The time is flying by and spring is nearly here. Wow
On another note one of favorite shows debut its 3rd season "The deep"
I do hope it will continue into a 4th but if 3 is all we get I'm happy with those.

Just like to wish everyone a Very Merrry Christmas or what ever you celebrate. Plus a safe one as well, be kind to all those around. :)
Also to all those in retail, (me included) just be patient folks we try (well maybe not everyone ) but most do and they too would like to be off and be with family and friends as well. So pay it forward if you can, it will make you feel all so good.

With august gone we now start into fall or soon to be
It was a hot one and full of humidity where i live
Gave my Asthma a heart attack....sigh...used up more inhalers this
month alone than i have in prior years...ick

As i write this its lightly snowing outside, wow. With the hot summers we have had seeing this late of spring is surprising. Not too far away they have had ice storms and lots of damage. Power outages and falling ice have closed streets and stores creating a lot of havoc. I can only hope this is winters last ditch effort and we can now look forward to a spring thaw.

2017 has been a somewhat different year for me and the family. We lost some love ones, I gained a newer car and I made some new friends but lost one as well.

So to everyone be well and try to stay calm and treat others like you'd like to be treated.

Yesterday we said our final good-bye to our Aunt...
She lived to the fantastic age of 96...wow...pretty amazing feat...
We celebrated her life and it was nice to see family and cousins we haven't seen in years
Although friends were sparse, due to the fact that our Aunt out lived most everyone, it was nice to see those
who took the time to come and pay respects.
Today is a bit of a somber day...as I myself reflect on what has transpired.

Later days

For months now I've had a annoying problem with my left hand. Its been half numb for too long so my appointment with a specialist finally came up. Takes way to long to see one these days. Anyway after shocking me and being ever so pleasant about it. ;) LOL it seems I have a pinched nerve in my elbow. So there is a surgery for it, but i have to ask my doc the pro's and cons of it first.

Anyway its a bit of relief to know what is wrong with it.

So there went my Friday.

Hey all,

I made it through the month, i times where i reflected in my past, I still miss my mother a lot. I envy those who still have theirs around. If your mom is still with you, call her up and say I love you. :) I still wish i could.

So now its a rush to the Christmas season. I normally have time off at this time but not this year...its kinda sucky.

I hope you will all have time to spend with your family this year.

Its almost October and that's the time of the year when a few years back now I lost two family members. The month is always the hardest for me. So i'm just writing for therapy, so all your support here is so awesome I appreciate all of it.

Wow....
Loved the closing ceremonies for the Olympics, the raising of the non functional pier was a stroke of genius. I felt bad for the woman who didn't get the chance to light the flame.
Congrats to all of the athletes they all did their best and showed us what the Olympic spirit is all about.

It seems the ladies had lots of fun and big celebrations after winning the gold medal game.

Well good for them, they deserved a good romp, who cares if they smoked or even drank some beer....good god!!!
