We got some news good and sad for this years convention line up thus far. So has MCFC is one of out home cons we are excited to announce that me and yiffmasters will be back with our pottery is exciting. But some sad news is that we tried our go at getting into AnthroOhio and didn't make it kind of sad so we will try next year. Also we attempted to get in to AC this year but unfortunately didn't make the cut.
So we hope to get in to IFC another home convention and return to MFF since we really enjoyed ourselves last year.

Posted 8 years agoSo I was overwhelmed the first day getting into Chicago, with the traffic, setting up in dealers, and lack of food. This with overly under estimating the distant of our hotel. But things quickly turned better after the meeting up with 
Gardiken who was me and :icoyiffmasters: around and got much needed food. After that we went back to dealers and set up. Our roomie 
WolfeMasters didn't enjoy the walk so much but other then that he really enjoyed himself too. Friday morning hit the gym, and get back to dealers for first day of sales. Not to bad, we got a lot of positive feedback for our wares, later that night we had food with 
lemonbrat at the main hotel. Thank again you guys for the help throughout the con. Me and Yiff's goal was to go back to hotel and drop items off then go back to hang....well never made it to that part. Just fell asleep didn't even hear roomie come in. Saturday morning early to rise get to dealers then well sold a lot of items. Best sales ever in one day THANKS YOU GUYS! Oh also, 
kiguel stopped by and picked up his custom order, it was so surreal meeting someone who I have been talking to over six months and wow there he is. So awesome to meet you! Saturday night ended with eating some deep dish pizza, and talking arts! So Nice to see everyone as we rolled into Sunday, I packed up hotel with my mates help and moved to dealers to get some great information from 
lascivus_Lutra about booth set up and price margin. Always learning is a good thing. Towards the end Gardiken came by to help with sales and booth take down. Thanks so much man!!!! Yiff got the car and we were homeward bond. It took awhile to feel human again, two days later. Now to finish up some custom work and make more pottery!
I hope you all had a safe weekend and can't wait for out next con, hopefully MCFC but we will see!

Over three years ago we tempted to do our first booth at AC! Which got an explosion of support, fast forward to now Yiff and me have been blessed with creating our art for you. I know it has been a slow processes and so many of you are interested in our collaboration, we will be launching Dowidat Ceramics website next week this will allow you to order items and get those custom orders in! We are excited to also announce our first time to Midwest Fur Fest! Which will have some great holiday cheer items! If you ever have questions on our products please don't be afraid to ask! Posted 8 years agoSo I haven't been submitting work lately there for my growth on Fa has been stagnant and I do apologize for that. Wanted to let you all know what me and my mate (Yiffmaster's/Mike-son) have been up too! Well exciting news we will both be first time dealers at MCFC in Novi Michigan and returning to Anthrocon this year with some new items!!! My move away from my new fiancé yes we got engaged back in November and just in January I moved back to my studio to work full time and can't wait to introduce new items to all of you! Posted 10 years agoI'm sorry for such a late reply on the update on who won and how many M&M's where in the pumpkin. I wanted to let the winner know and have time to respond. Posted 10 years agoWe all know someone that is effected by cancer, my dear friend who has been like a sister to me told me her father(which I have known for years age 14 now 31) who has been like a father to me has Cancer. Alex (Dad) is his name and motorcycles have been his game. Even now has he goes through the Chemo his one question was "would I be able to ride?" Knowing that he still can make me smile cause for the years I have known Alex and his bike is his way freedom. On my last visit home the family had put together a garage sale and donations went to the surgery he needs and chemo, but it is barley enough, and seeing this once strong powerful biker looking so fragile broke my heart it was one of the hardest things to see.
I'm not a person who asks for anything from people I just don't have it me but I feel at a loss and a fear for this adopted family and want to spread the word. So please anything helps and if you would like to spread the word please do...because again anything helps.

Posted 10 years agoOk so, its been awhile just wanted to let everyone know things have been busy it was nice to make it out to MCFC this year didn't think me and mate were going to make it but I got to go Friday and Saturday. I loved catching up with some furs I haven't seen in a long time sadly I didn't get as much time as I wanted to spend with some. As convention go everybody stays busy. As I'm getting ready for my first dealers table at a convention I'm worried and excited plus keeping busy with making key-chains, soaps and of course ceramic's don't forget my full time job at PETCO and part-time job at Michigan Art Center, the mate thinks I work to much but no worries I'm trying to take better care of myself . Will also be adding some unique work to the gallery, keep ears up for more info on that. I hope all the watchers are enjoying the art and if any one have any tips to first time dealers at AC please don't be afraid to comment.

Lets Break Some Goals
Posted 11 years agoSo a lot of people make New Years Resolutions and we all tend to break our goals, I'm guilty too, but this year I'm going to try and stick to them. Why do you care you might ask, because it involves my artwork. So here is the list of my Artwork goals and why some friendly furs should be happy to hear this: Goal 1: Esty Shop will be set for February, Goal 2: Got my PA tax ID on the way so you know if your going to AC someone is going to have a booth of furry related pottery. So for the furs who have seen or even bought my artwork at the AC galley in 2014 be expected to see me there. Goal 3: Make a new sculpture for my collection. Goal 4: kinda of started this goal which is creating sculpey totems of animal key-chains to also be sold at AC. So that is the news and some personal goals that I have decided to throw in are of course lose weight. And the kicker is not to break them.
Holiday Rush and everything can turn into mush
Posted 11 years agoWith the rush we can all become very over whelmed so just breath... and remember this is the time to care for others and break out the big hearts. For my holiday me and the mate will be back in Indiana for a few days seeing my family and friends. And now for the mush...enjoy the recipe its a great treat for everyone! I hope everyone has a Great Holiday and safe New Year.
Puppy Chow
1 stick of Butter
1 cup of chocolate
.5 cup of peanut butter
All melted then poured over
4cups of Rice and 4 Cups of Corn Chex mix into a bowl with a strong lid
Stir around the side not to break the chex mix
Then about two cups of powder sugar also know as "confectioners' sugar or icing sugar" on top
Closing the lid shake and roll
LOL :)
Place in a cool place if need be if not sit back and enjoy watching your tummy grow

An update on life and such please help
Posted 11 years agoSo with holidays around the corner and me working so much (six days a week avg. 52 hours a week) I have had very little time to think or do any art work although I do get to trickle out one or two piece at the ceramic studio I have been working at part-time, but other then that life has got me down...why you might wonder, cause I'm tired even though I have slept more now than ever in my single life, (having a mate helps you stay asleep), while in college I averaged 12 to 15 hours asleep a week, now a good maintained 8-9 hours a night. But still life I wouldn't say sucks but its letting me down and in this journal if you are indeed reading it I'm curious what do other furs do when life lets them down. Help a wolf out. Any advice would be helpful.

azh we all left MI at 5am got to the con about 10:30, while the boys set up the hotel me and azh set up some art in the gallery. Then met up with the boys and grabbed some food at the hottest place for furrys "Fernando's" got a bowl for the wolfemasters. Due to a late check in we all headed back to the hotel carrying the amazing box of empty art. Then Friday flew by weeeeeeeeee oh one sad thing was when the rest of group was chillen "man was it cold in the zoo" I was back at the hotel reviewing my panel when some how the power point file got corrupted and I had to re-due everything all over. Lucky enough I had great notes and was able to site most of the pictures.
Saturday: set up the room for my panel (Canine in Secret Societies), had a great turn out with furry's listening in. THANK-YOU TO ALL THAT CAME!!!!! After that stress it was time to check out how the pieces were going at the gallery, and throw money at people in the den, also want to thank
teakitsune for laughing at my ridicules story telling of her art and creating such great images. (I bought three of her prints) *Love them* Hanged with some old friends like 
frostbite-wolf and met some new people like 
odin36519 and 
mortiskull plenty of others too. Was such a great group...I missed out on Saturday night due to a 20 minute nap that turned into a 2.5 hour nap. At which me and azh enjoyed the hotel chit chatting. SO RELAXING.
Sunday came and it was spent seeing the gallery closing down, watching some bidding wars go on with a couple of mike-son pieces one at which became honorable mentioned. He got a ribbon and a prize I have no clue what that will be but that is awesome! All of my work had sold so we got to buy more items at the den since we had more room... yawg got his fill of Renamon boobs and Yiff got his fill of meeting new people and doing some art, for awesome people like...
