i haven't been on here in ages xD; mostly cause my life is just.. so busy. but i really wanna get drawing again. i was in a rigorous art course last year and it just.. kinda took the fun away from art, and turned it into a task. plus the subject matter was completely different from what i usually draw.
but anyway, i'm slowly easing myself back into digital art, hopefully i'll upload some pretty things soon :3 and also when i get my scanner working.. or a new scanner, (this ones been busted forever) my traditional art.

but i have good reason. i've been so..insanely..busy lately adgsjgsg so ive barely had any time to draw online ;_; though i do have decent art traditionally which I HOPE I CAN UPLOAD.. fgdfg gotta fix that scanner too..
plus, my laptops fucked. my dad's trying to get it fixed while he's in washington, so, cross your fingers hahah

in other news, i got my first paycheck lmao. i work labelling stone samples at a warehouse.
aaand i now have a lovely boyfriend who used to just be a really good friend. ;) hes amazing.

im gonna try and upload doodles and stuff, i have so much i wanna finish haahah. i go back to school wednesday, once i get my graded art project back (consists of 52 cards, fronts & backs hand drawn) i'll put them up in my scraps. i have a few interesting ones in the style of the artist who did the cover art for pepper's kona town. because pepper's music was a huge part of my summer. and thats my theme :) my summer & the mentality of it.
i only have 20 something cards though.. damn i need to get cracking, one week left.

baahah i need some money to buy new art supplies. as soon as i get the inks i want, i'll be doing much more traditional stuff!

Hehe.. anyone have any good tutorials on coloring in photoshop? i've been trying to work on something for my friend (yes draco, its that! XD) by shading normally then just using the smudge tool...
i want to try another technique though. :/
