Fuck this shit, I'm going to play Pokemon.

So, in about 6 weeks I may be getting 1-2 kittens. [They're currently only 2 weeks old.]
I am still job hunting and pretty much whether I get a job or not will determine if I get these kittens.
Now. I haven't had a kitten in over a decade. [I rescued 2 and cared for them for about 5 weeks back in Summer 2008, but I gave them to a private rescue because I wasn't ready for them.]

Now, when I get pets, I do things by the books. They're vet checked and UTD[up to date] on shots.
Trouble is, I'm used to puppies/dogs and not kittens/cats.

My plans are to get them dewormed/UTD on shots and fixed.
[Please no drama about this. I know it's a touchy subject, but I am probably getting a brother and sister pair and I don't want inbred kittens. Not mention I am completely supportive of spaying and neutering certain animals.]
They will be gradually switched over to 'EVO Kitten/Cat formula' as well.
They will also be strictly indoor cats.

Thing is, about the worming, should I do it myself? Or bring them to a vet?
How often do they need shots in their first year?

Any advice would be helpful. I do know some stuff, but it doesn't hurt to learn more in the meantime. :)

Unfortunately, there's nothing else I can do.

I called the humane society, and they can't take him.

All I can do is bring him to the vet, but I really cannot afford that. It would be irresponsible for me to take him in.
