But still no home internet. ._. It's awesome that I finally have something I can use to post my artwork, but I still have only a phone for internet. Granted it's an Android smartphone, but I'm kinda disappointed with the poor signal I get out in these sticks. c_c I'm not sure if the suddenly more-than-tripled cost was worth it, but I can finally get on here whenever I want...or as long as I have kb on this. :3
I can't wait to try switching my original Verizon number to a smartphone, though; I had to get a high-priced plan just to be able to text some new friends north of me, and the bundle on my other one was good enough. T3T

Posted 13 years ago...OMG CIVILIZATION!
Anyways... XD
I've finally decided to reconnect with life! Even though the library visits are often few and far between, I finally managed to submit some new pictures. I'mma try to post the artwork I make on my 3DS also, which is pretty awesome since I'm still without a usable scanner. c_c I've put up 6 so far; hope you all like 'em! :3
That's it for now, but I'll probably think of more to say later. See yas! ^w^

Addressing some unexpected problems that came up.
Posted 15 years agoI just now noticed: my last journal says the squirrel's older than the mouse. Dangit, brain, I meant "younger!" XP
By the way, I'm taking off the prologue submission; I tried the "Download" link, and it failed. Bleah, gonna have to try re-posting it. T.T Sorry, anybody who wasn't able to read it! ^w^;
I'm gonna be pissed if the link fails again, though; the only place I have it on right now is my BlackBerry, and I can't put it anywhere else right now without a way to, so if I post it via that...it'll probably take while. -_-;

This is gonna be a bit different.
Posted 15 years agoI know I haven't been putting up any pictures, but I've actually been working on something a little different. I've been working on a story, and I'm thinking about putting it up on here in seperate chapter submissions.
I'm not gonna say much about it, though I've leaked out a bit of info to some of you. If the story somehow seems similar to anybody else's work on here, please let me know; don't wanna be accused of not being original! ^w“;
I've thought out plenty of ideas as to how the story's going to progress, but along the way, I've decided to add some more characters. In a nutshell, a lady squirrel with an immense hatred for anybody who isn't straight attempts to murder a young German shepherd with (I know this'll sound weird) air--using a pump; this is after she catches sight of him holding and kissing a young mouse on the cheek. After barely escaping death by bursting, he and his dad are forced into hiding after realizing the crazed lady might make another attempt. Before the action is taken, a building nearby explodes in flames, the only survivor a baby otter.
About sixteen years later, that same mouse, now a high school graduate, becomes smitten with a male squirrel who is three years older than him, though he tries to deny it--but eventually accepts it.
They both live happily with each other...until the squirrel lady strikes again, this time targeting the mouse. He manages to evade her and calls the police, but he realizes that she and the male squirrel seem to be related, and struggles to come to terms with that newfound fact.
Meanwhile, in a different part of town, sometime after the mouse makes his decision and (SPOILER ALERT!) Stays with the squirrel, the German shepherd, now 24, returns to the city. He spots an otter--who happens to be the otter from the wreckage--at the fire department and tries to befriend him, but is immediately brushed off brusquely, thinking he's "another one after his figure" but not realizing that the shepherd actually IS gay. He eventually manages to befroend the otter, but soon recognizes the mouse when the two couples (though neither the otter nor the shepherd are sure of the other's homosexuality, though they're feeling drawn to each other) go on an outing. Suddenly, the lady squirrel attacks yet again, this time going for a completely random person. They all realize that she's too dangerous to leave at large, and decide to have her imprisoned, especially since she's recruited others to aid in her crusade.
Wow, that's a big nutshell! X3 But if you're still reading, let me know if you'd like to read it. =3

Hard to get on here lately. -.-
Posted 15 years agoHiyas, everybody! =3 Sorry I haven't been on here much lately--though "not much" probably doesn't fit accurately. It's been pretty hard to get on lately, and I've been missing out on everybody's journals, not to mention art.
*sighs* I've promised several people some artwork, but I'm still not done with it--in fact, I haven't even started on some of them. Worse...I can't remember some of the ones I promised some to. -__- Sorry to those who haven't gotten my pictures yet; I've been caught up in lots of stuff, not to mention the dreaded art block. XP
But I'm back up in Ohio from Florida! It hadn't been as good as I'd hoped down there, so we came back up to see if we can do any better.
Also, I'm lookin forward to meeting my otter, who also happens to be here. Hope to see ya soon! <3
And whoever I promised to draw for and hasn't gotten anything yet, feel free to give me a piece of your minds. owo;

Posted 15 years agoIs there anyfur who feels like rping right now? I'm always up for a line or two. =3 If we can, would anybody wanna do some inflation or stuffing? As my user page shows, my Yahoo! ID is game_for_all2007. Hope to chat with ya soon! ^w^
Seems like the coolest pokemon game ever!
Posted 15 years agoAfter seeing a few trailers for PokeMon Heartgold and Soulsilver, I'm definitely gonna look for a way to get either or both of them. The game looks so coooooool! The remade Johto journey is in 3d, just like Diamond, Pearl and Platinum. There's more surprises than in the original, like the Safari, which was closed in Gold and Silver. There's even a chance to get legendary PokeMon that were originally exclusive to the other games! You even get to travel around with a PokeMon literally beside you! The PokeWalker also looks awesome. You can go anywhere and do anything with a PokeMon with it! I'm so excited I'm almost bouncing in my seat! :D I'm definitely getting at least one of them. =3
OMG I got on the Web!! :D
Posted 15 years agoI finally got on the Web with my DSi!! I finally got that thingy agreed to, and got on! :D But...it started acting up soon after. Now the touch screen doesn't work. ;.;
This day's bad already... (just ranting about my day so far)
Posted 15 years agoAw man... I hate today already. =.= I'm tired as hell with a huge headache, shaking arms and the shit beat out of what was left of my good mood, though I don't know how. I fell asleep about twice already today! I just got scolded for making noise, even though I can fool people sometimes with my whistle, which sounds almost exactly like the bell. Okay, maybe that does get annoying eventually... I'm just trying to figure out how my feelings got so easy to hurt. TT.TT
Birthday! =D
Posted 16 years agoToday's my birthday! I'm now...18 years old! =D I'm able to do what I want now, at least once I get out of school. First, I'm gonna visit my otter; I'm definitely doing that, since I promised to. =3
My fate for the 12 things of Christmas XD
Posted 16 years agoI've come up with fates for the twelve things of Christmas; it happened three days later. Careful, some of it's pretty porny!
On the first day after Christmas my pear tree died;
The partridge and the turtle doves gave loud cries.
The three French hens got cooked in a stew,
And the four calling birds made babies--it's true.
On the second day after Christmas, the five golden rings
Got used by all but one laying goose as horny bling,
And the seven swans a-swimming
Were snatched by the eight maids a-milking.
On the third day after Christmas the dancing ladies were leaped
By the lords, all except for one; Jack went "Eep!"
Apparently he found out he wasn't quick;
He didn't make it over the candlestick.
I never mentioned the pipers and drummers;
If you're wondering what happened,
They all made all the money they could
By getting together and rappin'.
And yeah, some of this is perverted. I'm evil.

How silly am I? X3
Posted 16 years agoI was trying to log into my character on Aurora Blade, and it kept saying "Wrong password!" I was pissed. In my head I was going "Oh **** no, oh **** no." I was scared I might have toget rid of him! Then I realized that the Caps Lock was on! X3
My last day...? WTF!?
Posted 16 years agoAre my parents seriously going to get the school to never let me use the Internet, and never go to the library again...? When I first heard that, I was so stunned I could only look at the floor. My parents found out that I had been chatting with
jamieotterbein every day, and decided he was dangerous. What the fuck? At least I was able to talk to him for maybe the last time... <='(
Well, if this is my last day on here, see ya some other time.
[b]Edit[/i]
Well, actually, today might be my last day on here. But I still don't want to go... <:'(

Americanism test today!
Posted 16 years agoI signed up for an Americanism test today! It's at 9:15, and lasts for 30 minutes. If I get the best score in my grade, I'll win a $100 savings bond! That could help with paying for some of my graduation package! If anyone reads this, wish me luck! =D
Halloween! Break out the kandeh!
Posted 16 years agoLast night was Halloween night in Zanesville! I was dressed up as a skeletal meat man and walking around my grandma's trailer park going for candy! And kinda scaring little kids while I was at it. XD
I even got a midget paddle ball thingy! It sucks, though; the paddle's to frickin' small to hit the ball with. T.T But this morning, someone put their window down on the bus, and it was cold as winter already. I got pissed off and started hitting the kid who put it down with the paddle ball. LOL He kept looking around wondering who was hitting him! XD

Finishing pencils and pencil sharpeners...
Posted 16 years agoI've gotta get a finishing pencil, since my art's so light-lined it's hard to see. I also need a good pencil sharpener; all the ones I had I either lost, or they took a shit on me. Where would be the best place for me to look?
Eventful Saturday -__-
Posted 16 years agoLast Saturday I was at a wedding ( a "redneck" wedding, out in the sticks). The lucky man was one of my cousins! =D After the ceremony we had the after...and it rocked!! XD Well, the food did...especially the nachos! >:D It had one of my favorite brands of cheese: Velveeta! =D All in all, it was pretty fun. ^__^ And I was pretty full... -__-
About my absences...
Posted 16 years agoTo everyone who's wondered where I've been: trapped at home, bored outta my miiind! I haven't been on a lot this summer since I rarely get to go to the library around where I live. (Apparently it uses up a lot of gas, and it's a long way with a bike... Personally, I doubt it.) I used to have a Windstream connection until they took it off...and we haven't been able to get it back up. We found a way to get it back, but...the phone pole's got no handholds whatsoever! :\ I haven't been able to get on my neighbor's computer since my mom put her foot down about it. Actually, my neighbor's okay with it...but my mom's forbidden me to use it for some reason. >B( And it turns out this was one of the sites that gave the computer viruses! So they've filtered it out.
*Bright red with embarassment*
Posted 16 years agoWTF?
I stretched too far in a computer chair and I fell over backwards.
Not too long ago. LOL

Summer Vacation!! =D *cheers!*
Posted 16 years agoToday's my last day of school for the summer! Starting tomorrow, I'll be singing Hallelujah!!
The only thing that sux is I won't be able to get on here unless I go to the library in our area, but fat chance of that happening... I usually get on during school; that's pretty much the ONLY time I'm able to get on.

Pet question...
Posted 16 years agoI've been wondering what kinds of animals you're allowed to keep as a pet. I know you're allowed to keep ferrets and squirrels, and the usual dog and cat, but what about something like otters (there are some species that aren't in danger, which I learned from the IUCN Web site; I also heard that some people have kept otters as pets before)?
Quick DQMJ question...
Posted 16 years agoThis is for anyone who's played AND beat Dragon Quest Monsters: Joker:
I need a monster for the Advanced Monster Scout Proficiency Test. It's hot-tempered and needs a spittoon. Which one is it?

Next week.
Posted 16 years agoStarting next week, I'm gonna try taking commissions. I might not do the best, but I'll try my best. This is just a test run so I can get used to it, but thanks if you decide to commission me!
"The Love Guru"; Joke about the gurus! XD
Posted 16 years agoGuru pitka tells about his guru, Guru Tugginmypudha, and talks about his guru's gurus.
Now here's a question: if Tugginmypudha had Guru Cheddafrumanda, and Cheddafrumanda had Guru Hathasmalvena, did Hathasmalvena have Guru Sucslosadic?
Anyone get it?

What a Bad Vacation...
Posted 16 years agoSome vacation I had... It sucked. Lemme tell you about it.
First off we took my grandparents to a relative of my mom's, then left for the string of hotels
The whole week-long trip was ruined by, and I quote, "A Series of Unfortunate Events." Seriously, Things happened the whole yime that made us unable to go anywhere except the grocery store or the museum. Hell, we almost never even went anywhere except when it was important. My two sisters and I, along with my oldest sister's boyfriend (or ex? I forget; I know they broke up once...) and sometimes my niece, were crammed into the back of the truck while we rode down south. And even when we got there it sucked! Warm weather, fresh air, the walks I took around the suites... Those are about the only things I enjoyed. We never went anywhere while we were in Florida besides the grocery store, just stayed in the hotel watching TV. I either did that, walked around the place, or drew (the last two being the things I did the most; I was bored outta my MIIIND...). Most of the time I was hit by this huge headache that spun me around for a bit, made my head feel like an overinflated balloon ready to pop. Sometimes I thought about how everyone at school was doing and wishing I had actually stayed instead of listening to my sisters go at it; it always ended up with one being pissed at the other.
Like I said, things happened that kept us from doing practically ANYthing interesting; I couldn't go swimming 'cuz it was too ****ing cold (well, it was the middle of February, of course, I'd forgotten that--the weather down there can play clever tricks on ya); the only walk we ever went on was down the street, then the other way, then back to our rooms, the only place we drove to was a battlefield museum in Destin (but I got a new toy while we were there, that made me kinda happy; heheh, I couldn't stop playing with it; it's this thing that's got this propeller that's attached to a length-ridged stick, and you twirl the stick near the bottom to make it spin and fly up, it's pretty neat; yeah, I kept aiming it at my sisters and they kept taking it away *lol*), the only place we stopped at to get a hot meal was at this restaurant called "WHATABURGER" (anyone here ever heard of it, by the way? their food DID taste great... *slight pause* 'what a burger...' *another pause* yeah, that's actually their little slogan for their ads; pretty catchy, isn't it?); we had nothing but balogna and cheese at the hotel, well, pudding too, but the balogna and cheese sucked 'cuz I didn;t wanna eat nothing but balogna and cheese for five days; but anyway, and there's this computer in the lobby, the only thing we could do on it was check our e-mail, for ONLY FIVE MINUTES A DAY. My oldest sister and her boyfriend were able o get on MySpace without any of the managers looking. I was able to sneak a look around here myself... but my youngest sister caught me. She YANKED me off the computer, bitching at me the whole time while we were walking back down to our rooms--well, actually she stopped scolding me about halfway through the walk (I always feel like punching her in the face when she upbraids me the way she does, somehow it always gets to me; I love her like a sister but I can't stand her when she's in pissed-off mode; and my oldest sister's boyfriend feels the same way about my oldest sister, except he thought of her as a lover would; by the way, both of my sister are older than me, if anyone was wondering, by like, seven years).
*wipes an eye* But to be honest, actually, even now I wish we'd never gone on that trip at all.
We had some pets with us, 13 dogs (a mom and 12 puppies; we called the mama 'Stahrs') and a cat (named Naruko; kinda like 'Naruto,' but with a different letter); we used to have 13 puppies, but one of them killed himself by biting into the wiring inside the pumphouse... *takes a moment to wipe an eye* It really happened, too.
Anyway, to go on the trip, we...we had to get rid of the dogs. And the vacation started on the 14th, too, so Racthet, my Valentine's Day was... *pause* ...I can't even find a word to describe how I felt that day...but I'm pretty sure I felt the same as you, so I kinda know how you felt about yours; we all loved them, even my oldest sister, who usually doesn't take kindly to animals too much, especially cats. And it was my mom's birthday, too. I just couldn't stop myself from letting tears roll down my face; we had to get rid of our dogs to go on vacation, which happened to start on Valentine's Day, which also happened to be my mom's birthday. *sniff* I really miss them. The vacation's over, and they're...well, gone.
I'll probably never see them again. I don't think I'll be able to get over it.
