Posted 4 years agoSo I draw almost everyday to the point where I even finish pieces, and I'm just so backlogged with posting the art it's ridiculous. But then posting the art sometime just takes too much energy with adding descriptions. Just one of those days you could just telepathically type everything lol
Especially since I've been making almost exclusively reference sheets and those all take writing decently long bios.... I mean I literally have 13 drawings I need to post blaahhh

1.) This TOS applies regardless of whether or not you have read/read it to completion.
2.) This TOS is updated periodically, when the TOS is updated, the new additions go into effect immediately, regardless of whether
you have or have not read the TOS’ updates.
3.) I have the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason I see fit.
4.) I have the right to block/Blacklist you without notice if I find that you are Transphobic, Homophobic, Sexist, Racist, and/or
Bigoted in any other way. If we were in the process of a business conduct, your money will be refunded to you and I will not be
completing your piece. My account and business are an inclusive space and behavior of this nature will NOT be tolerated. NO
Exceptions.
5.) There are to be NO minors/ anyone under the age of 18 years to be purchasing from my account. If I sold to a Minor, I was
deceived and do not accept responsibility, I check the age of the individuals that purchase material from me to avoid complications
as such.
6.) If you purchase any Pornographic artwork from me, you are automatically agreeing that you are 18 years of age or older.
Anyone found to be breaking this agreement will IMMEDIATELY be Blacklisted permanently, and a public warning/”Beware” will be
filed to warn other users.
7.) If you scam and/or Harass me, I reserve the right to release a public warning/a “Beware” insuring other people do not contact
or conduct business with you.
8.) My general turnaround time (the time it takes to complete a commission once it has been paid for) is Two Weeks at the most.
However, life is uncertain and I cannot guarantee any specific completion dates unless otherwise specified.
9.) I accept payment with Paypal and USD (United States Dollar), please be sure that you send money with the correct conversions
or the payment will be denied until corrected. All prices on this account are listed in USD (United States Dollars).
10.) If an issue comes up with Money/ Anything related to payments. Please inform me to avoid a *Strike. Most of the time I
am willing to work out any money issues that may come up.
11.) All Payments for my artwork and services will be sent through Paypal’s Invoices/”Goods and Services” section, If any
payment for a service is sent to me through the “Friend’s and Family” section, the payment will be returned and I will ask that you
pay the Invoice Sent to you by me.
12.) When inquiring/ purchasing an Artwork from me you MUST pay within 48 hours of me inquiring your payment details/
approval. Failure to do so will enlist a Strike upon you and all accounts you interact with me on. You may acquire three Strikes
before you are permanently Blacklisted.
13.) Once an Artwork has been purchased from me, I will not issue refunds unless I am at fault and unable to complete the
commission/YCH in a timely manner. I am not your backup wallet, I use the money I receive to pay bills, buy food/essentials
(same as you.) and provide for my pets and another person. If you try to force a refund/Chargeback through Paypal you WILL be
Blacklisted permanently, NO Exceptions.
14.) For commissions, I send out a Sketch WIP to the buyer(s), and I will not proceed with the piece until the WIP has been
approved by all parties involved. No WIPs will be sent for YCHs unless specifically requested by the Buyer(s). If you would like
further updates about your commission/ YCH, please contact me or look for updates on my social medias/Trello Queue. Please do
not spam me (Contacting me more than Two Separate occasions in one week) with questions of how long your piece will take. Please
reply to me within 72 hours or I will continue on with finishing the work.
15.) As an ever-improving artist and imperfect human being my quality will very lightly as I study to improve my craft, so
changes are normal. Do not dispute.
16.) When a Commission/YCH is completed, the fully rendered piece may vary lightly as details are filled in or improved.
Therefore, changes are normal. Do not dispute.
17.) I reserve the right to post images of your purchases on other websites via advertisement purposes etc. I do NOT claim
your character(s) as my own, just merely the work that is done. Other parties do NOT have the right to use pictures/ images of my
works.
18.) When reposting my Artworks, you have a NON-EXCLUSIVE, NON-COMMERCIAL repost agreement. You also MUST have
purchased and or have received my strict permission to repost the Artwork. You MUST credit my Artwork by either my name/
signature (ConsciousColony) or link back to my original post (preferred method). If you post my Work off of the website you
obtained the Piece from, you MUST inform me and credit me with a link back to my account.
19.) Do NOT edit the artwork that you obtain from me. Filters such as Facebook Frames are an exception and are okay as
long as the artwork is still properly credited to me.
20.) I retain ownership and authorship of all works I produce. I retain full rights over all materials created prior to Finalization.
21.) Privacy Policy: You and I both agree that we will not knowingly share any private information gained during use of this
Service. The exception to this is any disclosure required to complete the Service. Private information such as:
a. Any names, e-mail addresses, physical addresses, dates of birth, or other information that could reasonably be deemed
personally identifiable.
b. Any information relating to my business that is not made readily available and public.
c. Any account information, including but not limited to Paypal, bank accounts, or otherwise.
22.) This TOS follows/ complies with all laws that fall under the United States of America’s national laws.
23.) My account Criteria/ Will draw list is an extension of my TOS, you MUST read it before purchasing ANY of my works. Asking me to work with an item from my "will not draw list" violates my TOS.
>By Purchasing and/ or viewing artworks/ pieces from his account, you agree to the Terms and Conditions presented electronically/ digitally. Anything agreed upon by both parties in writing, including email, is a binding contract. In which you completely agree to this Terms of Service/ Consent that this is your electronic signature, you consent and agree.
