- For adopts or character sales, payment must be sent and received before the art file is sent to the buyer. If it is a YCH or Custom slot, payment must be paid in full and up front.

- I DO NOT WORK WITH MINORS
- If you are a minor, I cannot and will not accept any form of payment or trade to protect both myself and you.
NSFW
I do a lot of NSFW YCH stuff. But there are a lot of things I won’t do.
- No Underage
- No Vore
- No Diapers
- No hyper, macro/micro
- If you want to know if I do something, just ask!
General
- I will give you an approximate time frame as to when the piece will be done, if there is a dead line as to when you need the piece, inform me when you begin your order.
- You MAY NOT altar, draw on, trace, claim as your own, or repost without my explicit permission
Exception: If you purchased art from me, you may color it, but no major altercations
- If I credit an artist for a base, and you are given permission to repost, you must credit that artist as well as myself.
- You can repost any art you purchase from me, receive as a trade, or receive as a gift, but I, and any other artists part of the work, must be credited.
- All my work is non-commercial which means if you purchase my work, it cannot be used for monetary gain.
Revisions
- Please ask for them in the WIP stage. I'll even welcome redrawing the WIP once or twice.
- I will only do small revisions/recolors after the work is complete. If I made a mistake, then I will fix it. Just let me know!
- Please do not come to me days after I delivered a commission and ask me to adjust something. You already approved it by accepting it on delivery. I do not rework completed art.
Refunds and Holds
- I can refund payment only before and after a piece is done, not during.
- If a refund is requested before the piece has been started, you will get a full refund.
- If a refund is requested after the piece is finished, you will only get a refund of 50% rounded up to the next full dollar (example, $11.56 would be a $12 refund)
- Refunds are not available for adopts, but you can give away or re-sell them, but they cannot be sold for more than they were purchased for.
- I will hold an adopt, customizable adopt, and YCH slots up to 7 days ONLY. No exceptions.
