Furlaxation roll call and motor furs event info
Posted 12 years agook guys so furlax is just a week away so who all is going? also this will be the second year of doing motor furs events and panels. last years turn out was awesome at the panels but we only had two cars in the photo shoot last year. hoping this year we can at least triple that number if not more. so please guys if ya have a car ya love and wanna bring it out please do, all are welcome. if you are planning on bringing a car please comment below so i can get a idea of how turn out will be.
Here are the plans for the events at furlax the motor furs will be hosting (please excuse any spelling or grammar mistakes typed it quick)
Its back for a second year this year guys will will be doing "motor furs" panels and meets and greets at furlaxation this year in Columbus ohio. Go check out www.furlaxation.org to see more about the con. its a very affordable con to go to and has a relaxed feel but yet is alot of fun.

-Motor furs Q and A:
This is a panel we put on to just general have a sit down with other furs who like cars, we have a few furs on the panel that are either mechanics for a living (included ASE certified), furs who modify cars as a hobby and even just car fans in general. very laid back atmosphere where all are welcome so feel free to stop by
-Motor furs photo shoot:
We do this every year and even at other cons we go to if possible. this year the fursuit parade will end in the parking lot of the con hotel (weather permitting) where there will be some cool cars to look at and get some pics with (any one is welcome to bring a vehicle to this if they would like. the more the better please contact me if possible before hand so i can get you info or find me at the con). always a great time and a chance to get some awesome pics of your can and or suit.
*Warning to all taking part in this event there will be lots of people and fursuiters around your cars neither the "motor furs" group or furlaxation will be held responsible for any damage to any vehicle*
-Motor furs meet up and cruise:
guys we did this last year and we are going to try it again this year. we will meet in parking lot and then drive to a local sonic drive in and hang out for a while. as far as i know this is a fursuit friendly location (we did it last year but if something has changed we will honor the businesses wishes). the drive is a few miles from the hotel and is very easy to find
*notice there will be no racing, burn outs or anything of that nature at any of the above events if there are issues you will be asked to leave. lets keep it respectful guys*
*please notice that for this event we ask everyone taking part to be sober. we will not transport or allow anyone to take part in this event that is intoxicated, sense this event will be leaving con hotel property. the event is in the early evening there will be plenty of time for that later back at the hotel lol. the motor furs or furlaxation will not tolerate any form of drinking and driving or any case like that*
please contact me if any questions about any of the events above all the planned events will take place on Saturday September 7th 2013. a late fwa recap

well let me just say that i hate this new hotel, i feel like it was a major downgrade from the Sheraton. the elevator situation was just fucked the entire con have never waited for 40 mins for a elevator before. also i feel like i never saw alot of people like i usually do at this con. there was really no "common" hang out area everything was spread out over way to many small floors. the hotel kinda ruined this con a small bit in my opinion.
but other wise con was awesome i got a brand new suit from
coyoroo at 
roofur and it is AWESOME i love it so much and cant belive how awesome of a job he did on it. so if you need a suit go give them a shout. also keep a eye out for pics soon
also i did love hanging out in front of the hotel in suit (only upside of this hotel) all the people walking past taking pictures and wanting hugs or pictures was awesome.
over all it was a good con and i will go back to fwa even though they are at the same hotel next year (weather i stay in the westin is another thing though)

Posted 13 years agoso yeah Friday i turn 21 years old........i have to work a 11 hour shift that day at work do probably not a whole lot planned for that night. i always thought that turning 21 would be awesome and a big deal but honestly i don't really drink ever (drinking makes me feel weird and not in a good way lol). so its pretty much like every other b day to me and no big plans made at all really .

Posted 13 years agowell overall mff was pretty awesome always good to hang out with the family (you know who u are) and just spend some time away from work. suited alot this con and cant wait for fwa, only down side to this con was trying to avoid people i would rather not deal with any more (for my own and others reasons). but overall glad i went was good seeing everybody. hopefully next time i will be out and about more and meet some new people and such

i got a Droid 4 and this thing is fucking awesome this thing is as fast as hell and the network is awesome too. but i did loose a few contacts in the process of transferring stuff over. so if you want to make sure my number is in my phone please pm me or comment below

Posted 13 years agoso its be a tough two years but its almost done. yeah that's right I am about three days away from being done with school. this last week as been crazy sooooo many papers due and finals Thursday then graduation practice on Friday after noon all leading to my graduation on Saturday morning
I am graduating with a associate degree in applied science with high honors (above a 3.75 Gpa) also i will be graduating as a certified GM automotive master technician.
still trying to get my job after school set in stone. have a job lined up but their offer on pay came in way low so we are still negotiating that along with benefits and such.
but am so ready to get back to work and make some good money god knows i need it *opens wallet and bug fly's out* also just to have some free time after work to start back some hobbies i have been missing the past two years because school has been eating my time. so that means that soon i hope to get back into making fursuits again, cause god knows i need a new fursuit head. also have come up with so many new ideas on how to make suits better so cant wait to try them. sop keep an eye out

ok guys so opened up good old fa to find all these "sex meme" journals. honestly i saw these and when *head to desk* like really? we need to be posting stuff like this on Fa about random sexual acts you want to do with friends or maybe people you barely even know?...........really? i mean....really? like this has been one of the times that i have been like WTF and wonder why i am part of this lo. now i know i am going to have people say "well its all hypothetical situations" but still i don't feel like its something that needs to be plastered all over Fa or any where on the web for that matter.

like for me my personal like is as its called personal. you will never see me posting something like that. my personal life is not something at anyone besides me and my mate needs to know about. and yes i know i am probably coming off as a dick but as of right this second i really don't care. the fandom seems to be lacking a large amount of maturity i feel. idk i am just ranting about this now but oh well i already started why stop now.

FWA con report and FCN?
Posted 13 years agook so this is going to be a quick report on FWA, studying for finals right now so dont have much time
Had a great time at fwa, i have got to say that fwa is my favorite con that i go to. really enjoyed spending time with my awesome mate and my awesome roomies. rooming you them is always a blast and they are awesome to go suiting with (and they are helping me be more fun and outgoing in suit) so got to say thanks to them. there was a small amount of drama before the con because of a rental car company being a dick and leaving us without a van for the drive but it all worked out in the end.
Overall was a great con, great to see old friends and the few other new people i met this year, fur suiting was awesome and i cant wait to see pics from furshoot, already miss all my awesome friends cant wait to see ya all next year.
As for FCN at this point i do not plan of going the whole "broke college student" situation is happening right now so its not smart for me to go, but really not to upset beside missing the chance to see friends again. so anyone that goes to FCN have fun see ya maybe next year

Posted 14 years agowell they cut my hours again at work this time i am not just going to sit back and let it happen so lets say me and the boss are going to have a chat tomorrow morning, and yes i will keep it respectful i want to keep my job. but if it doesn't go well i am going to start looking other places maybe i am tired of the lack of respect and working my ass off for nothing.
