Classes started back in August, so "Personal Art" has been put on the back burner.

I've got two studio classes this Semester -- Graphic Novel and Sci-fi/Fantasy art. Both are really awesome classes. In Graphic Novel, we spend the semester creating a 10-page... well, graphic novel. And in Sci-fi/Fantasy, we've had two critiques so far. It's like making glorified fanart. XD

Anyways, I've got some sketches for Micki done, a lot of DnD art, and a whole bunch of miscellaneous sketches in my books. Here's hoping I can do some completed personal work soon.

Hi!
My name is CookieAsylum (you call me 'Cooks' for short <3)

I figured it was about time I make a journal for this place.

I'm an art student in college studying professional Illustration. I do a lot of character design and storyboarding for my own characters. I'm trying to improve my background painting, and planning to do more art over the summer (personal and commissioned). I do commissions and trades, and sometimes - if I have the time - I take one or two requests. I love to do art and I intend to make it a full-time career.

Besides art, I enjoy doing many other things. Like hiking, fishing, writing, gardening, and horseback riding, I'm a pretty outdoorsy person. I love visiting the National Parks and I love to learn about prehistoric animals.

So yeah, it's great to be here.
