Things have been going okay-ish as of lately, if anything I feel a bit stressed by the number of events I've had recently, leaving me with not a lot of room to catch a breath... a couple weddings, family visits, etc, just one thing after another but nothing bad ^^
Artwise I couldn't be happier! I've met some really cool people and currently working on something I'm VERY excited to get done featuring one of my fave chars on this platform tehee, besides that I've been trying to be a bit more open, chat more with people, and overall try more stuff like photography and mixed media art, which is a blast to do.
I'm currently about to enter my last 2 semesters of university...fuck, time flies so fast, I can't believe I'm just a year away from graduating, it's been a long way, I feel so grateful that you guys have supported me all the way and have stayed here, I'm really really excited to see what the future has in store despite the bad stuff that's going around the world.

art-wise I've been trying to play as much as I can with my style, playing quite a lot with shapes bc heck geometry is cool looking...also been toying quite a lot with photography editing, currently shooting pics with some random sony cam I found, aaah... lovely lovely 1 megapixels...

Well fuck! I hadn't done one of these in a while
The year is about to end, so I decided to dump all of the art I hadn't here, lots of comms, lots of doodles and some artsy stuff, also managed to finally order my gallery a bit, still need to work on other things but huuuuuuuuuh, later.
Now, I consider 2024 a good year tbh, lots of stuff happened, some good, some bad, still struggling to find a balance of school-personal life-internet, mostly because I now take classes in the afternoon (1pm to 9pm). which ends up with just me being tired mostly lol, not good :c.
Besides this, I've been trying to experiment more, A LOT, which atm has brought it's rewards, I'm quite happy of the current lineless, pointy style I've been developing, and the new techniques I have been trying on physical media (stickers and prints) which made me had a lil idea that I'll work on further this next year, which is to open a small online store, I may get into linolium printing soon since I got a small kit too ehehehe.
Anyways as usual, I'm happy to have this many viewers here even now, it's been a long way (I've been here for 5 years now lololol) and I'm very, very grateful for your support.

welp, here I am again, happy to be active on FA again despite the incidents I've had recently, life isn't going on the best direcction possible, struggling to find a job, mental issues and some other crap, but hey I'm finally getting everything together, finally got my comm queue pretty much done, I've got a bunch of people interested on em and I'm happy about it, been improving my style a lot and I'm excited to do the fun ych ideas I've got in mind.

I've been doing regular these past months, had my ups and downs, but overall I've been felling good enough about me and my improvement on art, on the other hand I'm kinda struggling financially atm (your boy is awful with money management) despite that I'm trying to balance my studies and art time-wise, I think sometimes I push myself too hard but heh, can't do much if drawing is my main income source, despite that I still love to do it, I'm always happy to make people happy with it, and if it brings joy to someone then that's good for me ^^.
regarding commissions I'll be closing them for a while as they are gonna get a price change, about 20 USD up to be exact because of the time this stuff takes to do now Dx

I've been playing the drums for about 5 years now, have gotten my moments where even I'm impressed of being able to actually play without any kind of knowledge on basic theory, I don't even know how to read a partiture XD.
but now more than ever music is pretty much present everyday on my life, it's my main source of entertainment as I don't watch TV at all, this being said I always love to dig on bizarre genres and albums such as breakcore, breakbeat, jungle, vaporwave, etc... of course these are mostly computer processed music mostly that rely on samples, which I love, I have a huge obssesion with glitchy music personally.
but fuck, jazz is different.
on my quest to discover wacky bands I stumbled upon a japanese band called CASIOPEA. boi my brain wasn't prepared for what I was about to see.
these fuckers managed to blow my ass off my chair with the first 10 seconds of footage I saw from them, it was the most epic and unbeliavable live performance I had ever seen, these guys literally defied the fisic limit that I had on my mind to create some of the funkiest music ever, they're just scary fr.
after all of this I tried to actually play these songs despite said guys have at least a 10+ piece drum kit, and heck I sort of managed to break it down to simple rhythms and it's fun as heck.
and then I said hey jazz funk is cool and fun to play, I should just try regular jazz.
(I was wrong they're totally different things)
for the first time ever I had to watch a fucking tutorial on how the heck this genre even worked on the drums, I went from need to have both my hands coordinated to pretty much have to uncoordinate MY WHOLE FUCKING BODY.
cymbals, snares, tombs, pretty much everything goes at it's own rhythm and gosh, it's so complicated but at the same time if I get to learn this shit I could make a lot of stuff, it's just a really hard thing but the pay off is huge, having a band and everything is a dream, and I'm an amateur but I do enjoy playing with/for people.
so yea that was all I had to say, I just love music so much, thanks for reading this if you did

Sooo yeah, a few weeks ago I entered university, which certainly won’t let me do art for a while ( or at least I won’t have the same time I did before)
Tho so far things are going nice and I’m enjoying my time at the school a lot, actually it’s been chill so I’ve been prescribing some stuff with my art to give y’all better stuff once I’m back (may be soon or not), tho atm I may open limited slots of commission since I’m taking photography in here and my old lens is kinda fucked, still works but gets me some troubles so I may have to get a new one and those things aren’t cheap at all, I’m gonna rework my comm sheet to update the prices since I sorta feel it’s time I actually do that, but so far I appreciate everyone that has been helping me so far and really hope you’re all good, if anyone is interested in comms just leave a comment here so I have an idea of how many slots I should open, also thinking on making a single slot for a comic page cause I wanna work With that again

well tbh these days I just haven't been the best in my artistic way, I got another extra job a while ago and I barely have time to draw or do anything else because even if I wanna draw I just can't because of the physical burnout I'm having, on top of that I'm just having a big ass artblock right now and tbh I don't really feel anything of what I'm doing now comes out the way I want it to, and I seriously don't wanna take a break cause I just hate having unfinished drawings but I may just do it so I can stop feeling like shit when I look at my art.
I may take 1 or 2 weeks to make it short so I can finish the pending commissions I gotta do soon enough, once I'm back I'll be doing a new price sheet for my commissions as well but by now they will remain closed.

Sooo, there's a bunch of stuff I've been thinking lately, I have a small announcement as well, lately I've actually felt like I had a significant improvement on my art, with that being said I can tell easily it takes a bit longer to render and shade stuff, so probably I'll have a considerable rise on my commission price next time I do my chart (probably this or the other week) so if you wanna get something from me it's the time to do it before I change that ^^

since the last week I have a bunch of ideas on my mind, the ones that interest me the most are some that I plan to sell some YCH stuff cause I see a lot of that, but since I don't really have a lot of followers I wonder if you guys would be interested on that just to know if I should do em, my ideas are
-a small power rangers tf comic involving goldar and lord zedd (I would take the zedd place meanwhile the goldar would be a slot)
