And here they are:
°Commission Procedure:
> You will tell me what you want to have drawn and I will tell you the price.
> I will send WIP's while I am doing your commission (I try to send them after every step, to check if color and stuff are ok).
If something on the pic is wrong, please tell me immediately! :)
I won't change things you could see before after I did the colors and shading.
> I won't do nsfw pics for ppl under the age of 18 years.
°Payment:
> Payment has to be made before I start the lines!
> Payment has to be done per Paypal if you aren't located in Germany.
> Refunds can't be given after I started the sketch, so please be absolutely sure you want the pic!
°Communication:
> You can text me anytime per note on Furaffinity (Cherry Tetsa) or on Telegram CherryTetsa
°Permissions:
> You may post the pictures, but please tag "Cherry Tetsa" as artist
> You mustn't claim the art as yours
> You mustn't trace the pics!
> You mustn't sell the pics!
> You mustn't edit the pic! You can add text.
> You may print the pics for personal use as you like, but not for commercial use
°What I draw:
check out my draw/won't draw list to see that!

°Ych's:
> I won't do different species than on the pic if the description doesn't say that I will.
> It is possible to pay the ych for others (i.ex. as a gift)
> I reserve the right to raise the price for very difficult characters or refuse drawing them.
°Adopts/customs:
> You may resell them, but not for more than you paid unless it has more art.
> You may do small changes in design
> You can give the adopts back if you no longer want them, but you won't get a refund.
I reserve the right to refuse any commission for any reason.
