Posted 12 years agoSo recently I got employed but a Direct TV contractor called M Digital based out of Fridley Minnesota. I got hired to become one of there install technicians and have been in the process of being trained. This is the first job I have had in almost a year that is giving me fulltime hours right off the bat. I will start working 6 days a week as soon as I get fully trained in with a 100% chance of getting over time every week. It will be awesome having that much income. But at the same time I am going to loose almost ever aspect of what little social life I have at the moment. During training I have already worked 12+ hrs in a single day and that really only gives me about a 1 hr window to even check my social media and other accounts at night. Hopefully once I get going I can request time off. Because I need a whole week in november off to go to mff. But we will see how this pans out. I really needed a change in my life.

Been kinda busy with life, I work at two jobs and barely have any time to sit down and just work on music.
Things have been kinda tough but I will pull through and become better because of it.
There is always that time when you just need to get things done and grow up.
I'm trying to make that time now.........įøî........

So I have noticed lately that a lot of submissions for the music portion of FA are just songs by actual artist. I don't know what the point is to fucking post something you didn't make on here. I'm pretty sure that is against site policy, but I don't know.
Anyways though, what are you people looking for. Do you want page views or something?
And it's not like they even remix this stuff. Like it's ok to go grab a midi file and layer your own choice of sounds over the tracks, but to just post someone else's work without their consent is way not cool.
I know this isn't going to stop anytime soon but I just wanted to vent about it.
Going through a lot of stress lately, work has been keeping me a busy walf.

Posted 12 years agoSo I have been contemplating if I should start doing weekly mini mixes just to get my name out there a little more.
I was thinking of doing 30 minute mixes of select genres of music such as Hardcore, hard style, house, electro and big room. I would like to get my watchers involved by letting them pic 1/4 of the tracks and taking suggestions from anyone who would like to hear more music.
I would really like to play at MFF this year and I think that this would be a good way to get myself on the path to that actually happening.
Feedback from anyone is always positive. I would really just like to hear what people think.

Posted 12 years agoOne of my biggest problems with furry "musicians" is the lack of sincerity from a good hand full of furs who just give false information, or take credit for work they did not complete/compose.
And it goes alot farther than "I can tell you are using stolen samples" because I am not innocent of that in the slightest. But I guess it is just they hyping of poorly composed music.
I guess this is just me being an asshole but I feel like there is really just alot of garbage music on FA, and the way people go about it just kind of urks me.......

Not trying to say that my music is at all good. But I will at least take input and try my best not to make something that sounds like crap.

Unfortunately, I lost all of my data, programs, works in progress, etc you get the picture.
I guess this just means I am going to have to start from scratch again.

Posted 12 years agoSo my 2011 Macbook Pro Finally ran into a serious problem and I can not boot the operating system or access any of my files. I'm really worried that I'm going to lose all my files and programs (which I had quiet a bit due to my 750gb HD) and I'll have to start over completely. This would not have been so much of a problem if my back up drive had not broken late last year so worst case scenario I'll have all my files from last year. But I'll lose all my samples and recored projects that I have been working on religiously.
All in all I'm just sad to see my baby acting like this. And the worst part is there really is nothing I can do but wait and see if the "genius's" at the apple store can fix it or charge me way to much.
I just hope I don't lose my data.
That would be the worst of the worst.

Sorry for my huge absence, I've had so much going on in my life, theres been barely anytime for me to just sit down and write a journal.
As of recently I've been trying to figure out what to do with myself over the next year. Been giving some serious thought to taking another crack at college. Maybe for film or graphic design.
Took a huge step back on anything related to music production and promotion, The gods are really working against with this one. Being back at my parents casa really sucks the creativity out of me.
But just to finish this off I am really looking forward to the holidays being over and more so the entire year. I just need a fresh start on life.
I love you all, Have a merry xmas
