Been suspended from school? — Haha, yeah. I was suspended once when I was in 2nd grade. I wrote every curse word I could think of down on paper, cause James stole my red version. I stole it back and he took my letter and gave it to the teacher. My principle wasn't that angry. She actually was like, I don't even know what half these words are, and they are all spelled right! This is my advice I gained from that: "Never sign your name to anything."

General | Posted 16 years agoYeah, so funny story from today. I was at college and walking to my next class, when of course, disaster strikes! Everyone I walk with are elevator whores. They never want to walk up or down the stairs. I always make them, but today I had forced them to walk down the stairs, because...come on... We are walking DOWN. Not up. I wear the same shoes every day. They are really my only pair of shoes, but my shoelace got in the way and I took a tumble down the concrete stairs, in the concrete stairwell, almost taking out some teacher on the way down. Which was actually really funny after I got over the stun of the situation and the teacher was "OMG ARE YOU OKAY?!" While I was trying to apologize for almost hitting them.
In all of this process, after a little bang up, I ripped the heel right off the back of my converse. My lovely green converse. -sob- Not like they weren't already beaten up, but now its too a point where I can't wear them. I told my mom we need to go buy some new shoes, but she wants me to throw out these before she allows the purchase of new ones. Which, isn't happening. AT ALL. These shoes have been through a lot with me and are my trademark. I really am attached to these shoes. I'm gunna try and 'doctor' them up, but I really do need some new shoes. New converse to be exact... so here is what I'm going to attempt in the spirit of this event:
Converse based Icons with your characters feet in them. Custom anyway you want them! Large artwork comes along with them of course, before the resize crap.
Price is going to be $3.00 USD ( i think thats the american currency abbreviation?) Why? Because a new pair is $45.00. Which means.... there will be 15 slots, cause no one is going to consider $5 or $10 ones with my art quality. Lets be realistic here. Even asking for $3 is pushing it.
So, who wants some awesome kicks, and help me save mine?

..And I have this cat. It was a stray that found his way to my house. So now we have this cat. He's very sweet and well behaved. He's passed out right now on the couch next to me.

Yes, the sweet thing, but a HUGE attention whore. Unfortunately, we can't keep him. My sister is allergic to cats if around them for too long. So, she hasn't stayed in the basement a lot cause of him. So, they've been trying to find a home for him to go to. Cause we can't bring him to a shelter. No, not at all. They gas animals around here without a second thought. So, this little pain-in-the-ass-love-bomb-whiny-pants is going to be around for a bit till we find him a home. <3
I want to name him Luther, but I keep calling him Cat all the time. XD

'Ello 'ello!
Yeah, well school isn't that fun this year. I'm actually taking art classes (2) for the first time in my life so I'm like yay! But my one teacher is so fucking boring and I don't really like him. =/ He seems to have situated himself on this high horse that I'd like to knock him fucking down. He got upset at me cause I couldn't draw lines creating some type of volume. WELL WHAT THE FUCK MAN. It's not my thing to make fucking lines that go up and down and OMG it's a shape now! So sorry I can't manage this aspect perfectly.
Though, I'm just waisting time with this story.. My best friend has been hospitalized and is hooked up to a.. respirator? Something like that. I'm trying to wait so I can go for visiting hours and I'm getting very antsy cause I need to make sure she is okay.
Other than that.. art wise now. I've felt my art hasnt been as great as it should be. The last one. 'Zari' was the one I tried to work on harder. I want more expression and emotion in the bodies and characters I draw. So, I've got to work harder at that. ;D Other than that, I've been thinking about this story I wrote a long time ago now. It was written originally as something I could Roleplay with my close friends but I ended up developing more and wanted to draw a comic. I drew one and its crappy, but the story stays evident. It's about necromancers and the grim reaper. Lets see.. I think I might be able to remember the concept.. or I might have the intro saved still.. yeah here it is...

START
In our modern society today stories, myths, legends, ideas, records and tons more from different cultures, from past days, have created what we know of life after death. There were stories of people who used forbidden arts to raise the dead, bringing them back, but only in a zombified state of mind. Also, having the ability to travel from the realm of life to the realm of death. This was called: ‘Necromancy’. It was never ment for the terrible uses that it was known for and came to learn. It was the divination of the body. A literal translation of this word comes from two Greek words, "Nekros" which means "corpse" and "manteia" which means "prophesy". They had a way to connect with the dead souls and demons of the other worlds, asking them for their strengths to assist them. Only those "blessed" with the power from the Grim Reaper were able to do so. Through being ‘blessed’ a special wavelength in our minds was set in tune with the other worlds. Though, being blessed by the Reaper caused a side effect. Once gaining the arcane powers of life after, and using these abilities more and more, over a certain period of time, slowly your humanity and life force start to wither. It spreads like a disease. This is the reason we see the Grim Reaper portrayed as a human skeleton. He unleashed this power upon himself and his humanity was stripped from him, leaving only his bones, and mind. Those who were able to have families after being cursed, pass down the trait and magiks. It is passed down as a Congenital Disease. Though, it acts like a cancer cell inside the body. Undetectable to modern technology. Either the child is born and the effects start immdediatly or.. it sits and waits until something causes it to activate. Only another Necromancer can unlock it or, of his or her own will. Usually, by being in an extreme state of desperation or, mental stress is needed to start the cell. Or both. These people started to die out from the corrupted powers and others who saw them as evil and blasphemous wretches slaughtered them to rid the world on them. No matter who they might be. Whether it was the Necromancers choice to be born into the legacy or free will they are all subject to the same fate.
Eventually the Grim Reaper was stripped of his power and put into a deep sleep. All the cultures of the world received a bone from his body, his head hid amongst the place of his demise. A guardian was assigned to protect each of these places from greedy hands. These guardians are also in a deep sleep and hidden. They can and only will be awakened when the pre-seal is broken. Then, they re-animate. They come in many different forms from different cultures myths and stories. With the Grim Reaper in remission no more people can be become Necromancers. Only the line of people who have been passing the trait down remain.
Now… 500 years later, yes it has not been that long ago, though how easily things are discarded and forgotten, someone is about to break that pre-seal. Letting loose the balance of all life and the power of the Grim Reaper that was tucked away in the farthest corners of the world. The power of Necromancy is a dangerous and tricky art. It decays the mind and body. If one is not strong enough they will become a slave to their own power, becoming a mindless demon that can be controlled by just about anyone. Those who do have the strength and continue to learn will not be looked down upon in this society, and placed amongst their highest ranks. Before the Grim Reaper was sentenced to his sleep, he let loose creatures into the world. Those very same monsters we all heard as children for bedtime stories. They hunt down the Necromancers... killing them. So beware and keep your wits about you. No one in this game is safe or a friend. The tournament will begin when the last seal is broken and the Reaper revived…

Yeah so I just read that. Its changed a little more since I wrote that part, but the whole story has twists and turns. Haha, oh man. The time I spent writing out each character. Pirell was my favorite. He was a complete psychopath. He holds true and true to the meaning of a villian. He is so awesome.. I might have to draw him out again.. maybe I can draw him better this time. With that crazy grin he had and stained eyes. Out of all the characters he went through the most. The main character's mother used to be bestfriends with Pirell. They were in the same faction and he was inlove with her. Madly. She loved him back, but she never told him and barely returned his affection. He did everything he could to please her and be by her side. She had a brother too. They were like a trio. Until.. some fucked up things happened.. and Pirell ended up killing Carry by accident.. he was fooled into it. He never was able to tell her how much he loved her and his group turned against him. He went crazy and corrupted himself. I make it sound bad cause I'm just talking and not being specific. Either way... Yeah Pirell is my bad ass boy. He's just tormented and ripped up from the inside. He's one of the examples too in the story. He's let the nekros corrupt his body and his eyes are stained from it. He uses something called "Blood Skills" which increase the corruption by ten.
Oh, its time. I'm sorry for the long story. Dont read it if you dont want too. I was just thinking I'd like to get back to it. That and my pied piper story and some other ones. Going to take a grammar class so my writing gets better. Bye.

This is the reason we see the Grim Reaper portrayed as a human skeleton. He unleashed this power upon himself and his humanity was stripped from him, leaving only his bones, and mind. Those who were able to have families after being cursed, pass down the trait and magiks. It is passed down as a Congenital Disease. Though, it acts like a cancer cell inside the body. Undetectable to modern technology. Either the child is born and the effects start immdediatly or.. it sits and waits until something causes it to activate. Only another Necromancer can unlock it or, of his or her own will. Usually, by being in an extreme state of desperation or, mental stress is needed to start the cell. Or both. These people started to die out from the corrupted powers and others who saw them as evil and blasphemous wretches slaughtered them to rid the world on them. No matter who they might be. Whether it was the Necromancers choice to be born into the legacy or free will they are all subject to the same fate.
Eventually the Grim Reaper was stripped of his power and put into a deep sleep. All the cultures of the world received a bone from his body, his head hid amongst the place of his demise. A guardian was assigned to protect each of these places from greedy hands. These guardians are also in a deep sleep and hidden. They can and only will be awakened when the pre-seal is broken. Then, they re-animate. They come in many different forms from different cultures myths and stories. With the Grim Reaper in remission no more people can be become Necromancers. Only the line of people who have been passing the trait down remain.
Now… 500 years later, yes it has not been that long ago, though how easily things are discarded and forgotten, someone is about to break that pre-seal. Letting loose the balance of all life and the power of the Grim Reaper that was tucked away in the farthest corners of the world. The power of Necromancy is a dangerous and tricky art. It decays the mind and body. If one is not strong enough they will become a slave to their own power, becoming a mindless demon that can be controlled by just about anyone. Those who do have the strength and continue to learn will not be looked down upon in this society, and placed amongst their highest ranks. Before the Grim Reaper was sentenced to his sleep, he let loose creatures into the world. Those very same monsters we all heard as children for bedtime stories. They hunt down the Necromancers... killing them. So beware and keep your wits about you. No one in this game is safe or a friend. The tournament will begin when the last seal is broken and the Reaper revived…

Yeah so I just read that. Its changed a little more since I wrote that part, but the whole story has twists and turns. Haha, oh man. The time I spent writing out each character. Pirell was my favorite. He was a complete psychopath. He holds true and true to the meaning of a villian. He is so awesome.. I might have to draw him out again.. maybe I can draw him better this time. With that crazy grin he had and stained eyes. Out of all the characters he went through the most. The main character's mother used to be bestfriends with Pirell. They were in the same faction and he was inlove with her. Madly. She loved him back, but she never told him and barely returned his affection. He did everything he could to please her and be by her side. She had a brother too. They were like a trio. Until.. some fucked up things happened.. and Pirell ended up killing Carry by accident.. he was fooled into it. He never was able to tell her how much he loved her and his group turned against him. He went crazy and corrupted himself. I make it sound bad cause I'm just talking and not being specific. Either way... Yeah Pirell is my bad ass boy. He's just tormented and ripped up from the inside. He's one of the examples too in the story. He's let the nekros corrupt his body and his eyes are stained from it. He uses something called "Blood Skills" which increase the corruption by ten.
Oh, its time. I'm sorry for the long story. Dont read it if you dont want too. I was just thinking I'd like to get back to it. That and my pied piper story and some other ones. Going to take a grammar class so my writing gets better. Bye.

Combat Rolls and Anime Conventions

Well, thats what I was saying a couple days ago when I was leaving for Florida. Now, its more of "Yeah.. I'm home." Yeah yeah, hello my wonderful state. As soon as i got home I had to go to class and stuff. Took my final today so I'm free all August until classes resume in Sept of course. Though, thats good. Cause I start actual art classes that are 4 hours long. So lets see how that goes, hm?
Anyways! The convention was tons of fun. My friend Jessica came along with me. She doesn't like anime that much so she really came just to relax and satisfy the fact that I wasn't allowed to travel alone. The whole trip would have been sucky on her end if not for some reason or another, the original Green Power Ranger was there. Her very first crush ever and on top of that, I got to meet and speak with the guy who is Dante in Devil May Cry 3 and 4. It is one of my favorite game series. Capcoms just awesome in genera. So, anyways she had two guys to follow around that she thought were hot. So, she got her entertainment. I bought some crap from the dealers room and yeah.
Oh god, you know how there are games with in conventions sometimes? Well, i went to play the Assasination game and we all got stickers and we have to rip it off people through out the 3 day span and report that we assinated them to get our new target. BUT, my fucking target was wearing the sticker on her NECK. So yeah, either I punched her the fuck out and took the sticker or abort the mission(basically quit). While I'm trying to figure out what to do and text the rule people some fucking chick comes and rips my tag. I was SO angry. So very very angryyyyyyy that that JUST happened. Man, fucking balls.
So yeah, there were more ups and downs and failures that will not be completely mentioned with my outbursts. Sunday came around and it was pretty much relax time day AND the day Jack showed up. O: Sweeeeeeeet. <3 I thought he wasn't going to be able to come for a while so I was like, "Eh." Then he did though. =O I met his dad and sister and her BF. xD So yeah, it was a good day that day. We hung out, cuddles and he did combat rolls across the street and shit, and I was lame as usual. The Ripleys Believe it or Not building was sort of lame. D=< Some funny things in there and this AWESOME spinning black light tube. It was kick ass but like 5ft long. -__-;
x3 So GOOD TIMES. I wish I had a bit more time and could stay longer down there though. Sadly, I did not but I wouldnt take back any of the time. =D GOOD TIMES GUYS. It went well so I don't think my family will ban me from wanting to go away a lot, but there will be blocks still.

General | Posted 16 years agoOkay, well, I'm not the greatest when it comes to coloring and I've been doing it a few different ways that I'm just not really happy about. I just dont seem to get it. /=
BUT...
I drew a picture today that I spent a lot of time on, that is a gift and I want it to be colored nicely. =/ So, if anyone wants to lend a hand with this. We can do it two ways... OC'ing or I can ustream (the easist option) and being a watchful eye with comments and criticism and suggestions of what I can do or change.
Cause honestly, its upsetting I can't color properly and I wont get any better if I dont push, but it might help if I can get another set of eyes to pick out what I'm missing.

Alright, cool. I expect this to be a long journel or maybe not. Depends on how much I will blabber on. FIRST OFF, my internet is cum guzzling gutter slut. It likes to decide when it wants to work and when it doesnt, and then ontop of that IF and only IF the internet wants to connect so I can use my lovely MSN or Skype, it hates internet explorer so it freezes and I can't load two pages before having to start all over again. D=< That aside now.. Thanks puls for the ccleaner, that helped, but there is something truely effed up here.
Besides that all, just becuase im not on FA or the internet doesnt mean I'm not drawing.. it does mean I might be being lazy but thats not it. =3 I have everyones art that I owe them, I am very sorry for the delay. It has been a month long delay I believe, so thats always a cherrished wait. I'm going to try and upload them right away, but as I stated before, it might not be so immediate if the net doesnt want to cooperate with me. In which I'll have to lift my laptop ever so delicatly and move to the window, and stare outside with a longing glance, searching for the right spot, and throw this pc out through a shattering window. D<
Okay, now... Since thats all cleared up. FA does not wait for long missing absences. Geeze.. so many journals I didn't know what to do with myself. Perhaps I'll make lunch.. yeah.. that sounds good. Oh, right, well I looked through most of the art and read my notes, so I was really dissapointed that I won that Amyth would draw my charrie in art with his, but I never replied.. so someone else got the spot. Well, of course I'm upset over that, but hell.. actually I am mad, but more at myself. Eh... fucking internet. I never win anything. Dx Fail fail fail. I'll just commission him one day.. if I ever get money. =/ Though, I finally got to see Pulsates part of our trade (my side is lame, i have another part to upload) .. fucking epic. Summer is starting as well as my college semester ending. I really need to take some summer classes, as well as afford some books as well. I have a small job but its slow work. Im not in great financial standings. So, its not much to ask but I figured I'd try some commissions. Though, my requests are always open and im happy to do them. Woo! So, I think I fixed most the problems on my computer. Which is great. I uploaded some stuff that needed doing, and other random things.
On a second note... Its my B-day. YAYS. I'm 19, woot. So, you know what that means? Well, yes.. it does mean I can legally buy ciggarettes in NJ, but I don't smoke. Cross that option out. What it doesss mean. Is that I'mma get a tablet.

General | Posted 16 years agoNothing fancy here. My computer has been having terriable internal errors and my internet constantly freezing no matter what I do. I do not know what caused it but I'm trying to get around it. So, it has been difficult working with any type of program on my computer.
Also, I've been grounded and am not allowed on any type of art site, as well as been seen drawing. So, I am working on requets that were already made, they just wont be uploaded until around May. The only things I can upload is what was scanned before the scanner was taken away, and its just of my own fursona.
