i was thinking about starting on a fresh account. or at least migrating all my work over to soppip. its been so long since i upload anything, and i've felt overwhelmed about what to do with my art and wether i still like it even. it's hard just typing out this journal for some reason, lack of better word i suppose. anyways i will think about making  soppip my main art, and posting my art there in future. take care!

It's been a while since I have done any sort of activity on this account. Whenever I tried doing anything, I froze up, and on top of that this whole year I've been on a bit of a existential crisis and trying to re-examine my entire life up until now. so anxiety crippled my thoughts and emotions for quite some time, asking questions that in one way or another didn't matter to anyone but me. But I think I have found solace, and I am trying to pick myself up and becoming more active.
So if I have ignored you, or seem vacant and dismissive, don't think I have something against you I don't. I care, I just need to find meaning in the things I do. Something I will duly work on.

Heck, maybe next year will see me become the artist I wanted to be.

i'm relatively new to 3D modeling, like, new new. the first model i've been working on for a while now seems to be getting awfully big. but i don't know if im doing well or if i'm doing wrong, and if i carry on at this point i'll be wasting my time with somthing that may never turn out correctly or i may never be able to change the mistakes i've made. if you just so happened to be a good 3D modeler, i would really appreciate the input!

Hey,

if you haven't seen alot of content or activity off me for the past 7 months, well there is a reason. i was recently diagnosed with rhumatoid arthritis, a condition witch causes inflammation in soft tissue, witch can cause mild to severe pain and stiffness in joints, notably the hands, shoulders and knees.

The pain start late december - early january with my right fingers felling stiff, unable to uncurl. i was assured it was carpal tunnel. it wasn't, basically, and then begun the massive fiasco of 6 months of dancing round doctors and hospitals to get all sorts of tests. during this period, my work increased its workload, and required people to voluntarily do overtime, otherwise we would be put on 12 hour shts to meet demand. as you can imagine, this put great strain on me physically and mentally, as i couldn't even lift my arms to put on my shirt some days, often called weak and dismissed by my co-workers as dramatic. but im not here to rant about all that, its in the past.

I'm here to say i'm on the road to a quick recovery, even now i feel compelled to draw! hopefully you'll see my art increase as my pain fades. who knows how long the medication lasts, or when i next flare up, but as long as i focus on the now, and maybe have the forsight to accomodate such tasks in the future i may still be drawing occasionally. who knows.

TL;DR: Fingers stiff but its gettin better.

And don't even think about feeling sorry for me! you hear?

I have two drawing to do, and i find myself not in an art block, but somewhat of a "i will defenatly draw today" and then going on video games moment. But i think getting back to it is like taking a dip in the cold water, you'll get used to it.

I feel like this is a benchmark in my life on FA!
