A bit annoyed...
General | Posted 18 years agoAs some of you know there is a second High Tail Hall fan game coming out by Jack Salem. I checked Wikifur a while back and noticed that the page for HTH seems to have indications that Jack's game is going down a VERY similar route to HTH2.
This bothers me. I like Jack and he has my blessing on his project but this is starting to look a bit like a clone. However part of me is wondering if this is not just more confusion over the two games.

Crowchild: Animator, Furry artist...Horror Writer?
General | Posted 18 years agoYeah, I guess this is kind of a funny thing for some people to find out but I really dont think I should keep it closed up. Aside from doing all the work on HTH and my Anthro-based art I also have a wide range of Fantasy/horror stories that I have been working on for MANY years.
I'm not going to dwell on it too much in this gallery but I think that I want to show that I can do some other styles of work. I have always considered my Horror art/stories to be much less apealing thatn my HTH work but I'd like to see what you have to say.
The ones I'm really proud of are my comparissons of the character Aaron from 2003 - 2007. Aaron is also featured in the Chronomorphimation test.
I'm probably starting to sound stuffy so I'm just going to throw that out there and see what you furs think of my darker, more human than human side.

At one point Aaron fights in a ruined city against a horde of skinned vampire gorillas in a post apochalyptic wasteland using nothing but a sword and a crossbow.

This is going to be my first 100% Anthro-based sketchbook. I'm exited. :D
It's really been the most rewarding time artisticly since coming back to the fandom after all the chaos, drama, and bullshit over the last while. I have my other projects (Scifi/Fantasy) but this has been really personal.
Thanks for everything and I hope to post as much as possible, and as high quality as possible very soon.

I am about to scream. I have trashed my office and am now nconsidering getting as drunk as I can without going under.
This was bound to happen sooner or later.

The primary compter wich was being used for all the animation and layout just decided to hang itself with it's own spine. The system as far as I can tell is 100% fucked...
now the fun part...
The 400+GB backup is somehow what caused this and therefore is also shot. If I am nable to restore either the main disk or the backup I am essentially back to Sqare one.
I am abot to throw a chair ot the side of the room.
Look, whatever happens I am commited to what I started. I'm jst in shock and rageing that it happens so godamn close to everything hitting over 50% completetion. and I HAVE BEEN SO GOOD WITH MY FUCKING BACKUPS!!!!!
I'm sorry this has to happen but I may be forced to restart from scratch on both the game and the DVD. If this is the case I will be forced to move the date back for obviouse reasons...
but I WILL have it done. I know you guys have been waiting for this as have I and If anything I can only assure you that this will only be used as fuel for me to get it done.

I must be doing something right....
General | Posted 19 years agoIt's funny. I just got a message about one of the latest pics I added. Very sweet letter that really touched me. I have to wonder though, I don't know exactly what I am in the fandom. I count myself as being a dude who draws stuff...that being the technical term :)
However, It may sound really thick on my part, but I only relized that people actually knew or remembered who I was from HTH a very short time ago. Thats a good feeling more for the fact that I can get my art out there and people seem to enjoy it. I guess the question I have is, ego aside, am I just some guy or am I actually getting some heads turned in the fandom. I don't mean to sound like I'm full of my own head It's just interesting and I'd like to know.
I'm thinking of going to a CON in the future and I'd like to bring a sketchbook and hammer out some pencils on site.

Rio is essentialy a pornstar. She can show up in any situation.
Just a few facts:
• Rio is Bisexul (prefers males, will do females
• Rio is turned on by sweat, tattoos,and piercings
• Rio enjoys using strap-ons on other women
• Rio likes roleplay/costume sex play
• RIO WILL NEVER DO ANAL SEX! I can't stress this enough!
NOTE: Rio was analy raped in highschool by an ex-boyfriend.
She has always found it dirty but especially after that
happened. It is a total turn off to her.
• Avoid anything involving scat, piss an vore.

I'm planning on putting in a special features gallery on the Rio DVD when it comes out. It will house many images from the production and some rare images that have never been seen.
However I am also looking for fanart from...well...you!
So heres the thing. I'd like to see a MASSIVE amount of Rio Fanart. The best of the best will be put on the DVD in the special features. Also 3 lucky artists will recieve the DVD for FREE when it comes out later this year. The rest will be featured on the DVD (space allowing) and all artists will be credited who submit!

HTH Studios Update
General | Posted 19 years ago Ok, first off I don't want to sound snotty about it but there is only one OFFICIAL HIGH TAIL HALL 2...and I'm currently working on it. If anyone else says news that contradicts any of my posting please view it as theory. I post news @ yiffstar.com all the time. So check that for the real deal on development.
As forTwilight cavern. TC is it's own thing and it looks very cool...I'll be playing it ;)
However, when it comes down to it people are getting these two confused all the time. Jack is making Twilight Cavern. I gave him thumbs up to use the name High Tail Hall in the title but we don't work together.
I hope to have HTH2 out by late this year, full of content, secrets, and other neat stuff.
Overview:

A quick note about AIM.

I just wanted to post something real quick on here. I am on AIM very little. However I was very active when I made High Tail Hall 1. However I try to avoid staying on AIM for the simple reason that I literally get about 130 IM's withing the first 2 minutes of being on.
I'd like to take this time to say that if you IM me and I click you off that it's nothing personal. I'm just bogged down alot. Thats all for now. Just came to mind
