hurts-*gets jumpscared by a Pepsi bottle* GOD JESUS FUCKING DAMNIT-for now, that's to be expected! But it won't ladte forever.
If you need to, just say fuck it with relationships for a bit and just have time for yourself! It might be good to do some self discovery.

So Stands in Jojo's Bizarre Adventure are freaking awesome y'know
Star Platinum, Crazy Diamond, The Hand, ZA WARUDO, and the literally hundreds more. They're all cool and unique, in both design and ability. Hirohiko Araki is a fuckin genius imo

I, like many other fans of anything, love creating headcanons and OCs. Normally they're just passing thoughts, but sometimes I keep ideas in my head and roll with them for awhile. Just for fun normally.
However. DAMN YOU ARAKI. STANDS ARE SO HARD TO COME UP WITH! Everything about them is waaaay too creative. Stands comes in so many different varieties, and sooo many possible abilities and designs.
Jotaro Kujo's Stand, Star Platinum, is a great example of beauty in simplicity. What can it do? Its strong, fast, and precise. It later learns to stop time, but because Jotaro never learns to do it for more than 5 seconds it isn't always a go to.
But Star Platinum is considered one of the most powerful Stands in Jojo. All Stands come with strengths and weaknesses, but because Star Platinum is so simple in comparison it has very few weaknesses. Mainly it's 2 metre limit.
But then there are fucking Stands like Giorno Giovanni's Gold Experience Requiem, which from my understanding can return any action or process to zero. Attacks, thoughts, willpower, emotions, it's like they never happened. HOW DOES ARAKI COME UP WITH THIS SHIT IT'S SO COOL OMFG
But there's the problem. Stands have such diverse abilities that not only is it hard to come up with something, chances are if you strike gold? Already a Stand. Part 6, Villain Henchmen #5 had that ability. Sorry brah.
And then the names! They started out simple, each Stand was based on a tarot card. Star Platinum, The World, Magician's Red etc. Okay. Then they were based on Egyptian Gods. Anubis, Ra, Bastet. Okay sure.
Now they're fucking band or song names. I kid you not, there are Stands called Red Hot Chili Pepper and Spice Girl. So now it's the exact opposite problem...too many to choose from!!!

It's pretty good so far. Very funny. Holo is so sassy and intelligent. Though that's a very dangerous combination. For Lawrence that is. Though I guess he is too so not really. Its pretty fun watching them try to one up each other all the time.
Its funny seeing her tease him a lot too. She's letting her pretty human form get to her head lol. I'm glad it's more playful than anything though. If they end up together that's fine, but it would've been disappointing is she was sexualized to an extreme. Make us furries look even worse, heh.
Though it weirds me out that Holo's naked from time to time yet she has no nipples. Like they aren't even hiding or censoring her chest, they're just there but with nothing on them. Then again I suppose that's for the best. Seeing Nyu's super pink nipples all the time in Elfen Lied was really awkward. Like, okay I get it. She has tits. I didn't start watching this to jack off, I wanted a gritty actiony drama love story thing. Stop trying to be a hentai. XD
Anyways, even though I'm only a few episodes in I highly recommend it. Since the main character Lawrence is a peddler/trader you get to learn a lot of really interesting tidbits. They really went all out in showing how bartering was back in the day, and even gives some tips for modern day haggling! Plus you get to learn about currency worth and exchange! But of course its also a fantasy show about a hot wolf chick and a hot trader dude so its not like you'll dislike it if everything else sounds boring lol. I'm really interested in where this is going!

I actually like Assassin's Creed Unity.
I know it has a lot of flaws. The bugs, the lackluster plot, the whiney and uninteresting protag etc.
I just...still like it for some reason. Its definitely a guilty pleasure. Don't you judge me. ;o

My sleep schedule is f*cked. I guess I can reveal how f*cked it actually is.
I go to bed around 6am, take a while to actually fall asleep, then wake up at 5pm.
Seeing as how I'm in the earliest U.S. time zone excluding Alaska and Hawaii, you can imagine how my social life is atm. Virtually nonexistent.
My friends are offline, like, 90% of my time being awake. The ones that are online are usually busy or tired. Soooo I screwed myself over.
Hopefully I can fix this. :/
In other news my right ear has been clogged since 7 this morning and it's almost 11 at night. Nothing has worked to fix it. Halp.

I've been making quite a few mistakes recently. Mainly when commenting here, or when trying to make friends.
I'm starting to sound very negative, and even when it's something like compliments I feel like they come out sounding really...empty. Even though I mean what I say.
I feel like I'm driving everyone away. I have no idea why I'm like this. I'm not upset, or even venting. I'm just...concerned I guess. I can be fairly decent person, but then I can be quite underhanded too. It confuses me.
I really just think it's my situation. I'm still suffering from my time in CPS, among other abuse I've suffered throughout the years. So a lot of negativity spills out.
If I've wronged you or anyone you know, it definitely wasn't personal. I'm just being dumb and dumping my baggage on others. :/
Not trying to be depressing either, sorry if it comes out that way. I think this just needed to be acknowledged y'know? o:

In games with guns, whether they be an FPS or a 3rd person shooter, silencers are your friend. Don't want to be ambushed, or you just want to take out each enemy one by one without being detected? Silencer. I love it whenever I get the chance to use them in games.
Which is why I was pleasantly surprised, albeit a bit confused, to find silenced pistols and rifles in Battlefield One.
It's frikkin WW1! I wasn't expecting silencers. Any of you know how long silencers and suppressors have been around? I'm legitimately curious.

The Post Apocalypse Genre

You know one really good thing about it?
The genre is just one big example why nuclear war is baaad. Or just war in general.
Sure there are quite a number of causes of an Apocalypse besides humans, such as natural disasters. But Fallout, Resident Evil, some Zombie movies, Terminator, Mad Max, Fist of the North Star, Planet of the Apes. All good examples that we should probably not shoot first and ask questions later.
The sad part is, even though most of the genre is pretty inaccurate to how things would actually go down... that's because things would be much worse. There's a huge possibility there would be no survivors at all, or that the survivors would die out quickly. Even worse than that... Fallout does a good job of showing how f*cked up radiation can be to a species, but it's still not accurate. That's on purpose though, that's how comics and such were in the era of inspiration.
But in reality radiation would cause things much worse than large insects and two headed cows. Excess limbs, melted parts of your body, tumors up the ass etc. Not to mention that radiation sickness is apparently one of the most agonizing ways to go. So not only will you suffer from mutations, you'll also have a slow but inevitable death!
TL;DR Keep it up Post Apocalypse genre. Keep showing the world why violence on such a huge scale is a horrible idea, and violence in general.

The fact that I keep coming across people like this is both infuriating and disheartening. Funny thing how it always seems to be artists too.
I'm about ready to take a long break from everything social. This is bullshit.

Meaning in friendship mostly. I really don't think I'm ready for a relationship lol.
Most of my friends are either busy, don't like to talk much, or our sleep schedules aren't aligned. So I normally just sit here waiting for someone who'd want to talk.
None of these reasons are their fault, it's just a bunch of unlucky coincides. Though a couple of my contacts are apparently ignoring me.
PSA people, if you're busy a lot or don't want to talk to someone...let them f*cking know. I only mean this for people who don't send so much as a "Sorry, busy." for weeks to months at a time. I'd rather be told someone doesn't like me or doesn't have the time than have them completely ignore me and then just finally block me without a peep. That's cowardly and disgusting.
Okay wow that came out of nowhere. THE POINT IS I HAVE NO ONE TO TALK TO LMAO! I guess I just need to fix my sleep schedule, then I wouldn't be so lonely. Easier said than done I'm afraid. :/

You ever start talking to someone, and because you don't know much about them, you say or do something that they don't particularly like?
What would you do? You know what you shouldn't? Immediately ignore them and not even give them a second chance.
I mean yes if it was something horrible, like something bigoted in any way, then yeah don't talk to them anymore. But if you crack as joke they don't like, or say or do something a bit stupid without thinking, it doesn't seem right to just say fuck all.
This has happened multiple times in the past month. I said or did something I didn't know would offend a potential friend, and then they just block me or not want to talk at all? Like...none of the things I did or said were bad! They were things that were personally bad to the individual, meaning I had no way in hell to know that they'd react poorly to something so normally tame without them telling me their background and triggers first!
Like, for example, if my mother died and a potential friend didn't know. If they did something stupid like ironically make a yo momma joke or something, yes I'd be a bit upset! Rightfully so! But they didn't know it was a touchy subject so I'd at least give them another chance! As long as they didn't show any other bad sides!
But no, in this day and age it's all just "TRIGGERED! Ignore, block, delete, no chance of forgiveness!" I'm not saying to put up with bullshit from people, but at least tell someone "Hey I don't like that." Then, if they say "Oh sorry my bad." then fucking move on!
I tried to apologize to every single person this has happened with, letting them know my intentions. Even if we stop talking I try to at least have no hard feelings. But apparently with people on this site it's just one and done.
If you're reading this then I'm almost certainly not talking about you. I have plenty of sensible friends where we got into little spats and were completely fine afterwards! You know why? Cause that's how relationships work. You won't always get along! Whether it be with friends, family, or a lover! But you move past it cause not every little disagreement means the end of the world.
So TL;DR If you start talking to someone and they trigger you, let them know. Don't just immediately get mad and block them. Chances are they had no freaking clue and will immediately apologize.
