Service update: Price increase, back to GDocs
General | Posted 4 years agoPrice Increase
As before, IF YOU ARE CURRENTLY IN THE QUEUE, THIS DOES NOT APPLY TO YOU, this only applies to NEW entries added to the queue AFTER this journal is posted. Anyone currently in the queue will only be charged the current rate of $1.35/100 words.
Guess who filed their taxes today and discovered that their side hobby of writing commissions now earns enough to get taxed? :| I won't say exactly how much it cost me (since it's side income to my day job) but it was more than I typically make from an entire commission.
So to make up the difference and try and get myself BACK to writing at what is effectively minimum wage, my rates for commission slots taken after this journal is posted will be as follows:
- Normal: $1.50 / 100 words
- Discounted: $1.35 / 100 words
Thanks, gubmint. Thubmint.
Back to Google Docs
I checked in with some people who have continued to use Drive-based services despite Google's service changes. Apparently as long as nobody actually reports you, you're fine; Google only really cares about people publicly distributing stuff on Drive to thousands of people. Since I only use GDocs for review and not for distribution, I'll go back to using it.
This also means that I won't require deposits as I had initially planned, since the only reason I was doing that was due to the loss of GDocs and its ability to give someone a copy of the story that they can't copy-paste.
3 years of stories! Have some fun/silly stats.
General | Posted 4 years agoThree years ago, in November 2018, I took my first commission from Zenkopan to write Carport, after writing the self-indulgent story Company Policy for fun. Even then I wasn't exactly new to writing, having been RP'ing for years and having written an ungodly long fanfic on FF.net many years before that. But even so, I've still been improving thanks to my commissions, feedback from commissioners, and from the practice of just writing more. I've managed to secure an actual writing schedule to burn through the queue at a more predictable rate, and had enough success to raise my prices to the minimum wage where I live.
I also seem to have risen from obscurity to being one of the (very few) authors on FA well-known for watersports, which may not have been a title I expected or intended to earn, but hey, I'll take it. It's fun and people keep coming to me with good ideas.
None of this would be possible without you: the commissioners and the readers of my stories who give me a reason to keep at it. So thank you! Here's to plenty more.
To celebrate this 3-year anniversary, I went through my stories (personal works and commissions, not gift stories or rewritten RP logs) and cobbled together some stats about them just for fun:
- I've written 32 stories totaling 225,507 words.
-- For reference, this is longer than the first Lord of the Rings book (187,790), but not long enough to also encompass the second one (156,198; 343,988 total).
- A total of 182 narrated pees have taken place across my stories. (Not counting background characters or off-camera pees)
-- That's an average of 5.7 per story.
- I roughly estimate that 224.7 pints of urine (about 28 gallons) have been expelled during all these stories. This could easily fill the gas tank on a car but would only fill a bathtub about halfway.
-- The .7 comes from Fidget. She is smol.
-- This doesn't count filling the pit in The Mirror Labyrinth (which I estimate at 1,350 pints) or Rose's macro pees in Ocean Spray (which would, together, count for about 40,000 gallons, or 320,000 pints!).
- There have been 32 orgasms, a nice average of 1 per story.
- 38 floors have been soaked.
- 30 containers have been the targets of streams.
- 13 vehicles have been used as toilets.
Finally, just for fun, I threw all my watersports stories into a Markov chain (the kind of natural language processor that came up with Harry Potter And The Portrait Of What Looked Like A Large Pile Of Ash) to see what it could generate. Here's a selection of some of the "best" sentences it came up with:
- "The side roads were winding and took Sammy downtown, stopping in for coffee for the scenario's opening." (Stopping in for coffee -is- a good scenario opening, but I generally keep the fourth wall intact.)
- "Heading outside, Sammy looked down again at the movie, Krystal!" (Playing now in a theater near you: Krystal!)
- "Inhaling deeply and letting the rest of the way for Melody to get better rates and deals." (Great, now there's ads creeping into my stories)
- "After posing like that for a reply, the wolf unleashed her piss onto the bench, trying not to waste fuel, but now she was relieving herself at the side." (The totally unexpected bit about wasting fuel makes this hilarious to me somehow)
- "The manager said reassuringly, and Sammy's heart fell as she sprayed the rest of the barely-moving traffic." (Pissing off of an overpass bridge?)
- "It had clearly been in a half-circle to expose the matching plain purple shirt and slacks, who looked unusually serious today." (I cannot even.)
- "Felicia responded that she could piss onto the cushion underneath." (This one is actually coherent! Good job, it only took about 80 attempts.)
- "It was quite the start to her and insisted that she needed to go hike up three decks of a pile of towels." (That's a big pile of towels!)
- "The cashier asked as she started to foam." (What.)
- "Figuring that that was a long way out of her own drinking vessel." (What.)
- "But it was a husky, dressed in more heavy breaths." (What.)
- "It was sheer bad luck that she'd never peed around the edge of the potted plants...?" (Also almost coherent. The ...? at the end makes it even better, like the Markov chain itself is unsure if this is a good one or not.)
In summary, I don't think Python scripts will be replacing me any time soon.

Ask Me Anything
General | Posted 5 years agoI do these once in a while, but this is the first time I've done it on this account.
So ask me any question(s) you want in the comments below, and as long as it's not something like "what's your credit card number?", or anything heavily political, I'll answer honestly.

Special project reveal: A YCH Story!
General | Posted 5 years agoIf you've been paying attention to my profile page you might notice I have allocated some slots for myself. I'm doing this every 5th slot so that I can schedule some time to write for myself and avoid getting burned out, and to work on some writing projects you might find interesting.
The first one coming up is going to be for an experiment: a YCH story. Sometimes I get ideas for interesting scenes that don't fit any of my characters, or I'll propose a scene during a commission and it gets rejected. These ideas can be re-used for a YCH if someone else likes them.
The obvious question arises: How the heck does a YCH story work? Well:
0. I write the story privately with placeholders for character names and such. This gives me a reasonably accurate word count for the final story, but this does not get posted.
1. I will post the outline to the story, similar to the outlines I provide for my commissions. It is a very high-level and not prosaic "(YCH) does this. Then they do this. They go here. They do the thing."
2. With a method TBD (see below!) someone(s) win(s) the YCH.
3. Taking the template from step 0, I write the story proper, making adjustments for the characters as necessary. The finished story gets posted.
It should go without saying that this is experimental. I don't know of anyone else on FA who's attempted to do YCH stories (though I also haven't looked very hard). I'm very open to feedback or suggestions, so post away in the comments.
Now, the only thing I'm really undecided about is the YCH method. The options are:
1. Auction
- Pros: Everyone gets a shot at it, one clear winner.
- Cons: Just a contest to see who has the deepest pockets.
2. Raffle
- Pros: Everyone has an equal chance of winning, extra measures like cooldowns can try to spread wins around
- Cons: Not getting a slot is pure luck
3. First-Come, First-Serve
- Pros: Clear winner
- Cons: Basically everything (I hate FCFS): It comes down to who happens to be refreshing FA at the right time.
4. Fixed price, multiple slots
- Pros: Can offer lower prices and make it up across multiple slots, multiple people get to take an idea they like
- Cons: Several very similar uploads back to back
5. Author's choice
- Pros: I pick the character/suggestion I like the most, making me more motivated so I work quicker
- Cons: Basically a popularity contest
6. Rotating (all of the above, but one at a time)
- Pros: Mix things up to get the pros of each one
- Cons: Really convoluted
I haven't decided which of these to do, so if you have a preference or suggestion, please speak up in the comments to let me know. I will likely put up the YCH outline between the next two commissions so there's time for it to be resolved before its slot actually comes up.

Open for writing commissions!
General | Posted 7 years ago(Last updated: November 19th, 2025)
My main strength is doing short stories that mix erotica and plot, but this isn't the only thing I can write.
I can write SFW stories, longer narratives, or shorter pure smut stories.
I can also do odd projects like lorewriting, rewriting RP logs as stories, picture descriptions, scripts, editing, etc. If you need something in a hurry, consider an Express Commission.
Unsure? Feel free to ask!
$1.75 USD per 100 words, rounded down. PayPal only, but alternate forms of payment are possible - see "Are there any discounts?" further down.
Normal slots have no strict upper or lower limit. However, to avoid a big story holding up the entire queue, every 30,000 words I will put you on hold and do the next commission in the queue if there's still a lot left to write.
Express slots have a soft cap of 3000 words, which is roughly "one scene with an intro".
Express Queue slots are for stories that I spend only one 3-hour writing block on - they have a soft upper limit of 3000 words. They are intended for smaller ideas, or experiments with new kinks, themes, styles, formats etc. Express slots are at my standard rate and allow any idea I would normally write, as long as it is short enough.
You can be in both the Main and Express queues at the same time, but only once per queue. You must have an outline approved by me before I will add you to the Express queue (I need to verify that I think I can do it in 1 sitting), but I am perfectly happy to write one for you with your input. Express Queue stories must be self-contained; no "Part 1" shenanigans please, that's what the main queue is for. (Sequels to previous stories are fine, though)
PM me on Telegram (@Codelizard), Discord (shaaria), or Steam (thecodelizard), or send me a note.
If you want to check if I'll do your idea before requesting a slot, go right ahead! I don't mind fielding inquiries.
If you only have a vague idea of what you want, I can help you come up with something.
1) Outlining: I need an outline to write a story. I will not start work on a story until I have a complete outline. If you do not have one, I can write one based on what you want. I am happy to help flesh out ideas.
2) Drafting: The actual "writing the story" bit. WIPs are provided in the form of a Google Doc where you have Commenter privileges but can't copy/paste text. Change requests will be noted but left until...
3) Editing: I will proofread the story from start to finish and make any necessary corrections, additions, or edits. Multiple rounds of edits are OK, but I will eventually cut you off if this goes on too long.
4) Payment: Once you have approved the story, I will send a PayPal invoice for an amount based on the final word count. After this point no further major edits are allowed.
5) Upload: Unless you request otherwise, I will post the story here on
Codelizard. You may also upload a copy if you credit me for the work.
If you don't have an idea or outline ready by the time I get to your slot, I will place you "In Limbo". Once you do have an outline ready, I will insert you back into the queue underneath the commissioner(s) with completed outlines, but above all those who don't. I will contact you when your slot is coming up so that you have time to think of something. If you entered my queue prior to a rate increase, you will get to keep the old rate.
"No"s
In an erotic context, I won't write about anything that makes me uncomfortable. The biggest offenders include but are not limited to:
- Blood/gore/torture/death/pain.
- Impregnation, Risk of Pregnancy, Birthing, etc.
- Humans or close humanoids (elves, dwarves, kemonomimi, orcs, etc) in sexual situations.
- Humiliation or Degradation.
- Grossness/filth emphasis.
- Foot fetish stuff
- Mentally immature characters (too young, mental issues, etc)
This generally doesn't apply to SFW narratives (for instance, adventurers getting into a fight will naturally require some violence; humans in SFW contexts are fine; children can be in non-erotic stories; etc). I treat erotica and narrative separately. If you need clarification, feel free to ask.
Stories containing both SFW and NSFW are case-by-case. I generally require some literary distance between them to avoid mood whiplash. For an example, check my "Small Fish, Big Pond" novel which blends narrative and erotica together; the heavy stuff is always separated from the porn.
"Yes"es
Just about anything else is fine. For reference, my favorite kinks (in no particular order) are ball-play, females/herms receiving anal sex, watersports, and dragons. You don't have to have any of these in a commission, but including them will make me more enthusiastic about your idea.
Any gender, time period, setting, species (except humans and humanoids in erotica), perspective, or tone (lighthearted <-> serious) is acceptable, but if I am unfamiliar with a setting I am not creating, I will likely need some advice/notes/help.
If you want a full list, check https://www.f-list.net/c/shaaria/ - this page is more helpful than Code's because it's deliberately categorized based on what I have actually tried.
Feel free to ask about any idea, even stuff from my No list, as there might be corner cases where I am okay with it due to the circumstances. Just be prepared for me to politely decline if I am not comfortable with the proposal.
If you have permission, sure.
Maybe, just ask! Not only that, if the story features at least one of my characters in a major role, I'll give you a discount! See below for details.
Some of my characters have art on my
Shaaria account, but if you want a full list of characters and who can/can't be used in commissions, see here.
All discounts that apply lower my rate by $0.25/100 words each, and can stack. Tell me in advance if you intend to use an alternative form of payment so we can figure out the details ahead of time.
- OC Discount: If at least one of my characters features in a major role, you get a discount.
- Paying with art: If you commission a third party (ie, not your art) I will give you credit towards the bill, with a discount thrown in for your benefit. How much credit you get depends on the picture's contents: anything up my alley is likely to be 100% credit, anything else is case-by-case so please ask.
-- You can get a double discount for a picture related to one of my personal stories. Check my Bounty List!
- Paying with gift cards: I'll give you a discount if you pay this way. Since gift cards typically come in $5 increments I will also round down to a multiple of $5. Gift cards I currently accept include Steam, Nintendo, GrubHub, NewEgg, Target, and Stop & Shop gift cards. I do not accept Amazon gift cards. For anything else, ask.
Yes, if you tell me it's AI art. If you try to pass off AI art as non-AI art, I will blacklist you.
I get about 2500-3000 words done per 3-hour writing period. It may not sound like much but it is comparable to high-end professional authors. I write on Sunday afternoons, Wednesday evenings, and Friday evenings. I do editing out of band here and there since it doesn't require an uninterrupted block of time like writing does, and it's generally much faster.
My tamer submissions that do not contain wasteplay stuff are all in this folder: https://www.furaffinity.net/gallery.....179/No-WS-Scat
Yes, but tell me this immediately, so that I don't put your name on my queue publicly.
You can also ask for me not to post a story at no extra charge, and if you change your mind at a later date I can publish it.
There are no take-backs though. I will not take down a published story, even at the commissioner's request.
Yes. I will only charge for words added/changed in additional version(s), if you want versions with/without a particular scene or kink or whatever.
Main queue slots always allow alternate versions. Express slots only allow changes that I can get to within the original writing period.
Special Offer: If you commission a fetish story that contains both WS and scat, you may request a WS-only alternate version for free. The alt will be done during my spare time, so it may take a while. Stories commissioned before I made this offer are still eligible!
Every 4th main queue slot I reserve time to write for myself. This lets me pursue personal writing projects and helps me avoid getting burnt out. For the same reason, once in a while I will take an express slot for myself as well if I have an idea small enough to fit in one.
As long as you let me know, yes. If you need to wait for a paycheck to land or you run into unexpected financial problems, just give me a heads-up. However, you can't re-enter the queue nor will I give you editor permissions on the review copy until you pay.
If I haven't gotten to you yet, cancellations are free and have no consequences, no questions asked. All commission slots (but not personal slots) under you will be bumped up the queue one place. You are free to enter into the queue again at any time, but you will be placed back at the bottom.
If I have already started on your slot, I will ask for a partial payment based on how many words I have already written. Until this is paid, you will not be allowed to re-enter the queue.
Fixing typos, grammatical mistakes, or other minor errors (like the wrong character name) is always free no matter how long it has been since publication. Just contact me and let me know.
Absolutely! Just contact me with a link to the image and I'll add it to the description of the story in question, and put it in the Stories With Pictures folder if it wasn't there already.

Yes, if you tell me it's AI art. If you try to pass off AI art as non-AI art, I will blacklist you.
How fast do you write?
I get about 2500-3000 words done per 3-hour writing period. It may not sound like much but it is comparable to high-end professional authors. I write on Sunday afternoons, Wednesday evenings, and Friday evenings. I do editing out of band here and there since it doesn't require an uninterrupted block of time like writing does, and it's generally much faster.
Can I see samples of your work?
My tamer submissions that do not contain wasteplay stuff are all in this folder: https://www.furaffinity.net/gallery.....179/No-WS-Scat
Can I be anonymous?
Yes, but tell me this immediately, so that I don't put your name on my queue publicly.
You can also ask for me not to post a story at no extra charge, and if you change your mind at a later date I can publish it.
There are no take-backs though. I will not take down a published story, even at the commissioner's request.
Can I have multiple versions of a story?
What's the deal with slots for yourself?
Every 4th main queue slot I reserve time to write for myself. This lets me pursue personal writing projects and helps me avoid getting burnt out. For the same reason, once in a while I will take an express slot for myself as well if I have an idea small enough to fit in one.
Is it okay if I can't pay right away?
As long as you let me know, yes. If you need to wait for a paycheck to land or you run into unexpected financial problems, just give me a heads-up. However, you can't re-enter the queue nor will I give you editor permissions on the review copy until you pay.
How do cancellations work?
If I haven't gotten to you yet, cancellations are free and have no consequences, no questions asked. All commission slots (but not personal slots) under you will be bumped up the queue one place. You are free to enter into the queue again at any time, but you will be placed back at the bottom.
If I have already started on your slot, I will ask for a partial payment based on how many words I have already written. Until this is paid, you will not be allowed to re-enter the queue.
I found an error in a published story. Can I get it fixed?
Fixing typos, grammatical mistakes, or other minor errors (like the wrong character name) is always free no matter how long it has been since publication. Just contact me and let me know.
I have a picture made to go with a story! Can you link to it?
Absolutely! Just contact me with a link to the image and I'll add it to the description of the story in question, and put it in the Stories With Pictures folder if it wasn't there already.
