Commission Info
Posted 2 years agoBY COMMISSIONING ME, YOU CONFIRM YOU HAVE READ AND AGREE TO MY TERMS
• Terms of Use:
- my artworks are digital
- you have rights on your commission for personal / NON-commercial use only (as icons, prints, posters for yourself and friends, etc.)
unless commercial usage is specifically requested and agreed to by both sides, you may NOT sell it
- you may NOT use the artwork for any sort of NFTs/Blockchain/cryptocurrency
- I maintain all rights to my artworks including the selling of prints or other physical items, display as portfolio, etc (if I decide to do)
- if requesting fanart, I'm absolved from any legal responsibility should you be found using the artwork commissioned for anything other than personal use
• What I draw:
- almost all kind of animals & birds, mythic creatures, anthro animals, humans (sometimes), erotic, some kind of fetishes.
• What I don't draw:
-scenes of cruelty, porn, frank display of genitals
In other cases: if I feel I can't draw your character at the moment I will let you know.
•Payment & pricing:
I accept payment via Boosty full amount up front only. I start to work after payment is sent. Refund is possible if I don't started your commission. If I made a sketch, then only 80% of the total amount is returned to you. I also have the right to use sketch for other commissions.
• Details of commissions:
Commission can take from 3 days to 1week depending on complicity of the artwork.
If you want to have the artwork to a certain date - please, let me know first so I can tell you if it's possible or not.
If you want to get your art earlier, that's also possible for a additional charge.
When I start to work with your commission you'll get the sketch first so you can tell me if everything is good or you want to correct / add something else.
You have 3 times of corrections for free. Be sure you tell me all the details you want at one time so there were no eternal corrections again and again with 1 detail.
Other corrections are for a additional charge.
• How to order? Use this form:
