I've been falling back into really bad habits and man do the little things STACK UP. Like when I gained up, and wasn't underweight anymore, and people felt the need to talk about how healthy I looked, and congratulating me on gaining. and then when I would eat a big meal, and people would openly comment on how MUCH i was eating. people would see me eat a bunch and be all surprised and horrified, and recently i even had someone say "dont get sick!" like UHHMM.

I know how it might seem like certain comments aren't bad. I'm sure a lot of those comments even come from a place of concern or love! but when it comes to weight/eating/food, a lot of comments can be taken in a very wrong way. So play it safe, and just stay quiet :'u
