Really simple but I just need to see if someone has an old Navy Blue Ski Mask they either would be willing to let me destroy or knows where to get one for cheep. If you could bring it to AC and exchange it for my that would be WONDERFUL. I just need one, I will have to cut it up, and I will compensate you for it if you ended up having to buy one.
T-Shirts, Anthrocon, and Shows

Over here we're gearing up for AC. And in saying we I mean... well Flain. Just in time for AC, we have resupplied our supply of Season 1 Black T-shirts and have even ramped up the maximum size to 4XL. I will try my best from making any jokes concerning individuals in the fandom with accentuated girth but we go have some massively epic sized shirts for you! (drats).
Also as stated I, Flain, will be at Anthrocon. There will be no actual Clawcast LIVE at AC primarily because Zim and Puc as well as most of the recording equipment in staying over at HQ. I will be bringing my pocket voice recorder MACH2 to the conventions we I can record some interviews as well as query the crowd and any faithful listeners that do decide to approach out table. Speaking of the table we are sharing space with the most awesome
meglyman at her table, Meg Lyman Illustration. You should totally hit us up. We should be located behind Club Stripes and across from Bagheera.
Also the next show should be out shortly - perhaps tonight. We also have some new ideas coming down the pipe that should alleviate the time between podcasts and give some additional content to the site and our listeners. Good times, good times.

Clawcast Season 2 Artwork Contest

We're quickly approaching FA:U and with that the hopeful release of our 2nd CD, “...Interesting”. We've got most of the audio files compiled, the DVD cases have arrived, we just need your help to make it all complete!
What we need is artwork! We need artwork that was can use on the front and back cover of the DVD cases as well as artwork we can use potentially for t-shirts and stickers. We want you to be original and draw up whatever you think that season 2 (Episodes 15 – Onward) mean to you. Include some gags, draw the crew in some epic struggle, and also give yourself some loving publicity as we pimp your artwork at shows and on the cast.
The contest will conclude on June 30th to give us appropriate time to assemble the artwork and get everything in order for the release. To submit your artwork upload it to FA or any site and then link it in the Official Clawcast CD2 Artwork Thread on our boards located at http://clawcast.com/forum/viewtopic.....p=10626#10626.

We’re starting to windup for the big push for FA:U, that lovable con over in New Jersey that’s based off a well known website and happens to have a group of G-Class podcast scamps as their guests of honor. I’m really getting excited for this summer and hope that everything works out. Right now we’re looking to either have the Season 2 CD, “…Interesting” at FA:U or to take special pre-orders at the event.
So, we need a push in funding so over at the Clawcast store we are running a deal. Any order $15 or more we’ll toss in 5 of these swanky vinyl stickers! They are large (1/2 the size of my hand) and will adhere to your can, binder, small children, exc. Really, I love these stickers and your going to get 5 for every single $15+ purchase. So if you’ve been holding out buying a t-shirt or Season 1, go for it. It’s totally worth it to grab Season One and listen to the bloopers just to catch all the ways I make an ass of myself.
Also international orders are now accepted so if you guys from Turkmenistan want to order up some Clawcast Shwag go for it!

Of Clawcast, AC, Laptops, and other shibangs [Flain FA Xpost

Let me start by saying that YES the next Clawcast is in post production and once Zimskunk is done doing all that jazz it should be up. Since school is finally out I have some time to take care of some things and making the show a bit more punctual or adding some material in between the breaks may become one of my priorities.
Though I do have a query. I do really want to hit up AC. Unfortunately, I am one of a very large number of people that was too re-tar-ted to jump in and get a DD table before they sold out. So I'm looking for a few things.
1.) A dealer that wouldn't mind splitting a table for a nominal fee and giving me a sliver so that I can sell CC merchandise.
2.) A dealer to be nice enough to sell some of our merchandise.
This would allow me to go to the con on the CC budget. if thats not possible then chances are I'm probably going to have to skip it all, which is a shame. If I did end up going I may try and squeeze a panel or at least have some fun with any of the CC peeps. Heck, we could hit up some bars together and have some fun. But anyway, any awesome people please inquire because I would love to go but my options are limited.
Also on my radar is that I'm shopping around for a used laptop and wondered if anyone would have one in working condition. I'm aiming for around $300 maximum and I don't mind if its a bit older. Mostly its for surfing at school and paper writing with enough functionality to surf and maybe play a few games.
And as for shibangs.... SHIBANG SUCKA!

I know that its been a little bit of a while since our last episode but i do want to ensure you that our next one is just around the corner. It’s all about Artists and stuff like that. You know the usual we talk, you laugh, and we all lose ourselves a little more.
I do have a more serious topic I want to bring up here. As of today I will no longer be part of the Clawcast staff. I hope that the podcast does well and if Zim and Puc or anyone else wants to try and take the considerably tight reins of this podcast I emplore you. Spending time with you guys and being able to be cool and have fun and get stuff off my chest has been wonderful.
Where am i going? Well, I have a few ideas and projects of my own that I’m thinking about going forward on. I’m still doing my psychology major but some other ideas have come up. First, I have some bussiness opportunities with another person at school. They have found that using fossil fuels that they can make this lightweight, resilient material that will not biodegrade. Really amazing stuff - He wants to call it pollypersomething or other, I suggest Plastic Rubber.
Also another idea I have is going on a vision quest to somewhere in the Amazon jungle, becoming one with the toucans and jaguars and living a life of bananas and tribal warfare. Should be fun!
Finally my aspirations of becoming CEO of SEGA is quickly coming to fruition as in one brilliant move of my superior knowledge I found a way to not only rise to the top but forced other companies including Sony, Nintendo, Microsoft, and so on into surrendering their power of the almighty hedgehog. Expect Halo 4 - The Mobius Wars soon.
So, hope to see you guys around sometime.

Oh well, it looks like we will have everything in order come FWA. We have shirts, CDs, stickers, slap bracelets, and a raffle that we will pimp in the dealers table smack between Bonk and Gideon. Also as we have stated before we are commencing Clawcast Live at 4:30 on Saturday in the Large Panels room. Please come, that would be awesome.
Also I do have a minor favor to ask. Anyone comming to FWA or know someone going who has a decent projector. I need one for Untitled on friday and have been so busy I haven't had time to look around for one.

General | Posted 18 years agoOkay, we’re set to record our 7th cast tomorrow with an additional little sit in guest. So yeah, sexuality in the fandom… this happens to be one of the episodes I was wondering when we would feel ready to get to. Even from our forums it’s a very charged debate and I’ve been spending all week brainstorming. I’ve come to a few revelations that I’ll make sure to share.
But yeah, expect the next cast to come out at least by Thursday. We commonly record on Tuesday and Wednesday and Thursday give me enough time to edit. However it happens I have two tests this week on Monday and Tuesday as well as work acting to time as a metroid does to your skull.
Also, one more little update but we changed the contest. All it requires is that you go to THIS THREAD and post an interesting story. That’s all. And that gets you into a contest for a *free*
Dreamkeepers Comic. Which reminds me, they finally sent us out commission with the comic. Take a look in our gallery.

Why is sexuality so important to the fandom? Why is sexual acceptance of particular lifestyles more commonplace then in society as a whole in the fandom? And is the fandom all about sex?
This and any other topics you wish to bring up will be addressed in our lucky and surly #7 episode of Clawcast.
P.S. - We have revised the contest for the dreamkeepers Comic Book into a Funny/Interesting Story drawing. Simply submit and your eligible to receive a free copy of Dreamkeepers Volume #1.
