I just busted a scammer going by  XxCoffeeObsessed, who has since deleted their account. They were offering story commissions at any price the commissioner wanted. Not only that, but they had absolutely zero stories on their gallery. Naturally I was skeptical, so I asked for an example of their writing, and they said they'd get back to me. Then about two weeks later, they again advertised stories at whatever price, so I again asked for a writing sample. They proceeded to link me to some pages on Archive of Our Own, claiming the works as theirs. I then left a comment on that profile's latest submission, asking if they were indeed the same person, and I then left Xx a note informing them of what I'd done, saying I'd gladly commission a story once I had proof. They proceeded to delete their account about ten minutes later.

People, if an artist or author is offering commissions, but has no samples of their work on their gallery, please ask for some! A little skepticism is always healthy, as long as you're respectful the whole way through.

Please include an option to search for creators by media and availability. It would make it so much easier to find a good author or artist for a commission.

I have a legitimate question regarding how to refer to a trans person pre-transition.

Say I have a transwoman friend who used to be called Max but now goes by Mabel. Which would be the more appropriate way to refer to Mabel pre-transition? "Mabel, back she was still Max" or "Mabel, back when she still went by the name of Max"? Or do I just exclusively call her Mabel and pretend the name Max never existed?

Honest answers are much appreciated!

To anyone who says there were never any signs of Daenerys being willing to kill innocent people, I direct you to this scene, where she kills a man right after admitting the possibility that he's completely innocent.

The Mad Queen was always there. This was just the moment it finally came out. To be honest, I would have been disappointed if she didn't snap, the way they kept hinting at it through the entire show.

Visual novels are just video games. Stop trying to make them sound more sophisticated and cultured by giving them their own category of entertainment! Same goes for graphic novels, they're comic books! Own it!

Why did your Dragonborn cross the border? What was their motivation for it?

My Dragonborn, Se'avva Jasmeen, was an innocent Khajiit girl living in Elsweyr whose family was slaughtered by the Dark Brotherhood. They would have killed her too, but she narrowly managed to kill the two assassins and escape with her life. Her uncle found and raised her into a capable woman, and from there she set off to get her revenge, hunting down every single member of the Dark Brotherhood, as well as the man who ordered the hit on her family. She started with the Elsweyr Brotherhood, then tracked down the stragglers in Cyrodiil, murdering the last one in his sleep in the city of Bruma, just south of the Skyrim border. From there, she headed north, ready to put an end to the Brotherhood once and for all.

Well, guys, after a long hiatus in which my friend had to catch up on his bills, I am happy to announce that Interrupted Vacation will be coming back in just a few months!

As you can see here Arania has added the next batch to her worklist, as well as a color portrait of the scientist. At this rate you can probably expect it to return by December, ar which point the series will return to its usual pace.

So what's new with me over the last month?

Had a bit of an argument with my girlfriend. I don't want to go into detail, but it was my fault. I did something stupid and I didn't want to admit it was my fault at the time. We're past it though.

My boss passed away early in the month. It came as a bit of a shock. I really liked her. Almost two years ago I had a nervous breakdown from stress and she supported me through it, even moving me to a different shift. I admit I couldn't make it to her funeral, it was on the other side of the country. I'll miss her though. The new boss fortunately seems like a great guy. He's much more strict, but he's totally fair and great to chat with off the clock.

Pre-ordered the new Spider-Man game that comes out tonight. Looking forward to it!

I bought a few gift pieces of art for my friend. I look forward to sharing them in this site when it's time!

Two more additions to Mia's Revenge are in the works. One a deleted scene that shows exactly what Jill did to Kara, and another alternate ending where Jill succeeded in killing Mia in their fight. There are plenty more to come. I think I'm going to make a seperate journal that just lists all the different ideas I have for this series.

Started playing the newest God of War game again after taking a break for a few months. Screw those freaking Valkyries. That mental image of Sigrun stomping on Kratos's head and breaking his neck has been seared into my mind now. I didn't even feel much satisfaction from finally beating her because I was just so mentally exhausted by that point. I should probably play an easier game to calm down. Maybe Dark Souls or something.

So what's new with me over the last month?

Well early in the month was the anniversary of my mom's death. It's always a tough time, but it gets less painful each year.

I had a blast with my girlfriend at Anime Expo. It was pretty fun and exciting. TeamFourStar was there, but the line for their merch shop was so long that sadly I didn't get the chance to meet them. Oh well. I got to play a demo of Kindom Hearts III though, so I'm even more hyped for the full release than ever before.

 Dirtyraptors finished the Monster trilogy and I loved the ending to death! Unfortunately I got in an argument in the PMs with an entitled douche who hated the ending and literally said I owed him an alternate ending, as if he paid for it himself.

I tried checking out this weird show called Pop Team Epic. No comment.

Finally saw 2017's IT. Overall I'd say it was pretty good and the acting was far better than the 1990 film.

Arania and my friend surprised me with a special commission. I can't share it just yet because it's not finished, but I was incredibly touched by it.

The big story I mentioned with  jackdoe513 is coming along smoothly. It's going to take several months before it's done though.

The English Dub of Stardust Crusaders is almost done. Looking forward to that finale!

As I said in my last journal, I decided to keep a blog. Let's make this a monthly thing for now and later I'll decide whether or not to change to weekly.

So what's new with me over the last month?

Well you already know about my falling out with TV Tropes, so no point in rehashing that.

A few weeks ago my girlfriend found out about my nasty kinks. Surprisingly, she just gave me a kiss and called me a weirdo, and the day continued as normal. You guys have no idea just how afraid I was to tell her about that stuff, so the fact that she casually brushed it aside was a giant weight off my shoulders. I love her so much.

My brother and his wife have been married for six years now and still no kids. I guess they're being responsible in that they want to be sure they're actually ready, but I've tried telling them over and over again that you're never ready for a kid until you've had your first. Oh well.

 jackdoe513 and I have started working on one mammoth of a story. You can also expect a few new additions to Mia's Revenge.

So I work as a stocker for a major sporting goods store. Well last week we expected an unusually large shipment to come in, and we all dreaded it. But when the cargo arrived, we discovered that the manifest we received had a glaring typo; whatever dumbass filled it out added an extra zero. So the shipment we actually got was only a tenth the size of what we expected. It was a relief for sure, but we were still annoyed that the supplier would have been so careless as to not double check their manifest before sending it out.

And to wrap it all up, yesterday I bought my ticket for Anime Expo in just a few days! I've never been to an anime convention before, so I'm excited to check it out. I sincerely hope they don't have any Lucky☆Star merchandise, or I'll lose all my money faster than at a Steam sale! I'll be sure to discuss how it all went next update!
