Hey some furs are planing a get together try and join us.

So I have been trying to get my name out there as an artist and I have been offering free requests and just trying to become an artist who can live off his art. But every time I get some one interested in my work they stop contacting me once I ask if they have a FurAffinity account. Did something happen that I am blatantly unaware off that made everyone hate FA or are some people being hipsters and thinking that FA is too mainstream? Or is it that I am attracting the wrong part of the community? I don't mean to insult anyone I am just really puzzled to what is going on with a community as big as ours why am I bumping in to people who wish to have nothing to do with the biggest online community?

Art request are tricky, I have heard really bad horror stories about art request from other artist but I really want to get my name out there, so I want to open up for some. The catch is it would probably just be line work or sketches perhaps a splash of color as well, I guess it all depends how stretched out for cash and time I am LOL.
