Hey, guys! I dropped out of the internet for quite a long time because I was on an amazing trip with ! It was our first trip together, not in company, and it went wonderfully!

I've always wanted to visit the Caucasus. I am attracted by these green mountains, local animals, folk culture and local cuisine. We lived in the mountain town of Kislovodsk, on the first day we climbed the mountain on foot, because the cable car did not work хD A few days later, my unpreparedness and too steep terrain led me to a knee injury. It was very painful, but we found good anti-inflammatory drugs that helped me enjoy the rest further. I visited the doctor at home and it turned out that it's okay, I feel better!

We also visited Pyatigorsk and took the cable car to Mount Mashuk. It's very beautiful! I have never seen such a long open panorama! We were also lucky to visit Mount Cheget and Mount Elbrus - the highest mountain in Europe. Of course, we were not at its peak, but we arrived by funicular as high as possible.

When our stay in the Caucasus ended, Kshanti went home to Krasnodar, and I went to a city I didn't know - Ryazan. There was a two-day psychotherapeutic conference and it was important for me to attend it. I was a little disappointed in the organization, but overall it was an interesting experience.

And now I'm home and I've caught a cold х) I thought that I would immediately join the work, but it seems that my body requires quality rest х) Well, I'll have to give myself what I need so much - a good rest! Traveling is cool, but it still takes a lot of effort

Heya, guys! How is your summer going?

My summer is full of bright events and good impressions! Of course, this does not eliminate my worries about world events, but it at least helps to preserve my mental health.

I am again plunging into a deep study of psychology and recently attended a large intensive for psychotherapists - it was really cool!
I watched the work of cool therapists, applied theory in practice, made new acquaintances with interesting people. But it was also difficult - intellectual work combined with strong emotions led to severe fatigue, from which I still will not recover. My working capacity is now reduced to zero and I constantly want to sleep. But now I have to help my parents in everyday life, so I can't predict when I will be able to really relax хD Sleepy griffin chick, hehe x)

And yes, today is my birthday! This year I celebrated it modestly, but so nice - in nature with my beloved husband and dog :)

Hi, buddies! I just want to tell you about how I live now.

Reading the news every day, it's so hard not to get discouraged... But at the same time, you begin to appreciate things even more that you didn't notice before. For example, I am really glad that the vast majority of people from my social circle are kind, peace-loving people. You don't need to be a Buddhist to understand that any life is valuable.

Some of my friends have already left or are about to leave the country. On the one hand, this idea sounds very tempting to me, on the other - there are many things that I love in my homeland, despite the shit that is bubbling here now. It would be hard for me to be away from my parents' family. And I sincerely sympathize with those who were forced to leave their homes :( Me, my family and friends do not stop hoping that this will end soon.

Now I especially felt all the pain of being a traditional artist х) Someone is now stocking up on cereals, someone is stocking up on sugar, and I am.. stocking of watercolor paper! It has never been a cheap material, but soon the prices for it will be unaffordable. Of course, there are cheaper analogues with an obvious difference in quality, but I managed to buy a good paper. It was already more expensive than usual, but not critical yet. I hope that this stock will last for a long time. Other materials are consumed less, so there should be no problems with them.

I guess that's all I wanted to say right now. And just want to remind everyone that it is especially important now to help each other and remain human.
