BIRTHDAY HEDGEY SOON!!!!
Posted 5 years agoHey guys, it is almost my birthday and I couldn't be anymore excited!
So far my friends and family haven't held back on gifts which makes me emotional and grateful!!!!
I am soon to be getting a brand new drawing tablet in the mail as a birthday/graduation from college present from my parents. It was a bit pricey as it is a standalone tablet that i can take anywhere so I helped pay for some but I am sooo excited to get it when it comes in the mail!!
I will be turning another year older physically and mentally as I experienced alot of triumphs and tribulations this year through family and my own discoveries that are molding me more into the person I want to be. I feel this community has taught me things as well besides the outside world. This community has made me more aware of how dangerous the world can be as well as how wonderful it can be through everlasting friendships and teaching me how to practically run my very own business, as well as the obvious of boosting my art skills to a whole new level!
My birthday is a day for me to look back on the year and realize how much growth I have made with friends and family!!!
I just want to take this time to mention a few important people in my life that have been there through the thick and thin and have brought this year to a close and a new one to open!
: This boy right here.....has done SO MUCH for me that I don't even know how to express my gratitude toward him!!! He has seen me at my lowest, and times of great euphoria, and his friendship has never wavered. My parents now think i am beginning to talk like him that me and him hang so much! But I just want to say...thank you, thank you so much for being there for me, for talking to me, for being someone in my life that no one can ever replace.
: I have been friends with this poor poor soul for about 8 years! We have both grown so much as artists together and as friends together! I am sad to hear he is possibly moving away from the state we both live in but distance will make our friendship grow stronger! He has taught me so much about determination and never giving up on what you want! This man would give you the shirt off his back if you needed it and I am proud to call him a friend!
: This sweet panda hasn't been friends with me for long, but in this short time, we have became great friends. Whenever I felt like i needed to talk or to just relax, she has always been there to talk and sometimes listen. Her calm voice always made me felt at ease and that everything was going to be okay. I love ya girl, you are awesome and the possibility of meeting you in the future makes me so excited!
I also have a few moire individuals i would love to mention as ALOT of people have made a great impact in my life too!!
I love all of you guys so much, I will never be able to go back to a time where you guys weren't involved!
Lets hope this birthday rings in an even better year than this one!

Colby's 9th Anniversary!!!!!!!
Posted 5 years agoJune 26th 2011 was the day Colby was brought into this world! He will be 9 years old and I just can't believe how long he has been making fans and friends along those 9 years!
Thank you so much for being along for the ride guys, having this dedicated of a follow base has really encouraged great strides out of me to work hard for you! I am gonna try and draw a picture for Colby's 9th anniversary to celebrate all the wonderful memories this character has brought into my life as well as the people that have entered!

Posted 5 years agoI am sorry to inform for those who are currently awaiting art from me, but my commissions will be slightly delayed due to personal drama within my family. I have been going through some stress to a point where I had a mental breakdown the other day, but I am still working my best on commissions! But I appreciate all of your guys patience as I try to get these commissions done as best as I can while not overworking myself right now. I will note individual commissioners once I begin their commission! Again I really appreciate your understanding, you guys mean alot to me, making me be able to live my dream of being an artist! Posted 6 years agoi just wanted to make a short and sweet journal about an update on the whole situation i was going through
Things are looking up for my brother at least, turns out the wife is being an ass hole and saying there was physical abuse, when we know there wasn't. So far the wife has no progress while my brother is out of rehab, in our home, and has a job now! The wife is sitting at her mother's house, sleeping all day, likely no job. I just hope they can get conjoined custody of the children after their court date on the 27th. I want to be able to see my nephew and niece again!
But...i just wanted to say thank you for all your guys thoughtful comments, i know i did not comment on them, i was dealing with drama at the time, so i just thought it would be nicer to thank you all in a journal! it makes me happy that i have people who care for me and my family than just my art! thank you guys again so much for your comments and shared stories of similar events! i loved them all!

What meth does to a whole family....
Posted 6 years agoSo, from today on, one of my 3 brothers is a hard core meth user, turned his kids room into a drug room, abused his wife, and disowned our family practically, what a way to spend Sunday.
This has been going on for a while so i am just trying to summarize here...
IN the beginning, we just suspected drugs were involved because my brother was paranoid of everything and the wife was unhealthily skinny. We knew that my brother was emotionally abusing her and not being a proper father to his children, but we knew physical abuse did not occur. My brother called my mom saying he was so scared to enter his own home because he thought someone changed the locks and people were out to kill him. So, my mom and dad had to go to the house and tear up the floor and AC vents to prove to him there wasn't any secret listening devices or cameras in his house. My family and i have tried multiple times to get the wife out of there and to our house, but i feel like that wouldn't help. As soon as we did, they both came over, my brother stayed there for only a few minutes, got angry at us, admitted to them doing meth and left. The wife got upset at him for telling us about their drug addiction, but we knew he was dangerous when it came the the wife. So we locked all the doors in the house til morning when he showed up again to talk. I was asleep, but as soon as he stormed out again, my parents when to go take the wife to her mother's house where her kids were. But, as soon as they left i got a call from my mom telling me "lock all the doors in the house and fast!" that is NEVER something you want to hear over the phone! my parents were worried he would come back to the house. soon as night fell again, we locked all the doors once more, but soon realized he fled to a neighboring town to a golf course. we told the police and they apprehended him the next morning.
so now my brother, after causing drama and stress and fear in our family, he was caught by the police and put in a drug rehab center, we went over to his house to get some of his things before the land lords come and take the house away. I walked up in the house and there was a pot head on his couch playing his xbox, as soon as my dad kicked his ass out, we saw a hooka on the table and a gas mask with a hole in it for the hooka. I am just so disappointed in my brother, doing all this shit while also having 2 young children in the house! we also found K2 as well not just meth and pot, we also saw a air compressor machine to seal bags and in his child's room we saw pot and in the closet saw growing lights. Why....just why. the wife now has a restraining order against my brother even tho they were BOTH doing pot in the house the mother and my brother! i might not be able to see my niece and nephew for a while....i think they are going to get custody of the wife's mom...

FUN(ish) FACT: Microphthalmia
Posted 6 years agoyou know i am half blind..well most know, what is have is called (Microphthalmia) which means small eye, when i was in the womb, my right eye didn't develop normally, so i was born half blind!
throughout my young life i know i was different, but i didn't care until school started. Elementary was very cruel and difficult to get through as well as Middle school. Children would pick on me and call me names. But i thank them, they made me get into drawing because i had to find an outlet for my emotions. Drawing helped me greatly, now look where i am at!
Moral: do not let anyone tell you what you can't do! be yourself, we are all different in many ways whether it be a disability or a mind set.
I was given only 1 eye, and i cherish it greatly, but my other senses work alot better XD like hearing and sense of touch!

this year for me has been a great year! much better than 2017! But any year i consider myself healthy and alive is a good year!
I wish for everyone to have a happy new year and a healthy life ahead with happiness and successes!
I hope to graduate with my Associates degree this year! and of course improve my art 10 fold and become a better artist and a better stronger person!
