Life and Commissions Updates

It's been quite awhile since my last appearance here, so I decided to post a journal about all of the things going on in my life right now.
Since February life has changed drastically for the reasons that you all know and have seen in the news (and quite possibly keep seeing now). A wild mix of feeling unsafe, unstable and never knowing what's gonna happen next week. I can't say things has gotten exactly better since then, yet maybe my mind just got "desensitized" to the chaos around or perhaps my newly prescribed antidepressants have taken some effect, but at least I managed to get myself to work somewhat okay lately. Still feel like a dog from the "this is fine." meme, although it is probably not as bad as it could be, considering the surroundings.
That said, I'm finishing up all the debts that have piled up. I haven't checked all the notes yet, but I will do so one by one as I'm getting the art projects done. I acknowledge that some of you have been waiting extremely long and I'm thankful to everyone for the trust and patience. I'm still a bit terrified about the final results since I can't judge my latest artworks from the outside and compare them somewhat objectively to previous ones, but I'm cautiously hopeful that I haven't lost the skill that I used to have. At least my perfectionism never went anywhere, though there are artworks that I've redone from 0 while being half way through.
A bunch of new artworks will be posted soon along with several older ones that I kept hidden to compensate the silence to all of the people following me here and on other platforms as well.
As for prints and merch, I had to deactivate my RedBubble for now since I can't get paid from there in any way and I'm confident we are not getting back any time soon.

— Full-body
A realistic painting with a special attention to details, colored and shaded, with any kind of a background. Price depends on the number of characters, the complexity of their designs and that of the background. Two or three concepts will be shown to you prior payment stage so that you can look at them and choose one for me to work further.
Cetaceans — $120-180
Dragons/wyverns — $200-400
— Portrait
A head- or bust-shot drawing of a character with a simple background. The factors that affect the price are the same as with "full-bodies".
Cetaceans — $70-120
Dragons/wyverns — $100-150 (+ $70 for an additional character)
— Music Commission
Music Commission is a full-body artwork created under the impression of a song of your choosing. A character/species can be picked by you, but the rest will remain a surprise until the very end.
Cetaceans — $100
Dragons/wyverns — $200
» I do not draw:
— NSFW (except for blood, # hunting scenes)
— Anthropomorphic characters
— Anything like “draw in THAT person’s style” (commission them, jeez)
» Time Required/Deadlines:
— ~2-3 months for full-body paintings
— ~1 month for portrait
— Works with a deadline set in less than 30 days are paid with an extra $50
» Payment:
— I require at least 25% advance before I start
— I accept payment through PayPal or directly to my Visa card (рус: можете платить через Сбер)
» Advance Refund:
100% - If I didn’t start/Sketch done/Sketch and Base-Coloring done
50% - I am halfway through/Either Background or at least One Character finished
0% - Pre-finished or Finished work
» Use:
» You’re not allowed to remove/cut the copyright sign
» You can’t edit and resell the piece
» You can use it for any non-commercial purposes
» You can post it wherever you want as long as the credit is given to me - Katherine Kei
