HELLO, DEAR CUTIES!! ^^ *Hippo kisses to all* AM I SUPER GLAD TO FINALLY BE ABLE TO COME BACK AND SAY HI TO ALL OF YOU AMAZING CUTIE FRIENDS!!

First of all, I deeply apologize to all of you for my LONG disappearance. Life was a RUSH for me these last months and... Well, it's a pretty long story. Do you remember I wanted to get hired in the Institute where I made my doctorate? Well, that ain't happen. I came searching for more job opportunities as a scientist, or as an engineer, but... No luck. I couldn't find any luck, and sadly, my diploma wasn't ready either, so when a job opportunity for science came in... I just couldn't apply due to that missing paper. I got nervous and tried any other options, so... finally luck came in and I got a part time job working in a food stand. It was great and I loved the work environment... but it was not enough to raise money for my rent and for helping my family. So I had to look for other job opportunities. By the time I realized... I had 4 jobs keeping me busy from Monday to Sunday! >< And even though all of my jobs were great and I loved each experience I had with them... It was super tiring and it wouldn't let me any free time.

Luckily, all that changed by the end of August. While I was working in the food stand, I received a call... I FINALLY HAD MADE IT! I GOT HIRED AS A SCIENTIST FOR A COMPANY! ^^ *Happy hops* I can't explain the happiness I felt!! I couldn't have asked for a better birthday gift. (Eventhough it was not my birthday, it would come a week later, so... *Hippo shruging her shoulders*). I had to move to a different city, and I needed to complete some trainings (I am still, actually ^^) in the company, but everything's settling down now. ^^

Now that I have settled down and can get a bit of free time, I will catch up with all my cutie friends over here, Discord and Telegram! ^^ *More hippo hops and wiggles* Thanks for all your cute comments to my pics, as well as for worrying out for me and looking out for me all these last months. It means A LOT to me! ^^

And last, but not least, I wanna wish you all... MERRY CHRISTMAS TO YOU AND ALL YOUR LOVED ONES, DEARIES! May the best of the world be given to you through all your lifes. Hi there, amazing and kind cuties! I just wanted to share with you all that this hippo made it! She's finished her PhD studies! YAAAYYY!! Now this sexy hippo can be a scientist! Hehe! Once again, I want to say thanks to all the amazing furry friends that have shown a lot of support to me over these rough days. ^^ It has meant a lot to me. ^^

Now that I'm done with this, I have been busy giving my curriculum in different areas of the Institute to get a chance to get hired, but I'm also trying to get a job in different areas, so I will be a bit busy with those tasks. Nonetheless, I'll try to get some relief and celebrate by browsing through more of your excellent art, as well as posting more shenanigans of the chunky girl. I love being Gloria. ^^

Hi there, you amazing and gentle cuties! ^^ *Hippo kisses* I am glad to share with you that I'm almost done with my doctorate, huns! My exam will be next Monday! Yaaayyy! I'm almost done with this stage of my life. ^^ I want to thank you all amazing furry friends who have shared lots of support not only to the pics and gifs I've posted, but also sharing support words with me along these rough days of work and study. ^^ I've still got some work to do, such as now finding a new job in order to continue helping my family, and all the activities that implies, but I'll get to do it once I'm done with my doctorate. ^^

Hi, amazing cuties!! I gladly share with you all that I finally delivered my thesis yesterday! YAYYYY!! ^^ Thanks a lot for your support through these rough times!! I am so glad to have finished my thesis, despite my advisor saying it could use some extra corrections and my jury possibly making more changes as well.

I still have work ahead of me, like making my presentation for my defense, and studying for it. Nonetheless, I rest assure that I am one step closer to finishing this stage of my life!

HELLO, cuties!! I'm really sorry, but I'm gonna have to disconnect myself from the site for a while... No worries, I'll return eventually, but I have a strong situation related to my PhD doctorate degree thesis (I'm starting to hate it), and I will have to work as CRAZY to solve it. Thanks to all of you for the watches and favorites, as well as the amazing furries that have been chatting with me, but I will have to focus on this situation in order to get out alive and be a full-time scientist. I'm really sorry... But I do promise to return!!! Until then, I'll miss you all!

Ok, remember that I had told you that I was planning to post some things about a project a few days ago? Well, good news... I GOT MY GLORIA THE HIPPO MASCOT COSTUME!! You can see it in my latest submissions! Ain't I BIG AND CHUNKY! Love it!
My mascot was made by the amazing team of Moona Botargas (https://es-la.facebook.com/moonabotargas/, https://moonabotargas.com/, https://www.instagram.com/accounts/.....moonabotargas/), and I fell in love inmediately with it! Hope you like it as much as I do!
On other things concerning the suit, let me tell you... THIS CHUNKY GIRL IS A BEAST TO WEAR!! In fact, she has two zippers in the back: one that connects the butt and the tail, and the other one that goes straight up to the shoulders, and it also has a velcro tie for the neck. Nonetheless, THE BODY IS SO HEAVY that I need a pair of extra hands to zip it up completely, task that I haven't been able to do on my own. That's why some of the pics I will post will show me with the body zipped partially. I apologize, but in the future I'll try to find a way to dress myself up completely on my own, or get extra help to dress myself properly. Regardless, I hope you still enjoy the pics I post.
