X MaraJob's Cutting Back My Hours
Posted 12 years agoSo yeah, there's that.
I have mixed feelings about it.
More time for art yet less money to, you know, survive.
It's hard enough as it is as I am the worst at budgeting.
So there's some room for job improvement as I'll be looking for a new one that has more reasonable management to work with.
Or a new job in general.
I feel like a downfall for finding a job is my lack of vehicle.
So I may do some donation sketches or something to save funds for one :>
Now I'm just rambling.
Keep an eye out for sketch commissions.
I'm hoping my next paycheck isn't a slap in the face from missing work because of FC.
We'll see.

I'm going back to dragon ;w; I miss it so much.
I still have a love and respect for otters and I do feel some part of me relates to them.
But mostly dragons ;w;
I still have a purpose for otter Mara (who's name will be changed).

We have a place to stay Thursday-Saturday night.

Commissions Closed Because of Reasons. - Read if I Owe You!

I have horded a nice list of people I owe commissions to.
Because I have a part time job (that takes a lot of my energy away x.x), I am finding it hard to work on projects and commissions.
And then new furries meet me are like "your art is amazing, take my money" and I can't because I still owe a bunch of people and I haven't gotten anything done :V
Since I have now completed two projects, I'm taking this week to get as much as I can done before continuing Candi Shoppe next week. It'll be an every other week thing so I don't drive myself crazy with doing work for other people xD
SOOO, since I'm such an amazingly (un)organised person, I'm compiling a list of all the stuff I owe to people.
PLEASE if I owe something and I forgot to put it on the list, let me know xD
IF YOU WANT A REFUND ON YOUR COMMISSION please send me a note and I will issue one to you when I get paid.
I feel like I at least owe people an offer of a refund if they feel they could put that money somewhere else.

Okay, now the moving part :I
Pix and I were trying to do right by Crash and become legal roommates...buuut property management was all like "give us a shit ton of money" and we're like "we can't do that" sooo we're looking for a new place to live yay.
Also I'm sorry I haven't been lively on FA. My job's been keeping me super busy as well as Candi Shoppe, so I haven't had much time for anything else!

As you are probably aware, I am working on a Candi Shoppe mini, called "Pumpkin Spice and Everything Nice".
I have the script finished and have found that there are plenty of oppurtunities for cameos!
If you are interested in having your character be a cameo, please continue reading!
I have a few slots with characters who have lines and some background characters who make appearances but don't have lines!
Your character's level of involvement is determined by which slot you purchase. I need the following:

Posted 13 years agoI've been sick of drawing furries recently, so I've been going back to dragons and avoiding FA.
I've revived dragon Mara because I love her.
So yeah.
Drawing dragons.
If you have a dragon you want me to draw, I might draw him/her.

However, if I do draw your dragon for me, then that means you give me permission to use to dragon for my own purposes :U

xMara Considering Issuing Refunds
Posted 13 years agoI've never had to issue refunds before so I feel really bad about it...
But I feel like I'm getting to a point where I've made people wait ridiculously long for art..
I need some feedback from people who have commissioned me.
CFT commissions won't be issued refunds because I still have time for those.
But I have commissions from like February and beyond that I've neglected and I know this will reflect bad on me if I ever try commissions again...
If I were to do refunds, they'd happen around the tenth when I get paid.
I don't know, what does everyone think?
