We're in a pretty nice neighborhood with a lovely double backyard and a small front porch. It's a pretty nice place.
Rent is expected to be $350 a month, and you get your own room with a spacious closet right across from the bathroom.
Rent includes utilities and internet, but not cable TV. If you want TV, you have to pay for that yourself :P
Food is not included in rent; you'll have to buy your own food, or come shopping with us to buy a whole pool for the household.
We're asking that you pay the first month upfront.
We're looking for someone familiar with a very open mind, preferably male, though female is fine, too! We allow drinking, and smoking is OK outside of the house, but no other recreational drug use is allowed.
Ideally, we're looking for someone who can move in April 1, though we understand that's not necessarily going to be the case. Otherwise, we're looking for someone who needs a place ASAP. We'll collect rent based on the first day you move in.

Posted 15 years agoso, my birthday came and went, 4/20. not much new, but i figured it warranted an update. i've just been extremely busy; i'm not used to it. to put it in perspective, i've spent the last few nights sleeping in a computer lab.
for those of you who watched me for my writing, i'm sorry to say it's on hiatus right now. i write, but it's for school. i don't think you want my school writing. that, and i still want to rewrite the first story i wrote. i need some time and some drive, two things in which this chipmunk is lacking :-P
