This update will contain some good news, and some bad news. So without spoilering too much, feel free to read all the way to the bottom of this Journal.

I'm going to start with the good news, because I like giving good news!

Clef's 10th Anniversary!

Can you believe that this Clef has been alive and kicking for 10 YEARS?!

The current Clef was made by  azflip almost ten years ago, with his debut here on Furaffinity on October 26, 2014.

Since then, Clef has had 4 owners and has been all over the world, at various conventions, making people smile and inspiring them through the power of music.

This year, I'm going to celebrate this momentous occasion by throwing a party! And you're invited!
If you're coming to Alamo City Furry Invasion this year, I'm hosting a 10th Anniversary Party there this year!

And now, for the bad news...

Final Furaffinity Update

If you saw the last art piece uploaded to my FA gallery, it hopefully would prepare everyone for this last bit of news I'll be sharing.

The most sobering part of this journal is that this will be the final Furaffinity update to this account. As such, this is the very last Journal I will write here, and I've published and favorited the last pieces of art on this account. From this moment on, the account will still remain online, but only as an archived gallery for others to enjoy.

I'm going to come out with it and just say that the recent hack/outage has exposed the site as still being significantly vulnerable to a cyberattack, and it's an embarrassment for Furaffinity. I've lost any and all confidence in the site admins to safeguard this site and fear that more hacks and outages are in store for Furaffinity in the future. I've already taken the extraordinary steps of backing up all the art offline, and they will be uploaded to a new gallery on Itaku: https://itaku.ee/profile/clefwolf

I urge everyone who is reading this to take measures NOW to save your art, before you may not have the chance to do so.

Greetings!

After a long period of inactivity, I've got some great news to share! I'll be posting new uploads that I've received on this account!

New art is coming, and I hope you'll enjoy!

Now, I am going to address the elephant in the room and say that I am aware that there has been almost NO art, activity, or even messaging on FA. People have found ways to contact me though, my Telegram and Twitter. The second being that Clef is not my only character. I am guilty of having multiple fursonas. I have had many plans on getting more artwork done here, but the past few years have been quite rough. I have been moving around, going back to school to complete my degree, health issues. To top it all, I have also been dealing with some relationship issues, both family and other personal relationships. More recently, I have been diagnosed in December with a chronic, lifelong condition that required me to change my lifestyle, nearly overnight. My most recent hospitalization was over 9 days and I was in such critical condition that I could have been dead within 24-48 hours if I did not get there in time. I had symptoms of multiple organ failure, etc. I have also had a death of my birth mother, which just happened on the 26th. Have been trying to take care of all of those loose ends.

Now, I did want to get some more art done pretty soon. There have been a few people bugging me about it. I do not get a chance to log into FA much as I used to. I do use Twitter and Telegram so much more, so please, let's make some arrangements for art there. I miss chatting with many of you, but I am still here.

It has been a crazy year, both health wise and I just had absolutely no time for anything. I do have commissions hopefully coming in the works and you should all see more hopefully soon. Love you all. I’m not gone. Just been incredibly busy. I work and go to school full time. This will change soon.

Hello everyone,

If anyone was like me, you too were saddened to hear that Clef was to be retired. I have had a long standing crush with the character and what he represented. I know some people grow out of their characters, but it does not make it any less painful. So, after working with I have been transferred Clef. I am very excited to continue him. Now before you go all mayday and feel the need to un-follow, I have plans for Clef. There will be some changes to the content he is into, but I will do my best to keep everything else he was into. "Private Lessons" may in some form or another as that was something that brought in a lot joy for people.

Clef will remain a secondary character of mine and I will try to get as much art as possible with him. It may not be as frequent as you may be used to but, I can assure he will live on.

Feel free to contact me anytime and hopefully I can give what you all want and continue Clef. This account is now active again. I will check messages on both accounts.
