Because FurAffinity doesnt have an archive feature like DeviantART, i went ahead and deleted some really old submissions (I kept some I liked though!). I was stewing on the idea for years and was hoping FA would eventually add one but they never did.

If one of the deleted images was a drawing I did for you, dont hesitate to message me and I'll DM you the picture!

Uploading backlogs and stuff after being absent from most art sites for years is a bit overwhelming. I'll just upload from 2021 onwards and maybe throw in some older stuff every so often. For doodles and stuff thatll mostly go to twitter and facebook, wont bother uploading a random scribble to like 5+ art sites.

Ugh, im so far behind on posts on my FA that im probably not going to bother just uploading everything from my last upload. Ill most likely just upload all the best pics since my last post and then go from there.

Still wish FA had an archiving feature like DeviantART and every other art site has.

Starting over the next few weeks im going to try and bring this account up to speed. I wont upload stuff like my crappier sketches but instead ill focus on more refined sketches and finished stuff (I draw a lot of random shit).

Also, it still shits me that FurAffinity still doesnt have an archiving feature for posts like almost ever art site has. Im personally not a fan of deleting posts but I might have to in order to clean up this page a bit.

I kept putting it off, but i really liked the bunny girl I drew so I decided to update my FA so I can throw the pic on E621 for some publicity.

Also I hated linking people my FA and seeing so much old art on here, while I dont draw much, I wanted to at least have some newer drawings uploaded.

Been a bit too long since my last upload here. But instead of uploading everything from my last upload, I'm going to just upload newer stuff (and a few good pics here and there). I put most of my gallery into my scraps and kept only good things in the main gallery. I personally want FA to get a "hide submissions" function like every other art site has, since I personally dont want to delete submissions.

Anyway, expect some updates over the next few days. Just note, Im probably going to use my DeviantART descriptions for each one.

I'm contemplating about if I should upload all the drawings since my last upload or just start posting new stuff.

I've been asking myself this for the past year, I dont draw as much furry stuff as I used to (around 40% of my current art is furry), and last time i was regularly uploading to Fur Affinity my non furry stuff got no attention at all and I dont want to upload JUST my furry stuff here.

Well, this year had its ups and downs but not so productive in the art side of things. Sure I improved a lot but at the same time I also have gotten worse. This coming year I'm going to try and get at least 1 finished pic uploaded per week as well as finish off a bunch of unfinished things in my backlog.

Lets hope 2014 is my comeback year!

Oh man, the biggest problem I've had since changing my actual art style is that I cant actually settle on a style. Its both a good and bad thing I can draw numerous different styled faces and anatomy but at the same time I've ran into the problem that I cant keep a consistent look in my style. A lot of you who dont have me added in Skype or Facebook wont get the full grasp of it, but you can probably see it with the stuff I've uploaded.

I've only just started to slowly get decent at hands (although I'm still quite terrible at them) and my poses are usually quite bland half the time. I'm also very undecided on what type of colouring and shading style to go for either, everything is uncertain. :I

What is your general opinion of my art? Please comment, it helps me improve as an artist.

Just december last year i had goals to be productive this year, look at me now.... Nothing, absolutely nothing. ;__;

So anyway, I realize the ideas I had for my webcomic didnt work out, so I had to go another approach. I've been liking space elves lately so I've experimented with adding them into the story. I might also make some other races and try and do a Star Wars/Star Trek/Mass Effect styled universe, because, after lots of trials to make it work, just having furries and humans as the hero faction doesnt work very well (younger me would be very disappointed). The reptilian race i had to work with the bad faction (that also had humans) would also risk being a tad bland.

But yeah, delaying it for this long is starting to affect me, for something originally meant as a test before i do another webcomic story idea now has turned into something that has completely changed my style (good thing it helps the other story too). So far the only thing stopping me is the massive load of requests on my to do list and finish coming up with a proper plot and setting.

I also need to finish reading On Basilisk Station too, I was quite surprised how similar the main character was to some of Rebecca's personality concepts, a lot of people actually bring up that comparison every so often.

And before this starts sounding like a ramble, I'll try and get some finished drawings up on here during next week.

I got a bad tendency for this, and due to my high standards in drawing, i never get them done. Thank god half of them are from real life friends who know how lazy I can be.

But yeah, future note, never do this again, hopefully I can nail through these and get back on schedule with stuff.

I personally prefer DeviantART over FurAffinity for a lot of little reasons, the ability to resize an image that you uploaded (it beats me making seperate images for each upload to FA) and lets the user have the original high res version in the download link. The interface of FurAffinity is a bit clunky and pretty primitive, although this isnt a problem with the site itself, more or less the web designers, it also needs a mobile interface so i can check messages a bit more easily on the go.

Lastly, this bothered me a fair bit when uploading here and why i was hesitant in returning to FA was the only way to get favs and watches was to draw mostly sexual stuff or purely furries. My other stuff like the space scenes, humans, elves and all that stuff is that they barely get any notice because they arent sexual or arent furries. I know its a tad silly expecting people to pay attention to non-furry stuff here but it does fill the niche my furry art doesnt get.

Overall, Fur Affinity is a good site and i do like a lot of the non-furry artists here, and the fact the rules and stuff here arent as vague compared to DeviantART so I guess this is the few upsides of FA.

Dont take no offense, just me rambling on.

Out of all the things I'm able to do (Drawing, Graphic Design, Photo Editing, 2D and 3D animating, video editing), I cant actually learn how to play the guitar, i dont get it. Everyone I know can learn basics of guitar or are good musicians, but me? I honestly cant play it, i dont know where to start, at least with drawing there was a clear start, but guitar makes no sense to me. I'm like, music-lexic or something.

Anyhoo, I'm slowly trying to power through my backlog of unfinished pictures so you guys can see what I've been doing. I might also make another tumblr or another dA/FA account to post my random sketches to. You may wonder, "Why not use the scraps section? I seen you upload tons of sketches there." Well, I actually do a lot of messy sketches but some of are them i feel arent worthy to being uploaded to my scrapbook. What do you guys think?

So I've been heavily undecided on which art style i want to aim for. I want to aim for something kinda paint like since that is a very nice style for sci fi and helps with my 3D work. But i also wanted to do a clean style too, but unless i can shade and colour well it doesnt come out as well as i like.

I've also been very undecided on the furry face style i want to go, its something i've been trying to figure out for about 1-2 years, I wanted to avoid an overly animal look but keep it heavily stylized since i like that style the most (despite it being overly difficult for me to draw at this time).

I dunno, just me ranting a bit.

Thank god for that, it was such an eyesore seeing it outdated. Now I'll be a bit more keen in finishing some NSFW art. :3

I dont know if any of you care enough, but since FA doesnt have a storage feature and I'm getting ready to clean up this FA page so I can start actively updated again. A lot of the pics I'm removing are in storage on dA but I was wondering what are do you guys think is the best option?

A fair bit of pics are just being moved to scraps or probably deleted (But I will have them archived on my desktop obviously).

Since FurAffinity doesnt hide images in a similar fashion to DeviantART, I'm going to be deleting all my images from my gallery. You may be wondering "Why not simply make a new page?", to be honest, i like my name and i like to be consistent over the internet (googling my username comes up with my deviantart and stuff).

Although i wont be updating for ages I'm preparing this page to be used so i can upload all my latest art and open up to commissions and art trades. And to kickstart my art in the right direction instead of having my old art lying around everywhere. If FA does infact have a storage system someone tell me since itll save time and make me feel less bad about deleting my old pics off the site.

I'm finally going to update this place, its going to take me ages (around 40-50 pics i got to upload to get it on par with my dA) but itll be up to date. Note, I dont have much coloured stuff lately ^^;
