Recently I had a dream where my plushie Shrek was giving me good advice but when I woke up, I had forgotten it.

What are your dreams like? Do you journal? Do you like dream analyzing? I like dream analyzing. (:

I am working to learn as much as I can and prepare to engage in volunteer activities that move me closer to my goal. I plan on enrolling in my schooling in November and it starts in March. I have a Japanese Chin(my partners 5 year old dog/neutered male) and my own miniature pinscher(7 month old rescue from severe neglect situation/not neutered **yet** male).
Shen(Japanese Chin) has old injuries from a past home that limits his willingness to do some tricks and because of his breed he is not very active. Lugh(miniature pinscher) has gotten better since we got him the last day of July, he was a barker, and has a high prey drive, distracted by squirrels, and very treat motivated. Lugh and I have routine and he is very eager to learn and preform. We are working on socializing him during walks so he doesn't have as big of a reaction to people, dogs, or small animals like doves and squirrels. Shen does the signature Chin Spin, sits, and lays down.
Lugh sits, stands, stays(and stays out of the kitchen), rolls over, and lays down. I am working on having him jump through a hoop. I have a lead on volunteering at a shelter I am wanting to start July unless we can somehow get a second car.

I am working on my comic called Styx: Ascent to Justice. This next page I accidentally went overboard and put like 16 panels on it. I am taking it a different direction than I originally was and am basing it on the information I got at Paganicon when I went to a class to learn about familiars. Familiars is a word that was not used until the Salem Witch Trials in a book often referred to as The Witches Hammer. This particular book was used to prosecute, mostly, women. It was a guidebook on how to identify a witch. People who were kind to animals and friendly with them were targeted due to this. That book is where the word comes from.

Now from what I remember of this class it was brought up how did we even get to that point? How did monotheistic practices and evangelism infiltrate and mold people into that? Well! Apparently when trading people who would sail over or whatever would trade food but stopped trading with anyone who did not identify as someone of their religion. Many people, many pagans, would claim christianity or something of the sort so that they could feed their families and generations and generations of this saturating their culture and family they lost their roots. I was thinking of taking it into that direction and perhaps the gods being upset about it, Zeus as a villain, who in my opinion, he is. He treated Hera horribly. Anyways, the more you know.

Hello, I'm aspiring to train through Victoria Stilwell. I grew up with her show and it greatly impacted my training. I know there is some controversy around her herself, however, I admire that she goes back and corrects herself as training has evolved and modernized her approach. I have read great testimonials and talked to people who have taken the course. I aspire to use R+ training techniques. On their website when I last looked at it it appeared that there was a online course and then the online course with the in-person track, however the updated website has the in person track as an add on which would double the price. I learn better hands on so am looking for scholarships. I am reading a bunch of books to prepare. I recently reached out to a shelter in Medford to volunteer too. I live in Athens and used to be very active in the bird rescue community working alongside organizations like Animal Place, Hen Harbor, Rooster Haus Rescue, Morriplum Farm Sanctuary, and Rooster Sanctuary at Danzig's Roost. I am trying to get opinions and perspective but don't really have the community for resources.

Those of you who have been through it with me, watched me from my first account I had to get rid of, I used to feel so stuck and pessimistic, I didn't believe I was smart enough to get my GED or brave enough to drive. I was diagnosed with BPD I got into unhealthy codependent relationships. I put myself in dangerous situations. I was obsessive and reclusing from people, only welcoming animals into my bubble. I was online all the time staying up til 4am talking to people and not engaging in reality... and here I am now, holding a job I love, having the family I always wanted, creating, being a part of a board for a non profit organization, I can pursue school and become a professional dog trainer(of course I'm gonna apply my knowledge and alter it and train other species hehe) anyways.. rambling on now.. how selfless, I can't believe this is my life now.

I put a bunch of old submissions in my scraps as to clean up my gallery, I am aiming to make higher quality art and make my page more professional. I would like to create some realistic goals for myself next year. I wish my art could be more than just a hobby, though I have always enjoyed it. I look forward to creating more higher effort art for you all. I use my phone and Ibis Paint right now. I have a wacom Intuous 3 I believe that I was given. I have clip studio paint as well. The wacom tablet has a couple scratches on it and I am not consistently using it because I live off grid and electricity is limited. I go to the library frequently because 2 of my kids homeschool and by next week we will all be on one schedule because we switched our other 3 kids over as well. Please link me videos and tips and brushes you think I might find handy on Clip Studio Paint. Willing to take tutorials as well. I struggle very badly with backgrounds. Please advise.


As far as the car the mechanic is starting taking the transmission out of the broken one and putting it into the nicer one next week. This is 17 total hours of work. They are very much swamped with cars right now and all their loaners are unavailable. I am tired but my job at the hospital isn't very hard and I get paid more than the HCA's who work in the nursing home. They will not allow me full time so my paycheck every 2 weeks is about $690 which isn't a lot considering we have car repairs, have to feed 5 kids(we have them 2-5 days a week because shared custody) and ourselves. I start school next year so $200 immediately goes to savings which often I am pulling from in the middle of week 2 before I get paid. I am no where near where I was in 2014-2020. Life has greatly improved for me and I have intense gratitude for that. I was not always the most stable person and sometimes I struggle answering messages. It is not for the same reasons as before though, I am just tired.

I also help run a non profit pagan organization as well who has helped me a lot these past 3 years and am taking on more responsibilities for them. :>

So, I originally deleted my main account to get away from people who were following it and stalking me. There are now people in the community I am fearful of. Along with my BPD making me jump around personality wise since I didn't really have a foundation for self. I have reclused a lot because of this and because my life has gotten busier. I feel really disconnected from the community and it's harder to reach out because I'm out finally living and enjoying life. I haven't had the urge to not want to exist anymore since 2022. That is the first consistent time in my life this has happened. I lived independently a while, I got my GED, I got my license, I have almost all of what I need to go to college. I am much less codependent though sometimes my brain tries to regress. I never thought I was capable of living life on my own for myself, I always felt like I needed someone or I wouldn't make it. My abandonment issues had me by the throat. Now here I finally fucking am. It feels like a dream sometimes, I'm on the right path, because I'm choosing the direction now.
