January review/February Update.
General | Posted 8 years agoGood morning my guys and gals,
It's time for another update and God had it been a while. It's been probably been about over a year since I last did one of these and I kind of want to get that back up by doing these monthly. Hopefully I won't forget this time. Lol
Anywho, as most probably already know, I'm currently studying for a bachelor's degree in theatre and I'm currently a Junior as we speak. However, due to financial issues as of late I had no choice but to skip a semester and look over on life once again.
As much of a blow this is, it's not as bad as you think. If anything it gives me an (albeit limited) opportunity to get a job somewhere/focus on voice work once again. I've even got a call back on a small project that's being done tomorrow evening so wish me luck on that!
I also finally received my license for the first time, and I kind of got a car as well. Reason I say kind of is dealing with some family stuff I'd rather not get into at the moment. However I do have one, so it's a step in the right direction to become fully independent!
Plus with less than 2 months away, I'll be at FWA this year. So if you're there, I hope I get to see you guys and hang out for a bit!
In speaking of hanging out, man I have met so many new furs locally it's crazy! From guys like Marius, Luwyn, Silas, Nova, Akio, SSL and many more, they really made me feel welcomed and caring. Though most caring of all though will have to be my main man Beio. A boat who well... Has gotten pretty close to my heart to say the least. ^////^
And I think that's it! Of course, the month of January had a lot of ups and downs. February started off pretty well to say the least!
Thanks for taking the time to read all of this.
Much Love, Stay Classy, and Goodnight.

Welp this sucks *very rare rant*
General | Posted 9 years agoOK.
So, this is pretty much a rarity of rareness here, but right now I feel it’s pretty appropriate of doing this.
This week sucked for me. Really sucked.
I’m getting to the point where I’m completely overwhelmed with my life in Theatre. Like to the point where I cannot even take some time to do homework and get some rest at my own dorm for 5 minutes until I go back at about midnight (currently typing just after midnight wooo). And I haven’t seen or talk to any of my close friends for a long period, both online and in real life.
Of course, there was some major, major bumps as well. For ex. Wallet falling out in the middle of the street and me not noticing and panicking out of my mind to replace the debit card that was in it. Only to find out someone discovered it and contacted me via Facebook messenger to get it back. (Which btw they didn’t respond back to me until 3 or 4 hours later).
And of course, let’s not forget: A crap ton of unnecessary Drama both in real life, and online (Booooy we will get to that). First I want to get into my real-life drama. So, there’s this one dude that straight up nobody likes because he is the definition of what happens when a child gets “Miracle baby” too gassed up inside their head. He is currently the stage manager of one of the shows currently produced for the College Theatre department that I am a part of, and surprise (not really) he is extremely frustrating to work with. And his Assistant Stage Manager (who is a woman btw) was getting to the point where she was about done with the bull crap. So this incident happened a couple of hours ago, me and a group of other people were talking before my 30th rehearsal of the day. The ASM and the SM were doing their nightly duties and took the zafus and mats back to the Old Auditorium. After about 10 minutes, the ASM came in with clear anger as she quickly collects her things preparing to leave. The SM try to go to her to apologize, but was stopped in his tracks by others telling him to leave her alone. Low and behold, I found at that she did not want to talk with him at all and when he kept pestering her on the way over to the OA, she snapped at him screaming. Which got him mad and shoved her.
So yes, really rubbed me the wrong way.
Then I go to one of my roommates (who is foreign). Now I do think the guy and his girlfriend are really sweet, but sweetness can only take you so far with somebody. They cook their meals every day, I assume because they’re not big on American food. Which I don’t blame them because of how fattening we make our food. However, the way they always leave the kitchen and living room when they’re done is horrendous. They leave all the pots, pans, opened food, trash all over the place. Until they make their next meal.
Here’s is a good example of what I mean: https://twitter.com/ActorNateT/stat.....98453762736129
That, that is not acceptable. I’m not saying that the areas need to be spotless, wouldn’t mind a plate or 2 laying around considering I’m not the cleanliest person myself. However, leaving things out opened and unattended for hours is just praying to God that you want roaches crawling out of your stove to eat with you. I am not with that at all. So I tried sending a group text to my roommates asking to see if we can meet tomorrow and you know what happened? No response.
Sighs Ok those were my vents for what was happening IRL. Now it’s time for the things that has happened online that really, really made me feel all kind of emotions that are negative.
I do realize that what I’m going to get ready to say might get me to have a couple of conversations with a few people, but I’m going to try my hardest to keep it as civilized as possible. So two days ago, I was on the official FBA chat during my Concepts class (I know, bad bat) just to have it there. I wasn’t expecting much, until I got a poke from one of my close friends about them being infuriated about a person who was not a part of the project any longer because of their own personal beefs. Of course, due to my bad case being curious of what the heck was going on. I asked around for a tad. Only to find out about this “Reasons for leaving” journal that was made on this site that was about the FBA and its sister project the UFFL. After reading that, I was not happy. I was extremely disappointed from what I read.
The moral of the story that I took from reading it is this: “I’m leaving because I’m better at doing the things I do than anyone else that are associated with these projects and you won’t give me the praise and respect I deserve. So congrats on losing out of all the amazing talent that I could’ve brought to the table.”
That for me, took what little respect I had and threw it in an incinerator. Playing the comparison game like that is completely uncalled for. Especially since this person decided to leave before the 16’-17’ season of the FBA even started, so that’s about a half a year ago.
Also, what really got me is how this person used the word “professional”. Just letting you know, this word is a dangerous word to attach on anything. To me, professional is a set standard. A standard that includes you to do all the following:
1. Being able to execute what you do in your profession and always ask for more real critique.
2. Be respectable to everyone that is around you, even though some don’t give it to you. “To get respect, you have to earn it.” As they say
3. If you decide to move on from a project, you thank those for the opportunity of joining or certain people you’ve gained a good relationship from it and wish them the best of luck in the future
From what I’ve seen in that journal, it contained none of what I listed above. All it shows to me is an angry person wanting to find a way to spray paint a “Do not come here” for their followers to see. However, usually when someone is on the outside looking in, they wouldn’t want that in their own projects.
I’m not saying that if you’re not happy with how the rate of the project is going or how somebody has treated you in the past to suck it up and move on. I’m saying there is a better way to post it publicly that will make people think: “Yes, this is definitely the professional way to go in this situation.”
I’ll give a quick example:
Not sure many folks are wrestling fans, but I want to talk about a former WWE wrestler named Cody Rhodes. This man is still doing very successful things since leaving the WWE, from being a main eventer for multiple indie companies to officially joining the extremely popular indie tandem in The Bullet Club. On the same day that he was released, he posted a statement on twitter about his reasoning for requesting his release from the WWE. Here is the entire post here. https://twitter.com/PrinceCGR/statu.....rc=twsrc%5Etfw
This right here clearly screams that this is a classy guy from start to finish. Even though Him and his main bosses, HHH and Mr. McMahon, at the time didn’t agree completely about his full potential. He still didn’t thrash the entirety of the company. Instead he thanked all the people who gave him the shots, challenges, and had his back no matter what.
That’s honestly what I wish to see more of when people leave, and not hold a grudge against the whole project and the people who are associated with it. But a guy can only dream I guess. :/
Anyways I realized that this is over 3 pages long (wrote this on word docs) and it’s almost 2am in the morning. I apologize for the very long rant, and thank you for taking the time to read such a long journal. This is honestly the longest one I’ve ever written. Hopefully next time I’ll write one on a brighter note.
Until next time.

For those that got them a Furry Network
General | Posted 10 years agoI'm in it now!!!! Woooooo My is https://beta.furrynetwork.com/xenosblade/ So if you got one you can follow me there. It seems pretty cool, might use it more so than here but it is debatable at this point XD
Yay for 100 buns!!!!
General | Posted 10 years agoSo I noticed that I reached the 100 watcher milestone. Woop Woop!!! Wanna give a quick thanks for the support of this little page of mine. XD
Also I guess it's time for a little mini update if you guys are interested.
1. University life
Right now I'm currently on my second semester in my freshman year of college. Moved to a much better dorm than where I as last semester. So I'm pretty stoked about that!!! My schedule is still about the same, but it's less of a workload due to me only having afternoon classes on Tuesdays and Thursdays, which is my math class. So hopefully I'll be able to work on other stuff.
2. Commissions are somewhat at a halt (If you haven't noticed already lol)
Yeeeaaaah due to me mainly consuming my cash for college needs, I won't be able to commission a whole lot until I get a new job, which is not going to be likely for a while. There's a reason for it though (Will be discussed later in the journal). There is YCH pic that I'll hopefully receive the file for soon that I won about a year ago (Loooots of people in it XD). Outside of that, you probably won't see any type of art heading in this page for a while unless it's surprise gifts that I'm most likely not going to have. lol
3. Acting career in theater is a go!!!
Remember when I said I won't be having a job soon? Well the reason is simple... I GOT CAST FOR SOMETHING!!! 8D The theater company of the university I attend is going to have a Musical performance called "The Big Bad Musical" at the Wadsworth Theatre in Newnan, GA April 29th starting at 10-11 am. I play as The Boy Who Cried Wolf. I will give you guys more information if you are interested, just shoot me a note or poke me anywhere else that you have me as a contact on to keep you guys updated on that. :3
4. The FBA
If you haven't noticed by now, I'm a big contributor for the FBA, and so far it's been pretty legit. I've met a lot of amazing pepole here and I've already learned quite a few that could help me in the long run during my first year participating. Though due to the rehearsals of Big Bad will start in March, I will have to put the project even more on the side than usual. So when it comes to Sports Den, I won't be able to host them during that time. However, it does not mean that Sports Den Will be on Hiatus. My partner in crime and awesome friend
FadedForest could have SD podcasts that are not already schedule to be set, I just won't be the one hosting them. Other than that, everything else will be at a stand still till the end of my second semester.
And I believe that is it!!! Thanks again so much for following me and stuff. Have the most wonderful of days <3Plans for this account
General | Posted 11 years agoFirst journal like OH MAH GERD!!!!
lol anyways, I finally decided on what I'm planning to do with this account since currently there is a whole lot of NOTHING, ZILCH, NADA. I've been thinking about for a bit and since I've been a tad bit obsessed with the
furrybasketball for like the past few months. XD Earlier in the year of 2014, I did adopt two characters from the FBA Which not a lot of people actually knew about that lol, and that's The Baylor Bros, Bobby and Marcus. So I might as well use that to mainly write stories and actually post some of the stuff I commissioned from others as well. ^^ Mostly for writing though.
Critique is VEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEERRRRYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY welcomed and appreciated due to the fact I'm extremely mediocre at best when it comes to this kind of stuff. haha XD If you want to see how well-ish I write, I did started working on Bobby's biography for his page since it's nothing but a small little paragraph about his bro's draft. XD You can download it here.
Note that this is a ROUGH DRAFT. It isn't even CLOSE to being nearly finished.
So yeap, That's all I really have to say pretty much. I hope to see you guys in my first upload. lawl XP
