I’m late to share this and I feel terrible, left the city and connectivity is 2aa walkie talkie at best.
My friend Sami has been under the weather for a few months, lost employment, and what was found was scam wow material. To make things harder his mom recently passed after a battle with the big C. my lord F that thing. Few things I fear and hate in equal measure. A situation like this would push any of us to the edge, I admire their strength. for often it's the only thing we have left.
Sami has been great to me all these years. We share ideas and many interest, has been incredibly supportive and patient with me. Has helped my growth, development and even experimentation. Today they are struggling to keep things afloat. And could use any aid that comes their way. Many of you have seen my pieces with them. I know they are well liked. As well as several animations they have around. Let us help keep them under a roof while they regain their footing.

I have been poked by Doe (with a cattle prod) to give updates.
Lots of work and clearing up backed up slots as fast as I can. Have retaken education and a few life projects which has stifled progress a chunk but it’s getting there. I have a few objectives for this year to meet one way or another. Hopefully I can still be useful to DeadIgames in some form, If not well its been quite the trip.
As For RL, just getting older and gotten fat :1 “yay” need to scramble to find pants that still fit. Time to retake diet and two-hour walks. The scale has gotten spooky lately and I sure Don’t miss taking pills. Trying my best to power thru the eventual episodes of depression and regular BS that life gives. Trying to keep positivity and accepting we are animals of flesh and bone and not unfeeling creatures of steel, helps a lot.
Have been thinking on buying an Old Beetle and off road it. With the ever-raising prices a small car sure looks more appealing than my gas guzzling van.
I plan to return to the US once and if the documents clear. The two-week process has dragged to two years thanks to pandemic back log and bureaucratic roadblocks imposed by previous administrations that are 100% only in my head and aren’t real. And I Do not feel upset about in the least.

With that said. Thank you all for the support all these years I hope to progress more and produce more and better material.

its come to my attention that Lately the Connectivity on FA says Not secure.

I though it was my Browser but i've tried on different ones over different devices and shit remains.

Guess Now I cannot share sensitive banking information on my notes any more. what a Bother.

IT was a lovely morning. Friday. finally the end of the business week. but legal paper work still had to be carried onward. An error had been found in the insurance department and had to be looked on. Without hesitation the trip was decided. the car was ready. the road was as unforgiving as usual but alas! progress was being made. The Highway was a stone throw away But disaster struck The front tire did its best against the monstrous mouth on the pavement. But little could it be achieved and succumbed to its sharp deathly teeth. the rear tire followed and fought the sharp abrupt battle of its existence successfully, but sadly deadly wounded. Once pulled over to asses damages It was clear the spare would see the sun. But again trouble arose when the security lug nut key was not found. Despite a frustrated raccoon explaining on the phone of it's precise location.

Thankfully a Good man drove by on his Tow truck that Oh thank Lord it so happened to Be RIGHT THERE for some DEFINITELY unknown reasons. and Offered to change it. He pulled out a socket wrench. hammered a fitting socket in the lug and removed it with ease... and thus the spare was changed in exchange of a small reward.

Soon enough the fiscal building was reached, and documentation checked. Just to realize they had left vital documents at home...

And thus the raccoon Continues to loose his shit over dare I say "silly incompetence"

Nothing actually interesting. I just wanted to write something for a change.

I have a Van. Actually the family has a van. I got nothing but problems. We now have two cars. the van being almost 20 years old. gives the most problems as its expected for an older car. especially one rejected by several owners who just ... had the thing in the sun.

So its old and still runs. Needs a transmission Harness that I can't get anywhere from but the states. as well at the super comfy pneumatic suspension but who needs that. It more fun this way. like ridding a bouncy castle!
Despite many efforts to invest as little as possible in the vehicle. I cleverly forced them to have the thing. properly set up for the road. You Know. the thing any sensible responsible human would do. And Oh baby did she need that tender love and fingering.... Poor thing was running on gas and water. Changed all fluids. all filters. I even got the cabin filter, which seemed like a cat gave birth on it at some point... Got me some Maguiars water spot remover. HOLY SHIT THING DOES WONDERS. Also got the proper coolant to get rid of the muddy coffee that it had for coolant. gave the rims some paint to cover the fugly steelies and got rid off those disgusting fake wheel covers. Had to get new headlights Old ones were just too far gone. New bulbs, several sockets. and even some LED lights to help increase visibility on the old tail lights.

And now I feel comfortable driving the thing. I tell ya after driving my sisters lil Micra, the van feels like a bus! with all the majestic body roll you can expect from the lack of shock absorbers.

We already taken the thing cross country. driven it for hours on end. and the Old girl regained most of her forgotten glory.

And then one gorgeous Saturday. coolant began leaking. More than usual, It was usually a little. But Alas! she could hold her hot juices no more. she spilled her sweet nectar on the street. I though I could just giver her some love. carefully stuck my hand in the tight places, cleaning the old crust and dirt. and epoxy the thing here and there the best I could given the tiny room I had. But It was to no avail.

Sadly We lost the radiator. I brought my lamp. gloves and tools. Surgery began. carefully and slowly I pulled up the harnesses, unbolted many parts. and all in all it was a bit of a hazzle to get to my goal. I tested it with water. But epoxy could only do so much. I had a new one delivered. It fitted nicely. But the Oil hoses gave up a fight. Oh no... did I find a new issue. Radiator was all tight but now the tranny hoses leaked Oil! A great misfortune. The coon found a wall he could not climb. gave them a twist. they had play on the end. fiddled with it. until I found a spot where they barely leaked. I though on taking the hoses Off and putting normal hose clamps. But I could not raise the vehicle enough. Nor did I want to get down the behemoth that car is. Fed Up. frustrated and with now sore shoulders. I am doing my natural thing in the porcelain throne thinking....

I could almost feel the heat form the imaginary light bulb lighting and burning out on top my head. Headed down. cleaned the hoses and got to work. And just like that. The laziest way was successful.

Now I need to change the master cylinder. But I have a new appreciation to what mechanics do and put up with.

I been told to jump on it for a few years now. and I tried.

Then I read there is a new fee established for every transaction for non US residents. Im thinking.
