So my birthday is in a couple weeks (May 4), and as much as I'd like to link my video game or gunpla wishlists, I'm gonna be responsible and link some PWYW doodle commissions to help cover a bunch of expenses I've had recently or have coming up:

- Passport renewal ($230)
- Oil change for my car ($110)
- New tires + TPMS for my car (~$200+)
- Car registration renewal ($96)
- Plus a good chunk of credit card debt that I've had trouble paying down

I'm hoping to visit my parents overseas soon, and I'm lucky that they're willing and able to pay for my flights and that I won't have any expenses while I'm there, but that does mean 2+ weeks without income to help pay off the above expenses beyond what little PTO I have available.

My little Thursday Thornsday ritual is going to be put down for the foreseeable future. I've had some really rough personal stuff going on over the past couple months and it's left me with basically no motivation to engage with almost any hobbies, let alone to try and make art. Even during better periods, there are times I've felt pressured to get something done for Thornsday (even if it's all self-imposed), so for now I think I need to just shelve this while I try to process everything and just stick to drawing on a "however (in)frequently I feel like it" basis.
