My book is on sale for reals now... Yay!
Posted 10 years agoOkay Take Two. The book is not only out now but it is also available on Amazon as it was supposed to have been on friday but... well it's out now for sale.
It's called:
Tales of Impending Peril
Volume One: The Fires of Hexmalivus
I wrote a book, and after getting tired of dealing with small time publishers taking their time in getting back to me, I decided to publish it myself on createspace.
It is now for sale on Amazon at the following link: http://www.amazon.com/Tales-Impendi.....mpending+peril
This is my first novel, as well as the first in the Tales of Impending Peril Series. For a physical copy of the book it costs $15.00 and if you buy it that way, you get a free copy of the e-book to acompany it.
Additionally, if you simply want to buy the e-book separately, it is only $2.99 on amazon. If for any reason the link is not working, you can simply search for : Tales of Impending Peril and it will be the book that has the airship battle on the cover.
Wrap around cover art by Gorath, and should you want to comission him for a book cover of your own, or any art for any reason, he can be reached at Gorath000[at]gmail.com and you can view his page here:
http://www.furaffinity.net/user/gorath
It has been a while in the works to get this book out and I hope that you all enjoy it!
As further updates on availability come up, I'll post them here.
Questions? Comments? Concerns? Love? Any response is more than welcome :3

Tales of Impending Peril
Volume One: The Fires of Hexmalivus
is now officially available for sale on Create Space at the following link:
https://www.createspace.com/5481296
It will be on Amazon.com in about 5 days time, sorry for the delay on that. I'll post the Amazon link, in an update, when it is available. The Create Space shipping rates aren't as good as the rates with Amazon, so if you wanted to wait to purchase until the book was available through Amazon instead, that's understandable. When the Amazon page is active it will be at:

New Tail!
Posted 10 years agoJust made a new tail for my fursuit. I think it looks way more mousey than the old one.
At MFM last year quite a number of people, possibly due to my old tail, thought I was either a Rabbit or a Kangaroo... even though I was walking around with a giant wedge of cheese...

super hero furs
Posted 11 years agoI seem to be stumbling across more and more of them lately when I visit people's pages. Many of the hero types seem to have powers that make them invincible or ultimately powerful to an unstoppable level.
I think I want to create a villainous character. Someone that they would find great difficulty with but with a particularly unusual power that most might find to be silly, yet if correctly applied could make for a good opponent.
I have a few in mind as well as a few potential names.
Ideas?

MFM
Posted 11 years agoJust got back from Mephit Fur Meet. I had a lot of fun this year, in suit and otherwise.
It can be tough alternating between the two sometime.
The backpack worked great but it did dig into my shoulders and back so I'm going to have to work on padding that for next time I wear it...
Also, one of the vacuum tubes on the back got broken somehow so I'm going to have to try and fix that as well...
Overall it was very fun but felt like it was a bit slower this year than in years past with fewer people out and about as they have been in previous years I've gone. Was it just me?

The Time War may have reached earth in Doctor Who
Posted 11 years agoDid you know that the time war, from Doctor Who might have gone as far as earth, in the final days?
While the first doctor, when we first met him, would have been about 300 years old and came from the 49th century, the time war, being a war through different periods of time, must have been brought to an end with the saving of Gallifrey at or before 250 million BCE. Why? Because the fourth doctor established that the planet of Gallifrey, in the Kasterboros constellation, would have been at the coordinates ten zero eleven zero zero by zero two from Galactic zero center; 250 million light years from earth.
However, in the new series, when the Master went to look for the planet Gallifrey from Earth it was not in the sky, as of 2007; Doctor Who the movie established that it was visible from Earth, if you knew where to look, so it must have been destroyed at least 250 million years prior to 2007 if the light from it were to no longer be reaching our planet.
I would like to think that this is the case because that means that around the time of the end of the time war, Earth went through it's biggest mass extinction, known as the great dying.
I don't know if they had any of this in mind at the time that they made any part of the new series, but I'd like to think they did.

New Ninja Turtles Movie
Posted 11 years agoI thought it was actually a pretty good movie and I don't mind the way that they had the turtles come to be, in this incarnation, however... I did have a problem with Master Splinter. Awesome as he was, he looked like he had mange...

Please vote for me in this video contest
Posted 13 years agoI need the help of all my friends on this one.
AMC has a video contest, the video made had to be about what life would be like without AMC, because dish network recently dropped them from their list of channels. The contest is called: Hey Dish, Where's my AMC?
Anyway, we made a 90 second short video, featuring the main character from breaking bad, as a chef on a cable access cooking show.
Please go to the following link.

Posted 15 years agoHalloween and Spirit Gum
Posted 15 years agothe Mouse Mask version 2.5 has been problematic. at the last con it proved troublesome still. the spirit gum proved too difficult and annoying and so I fear I will be most likely retiring the mask.
But on the plus side, it will force me to start going forth with showcasing the other, much less seen, form of my character.
:)
An anthro water dragon, of a white and blue color scheme, that still dresses in the steampunk garb ^^
Not fully sure how it will look but it will also be the next suit i make as well.
Plan to make the tail sort of fin like in design. Doesn't have wings but instead will wear a back pack that has clockwork, mechanical steampunk wings that come out of it.
