- Payment via PayPal (50% or 100% prepayment)
- Payment must be made within 24 hours after placing the order
- Deadline: 2–4 weeks, depending on complexity

- Pricing & Payment: Once we agree on the price, you send the payment
- Sketch Approval: I will send you a sketch; if everything looks good, I will proceed. You will receive updates and can ask for adjustments or changes
