The current state of BBF TV

we're all experiencing a scary and difficult time. BBF TV has stopped all operations because of the cancellation of all close events we were going to cover to this point, and more are being added to the list - and we know a lot more were cancelled or postponed that weren't even on our radar. But: How are we going to move on from this?
First of all: I am, as we speak, doing experiments regarding the legislation and publication of videos in the future, My Minecraft video that was published today being a major part of it. So far, they turn out to be very successful. Expect me to focus a lot on YouTube for future releases. This will make things more convenient for you, too.
Livestream premieres on Picarto were, for the most part, a success as well. We are going to keep this up and I will work on upgrading my hardware to provide the best streaming capabilities possible. I have a new graphics card sitting here as we speak that just needs to get installed, and I have added a microphone to my setup in case I ever dare actually talking to you guys.
Personally, I am cancelling my vacation plans one by one as time goes by, and I am surrendering my free days back to work. The plan is to save as many unused vacation days as possile so once this is over and done with, I have more time to go to conventions and creating documentaries of them. Likewise with air fares, I have started to book insurances so I get the majority of my money back, but this is a new thing for me, a thing I'm not good at, and it's a very recent thing so we have to wait and see how this turns out.
The financial losses I am facing at this point are manageable and undealt with, since the agencies work on the immediate cases first, and I'll happily get in line.
In 2021, the plan is to return to the reguilar schedule if the situation allows.
In the meantime, everyone, please stay safe. Go see your doc at the slightest hint of a cold. Stay healthy. I want to see you all back and healthy once this is over. I want this to be a mere difficulty, a disruption, and not a life-changing event.

Posted 10 years agoThe past few weeks were a bit harder than normally, with things either breaking left and right or being lost due to to unfortunate incidents. I was kinda stuck taking care of one thing at a time, with the important things coming first, and hardly doing any of the work I love to do.
The fandom has helped me get back on the feet in ways that it's kinda hard for me to express my gratefulness. But I'll never forget this. You all rock so much you have no idea!
And because I'm really bad with words, I'll just drop this here. And I have to stress the fact that YOU all made this possible!

Posted 11 years agoSo yeah, the staff of TFF was so awesome to invite Kenket as GoH for 2014! And somehow I also ended up being their second GoH for 2014! I'm so excited! This is actually the largest con that ever invited me over and I can hardly wait! This is going to be so much fun! :)

1. Was 2013 a good year for you? Why?
It was a fantastic year full of good news. Got invited to FCN 2013 and Texas Furry Fiesta 2014 as Guest of Honor, and another con I've been to before showed me their appreciation for the videos I do. Lots of good feedback, met awesome new people while keeping in touch with my existing friends, who went out of their way to help me improve our little productions and adventures.
2. What was your favorite moment of the year?
Too many to pick one from... but the production of CSI Berlin (Eurofurence 20 promo) clearly was one of the highlights, especially seeing how all of us got together for a non-commercial little fun project, going out of our ways to make it happen. I love you all!
3. What was your least favorite moment of the year?
There wasn't really a bad moment this year... bits of drama here and here, but that's normal.
4. Where were you when 2013 began?
In an old castle, getting drunk with friends. LaerCon - the video is out.
5. Who were you with?
My best friends.
6. Where will you be when 2013 ends?
I'll be in the same castle again. Video - to be released in January.

With my best friends and a lot of awesome people. Let's call it my "other family". :D

Old schoolmate suffered a fatal stroke, former coworker committed suicide, another one diagnosed with terminal cancer. This year has seen its rough moments.

Yes.

Harry Potter 8 Part 2. It's older than 2013, but it's the year I first saw it.

Avicii - Hey Brother. Finally, a dance song that brings tears to my eyes. Yes, I am an emotional little wuss. :) Also, "Nothing Inside" by Sander Van Doorn is a close second.

None ... but I went to my first soccer match. Premier League, too.

My shyness keeps me from feeling things such as pride. But seeing what we together can pull off (FoxAmoore's Abbey Road session, charity donations at cons, or even projects such as CSI Berlin) made me damn proud. Proud to be a part of this.
38. What was your most embarrassing moment of 2013?
I could swear I already answered this.
39. If you could go back in time to any moment of 2013 and change something, what would it be?
Minorities. The major changes I'd like to do are much further back, but then again, these might change who I am now - so I wouldn't do it.

Keep my spirits high, keep the friends I have, improve my work, try to raise my personal bar higher and higher, and not do stupid things!
Other than that, I want to be the person I used to be 5 years ago again. In the past two years, I have changed a lot. I have become much more impatient, much more straight to the point and direct than I used to be. I'm not always comfortable with this. We'll see if I can go back,

Back from MFF!
Posted 12 years agoI'm back home from MFF safe and sound, and I have about 24 hours to recover until I have to back to work again. Time to relax and let the week sink in.
MFF was, in a nutshell, really awesome, and also very different in many ways than previous cons. I didn't get to do a lot of things I usually do, and at the same time I did a lot of things I normally don't do, like just taking time to hang with friends in the bar or at room parties. Good decision! I think I finally got out of that "OMG You'll Miss Things To Film" state. :)
And just like at EF and CFD, I didn't even get in suit. I just didn't feel like it. I had more fun just relaxing and talking to friends, and leaving the fursuiting part to others. :)
I'd write more, but the whole con is a blur and it takes me a while to actually let it all sink in and gather my own thoughts about things.
And all of you who bothered to hang out with me or talk to me: You are amazing!!! :D
