Hey guys! Just wanted to say big THANK YOU for your interest to my yearly black and white challenge! Your support means a lot, and seeing familiar faces every year puts a smile on my face as it became a tradition they stick to, just as I do. This year almost half of the requests didn’t even ask for a WIP and trusted me completely blind to just present a completed work, and I hope I didn’t disappoint you. Every year I make a lot of effort to make it happen and challenge myself only to get better in the skill and technique. It’s a month of training ark, the test of consistency, which wouldn’t be possible without you 🤍

- You get your art done on the reserved date!
- 2 characters max on the picture! (2nd is +75% of the price)

Soon my parents are coming over for my sons birthday, I haven’t seen them for more than 2 years since we live in different countries now, its a rare and exciting occurrence, so starting from 20th I’ll be away for roughly couple of weeks or less. The beginning of 2025 was full of determination on my end to take my content to the route of consistency and exclusivity, and there was an attempt, as a full time artist, to be more consistent with what I do. So I changed my approach, by launching a Patreon page! Which, at the very start, recieved positive feedbacks and support from my lovely regular watchers, and I couldn’t be more grateful for subscribing, following my content and being very supportive of my decision. 🤍 ;v;
While I was ready for the slow pacing of how the page might potentially grow, I faced the challenges of implementing 2 extra Patreon exclusive works per month on top of my regular drawing schedule, which on its own is a challenging thing to achieve - but I was dedicated, hoping that it all will eventually pay off. But unfortunately I’m currently facing with extreme burning out as the Patreon page isn’t going as well as I thought, and I’m not feeling comfortable anymore trying to promote my page, asking people to support me. On top of keeping track of all the Patreon works, making extra versions, saving wips, I also remain my own manager keeping in touch with my clients, deadlines, spending hours on drawings and all that while being a mom and just taking care of everyday stuff. It’s getting overwhelming and exhausting, and I want it to be fun and rewarding, that’s why I need to put some weight off my shoulders.

That’s why I decided that, starting 1 May 2025, my Patreon page will no longer be active and all the content will be deleted from my other galleries.

I hoped I’d have more determination and patience with growing my page, and hopefully some day I’ll try it again - but not at this current stage of my life. ;v;

I’ll still be doing regular commissions and YCHs on all of my other platforms, as well as the April exclusive and April reward will be launched later this month.

The other day I was thinking about different perspectives how others see artists activity, and asked multiple chats about what they think. Now I’m curious what my FA community thinks, so any opinions would be appreciated! 0w0

If you had the option to commission anyone, let’s say there are 2 artists options in front of you, who would you rather commission:
1) Someone less skilled in anatomy/colours etc but passionate about what they do and clearly enjoy the process
2) Someone who’s pretty skilled, but they clearly hate what they do and they do it just for the sake of earning money (but it doesn’t affect the result)?

I’d personally do first option cause for me experience is more important and knowing the artist puts effort not just for the sake of money but also enjoys the process elevates the experience. At the same time I got a lot of 2nd option preferences cause for them it’s all about finished product and who cares how it was created and delivered

So this is really a question about what’s more important for you, experience or the result? If you had to chose, that is. Ideally we’d like to get both but that doesn’t always happen

Hey guys, hope you’re doing well. I’m just writing this journal cause unfortunately I don’t really know what else to do apart from what I’m doing already.
Basically, I ended up in the situation where over the next months I’ll have to save a large sum of money, much larger than what I usually am trying to currently save, and the major reasoning is - to stay in the country, with my family. Which means I will have to sacrifice most of my usual living expenses including cutting down on food and necessities.

I don’t want to stress people I love about it, neither I want any charity. It’s my responsibility alone and I’ll make sure I’ll do what has to be done. Unfortunately finding a side job is not an option (I’d happily take it and work hard) at the moment because I’m taking care of my child and can’t leave my home. But I’m willing to draw and create more for the ones who’s interested in their imagination, worlds and lore to be portrayed in my style.

So I’m just asking for one thing from you, my lovely audience, please consider supporting me by commissioning my art and/or subscribe to my Patreon where I’ll do much more content in the near future updating multiple times a week.
